OFFICIAL BRREAK 🪼

Hello peeps,

I just wanted to let you know that I’ll be taking an official break from writing until I’m done with the semester. I know I haven’t posted in a while already, but I wanted to make it clear since I haven’t been able to touch any of my fics for over two weeks—and with finals coming up, I probably won’t be able to for a bit longer.

Don’t worry though, this isn’t a goodbye. I fully plan on finishing my current story and writing many more—just likely toward the end of April or early May.

As soon as I’m done, I’ll be finishing Part 3 since there isn’t much left, and I should be able to write a lot more over the summer.

Thanks for checking in haha. My midterm hit me way harder than I expected 😬, and being a full-time uni student with three jobs doesn’t leave me much time to write 😭. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with some writer’s block. I also haven’t had much time to play AFOP lately, so I kind of disconnected from that world a bit, which might be part of the reason. But I promise I haven’t forgotten about you all.

It is coming though, so don’t lose hope — I’m almost done with it. It’ll probably be close to 10,000 words, which is also why it’s taking me a while to finish. I can’t promise an exact date yet, but I will be posting… eventually.

And if I’m really unable to publish more soon, my term ends in April, so I’m planning to pick writing back up then and write a lot more.

Second, i know you’re working super hard on part 3(thank u again 🙏) and i don’t want to overwhelm what is probbaly a long request list, but I was hoping you could consider my request :)

Would you ever consider doing a Tamtey x Wukula fic(obviously diff universe Tamtey than the one with So’lek, kind of like an alternate universe) Or even just a reader x Wukula fic? I get he’s not everyone’s cup of tea, so if you totally disregard my request i get it lol. I just love your writing so much and I would be interested to see how you depict him.

Actually… I had started wondering what I’d even do once ASH GREY is finished. Aside from a few more oneshots, I don’t really plan on writing another big story about them unless we get new content—or unless a new wave of inspiration hits me. And honestly… a Wukula x Mangkwan reader might already be sitting somewhere on my to-do list 👀 🤭

But it won’t be anytime soon, unfortunately—though hopefully sometime this year. 🤞

Hi! Thanks so much for checking in. Don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about you guys—but I definitely overestimated how much free time I’d have once school started 🥲. I’m still working on Part 3, and I have to admit this one has been more challenging than expected, especially with a bit of writer’s block.

I don’t want to give a specific release date only to miss it again, so for now I’ll say it should be out before the end of the month—I just can’t promise exactly when. Thank you so much for your patience and for sticking with me. It truly means a lot. 💙

So, at tap, after they got kicked in their asses, a second or two after Bukowski tells to bring tamtey up, so’lek moves his hand toward tamtey hand as if trying to hold her- Like - OH MY F CUTE GOD?? is it in my head only? him, trying to reasure tamtey they will be fine, or maybe loosing some of hopes and wanted to hold tamtey bc what could happen next??

Im crying, my heart shatters, if only rakkx didnt held his arm so firmly…

Random Avatar Thought Part 26 :

I’ve seen a lot of people speculating about Avatar 4 and the idea that Varang and Quaritch might end up having a kid, and honestly? I can kind of see it. Six years is a long time, and considering how freaky they both are, I really wouldn’t be surprised—unless Varang is actively using contraception. And given how knowledgeable she seems about herbs and healing, that’s definitely possible.

Still, I can’t help but feel like a child would be the ultimate turning point for Quaritch. It would be the thing that finally pushes him fully toward the Na’vi side. We’ve already seen how he was with Spider—he literally jeopardized the entire damn mission for that kid. Now imagine him raising a child from A to Z. He’d be even more attached, and I can absolutely see him betraying the RDA over it.

What really makes me hesitate, though, is Varang. I’m not convinced she’s 100% mother material. With how she views weakness, I worry she could eventually come to resent her own child for “making her weak.” Or maybe not—who knows. It could go in a completely different direction.

All that to say: Quaritch is definitely a girl dad. He already has his son—now please, James, give him a little girl to protect 😌

Earth-AU So’lek as a full-on metal/rock guy. Long black hair, smudged eyeliner, electric guitar permanently in hand. Piercings, tattoos, the whole deal. Definitely a rough, traumatic past with dead people involved (because of course). He’s messy, but not in a toxic way—just chaotic, soft-under-the-noise messy.

And tell me you can’t hear him singing “My Dirty Little Secret.” from the All-American Rejects, while Tamtey is in the crowd cheering her lungs out.

HELP!

I’m currently writing part 3 of ASH GREY and I’ve run into a bit of confusion. There’s a moment at TAP where Tamtey says, “Oh. Wow. Alma in her avatar,” but after watching a playthrough, I’m not sure what exactly prompted that reaction. Does anyone have insight?

This also feels like a good time to say I’m nearly 7k words in, so hopefully I can wrap it up soon and post it sometime next week.
