I love this scene, there is so much character development there. It shows Sara as a scared girl that went through hell to shape her to the woman she is today. It shows the beginning of her Canary arc and Canary path. She was even then tempted to make the world a better place, no matter that the temptation comes from evil master mind. 

And I agree Caity is amazing actress.

God Tier Redemption Arc: Root and Sara Lance, like come on, reformed assassins with girlfriends? We stan!

Good Tier Redemption Arc: Regina Mills because man she's done many fucked up things but she's also done many good things.

Shit Tier Redemption Arc: Killian Jones who miraculously turned good because he wants to sleep with Emma.

Non Existent Redemption Arc: Mon El, an ex-slaver who was abusive toward his girlfriend, was never even seen as a villain for one second so there's absolutely no need for a redemption arc. Good job the CW.

I really don’t understand why people who didn’t watch the panel blame Catie.I’ll try to clarify the situation

1.they discussed STEREOTYPES in TV industries

2.what Catie said that Maisie is too girly for a lesbian role is NOT HER PERSONAL OPINION,but how many people with STEREOTYPED thinking see Maisie

3.Catie said everyone will think that this is the “dykeiest high five” meaning that Sara and Alex many STEREOTYPED-thinking people perceive as “dyke kind of lesbians”, because in their opinion they are both athletic/wear practical clothes,jeans instead of dresses mostly/fight/have manly job and so on.She simply QUOTED THE ARTICLE

4.Please read what SARCASM is ,it’s not always delicate,but it is quite accurate in this case reflects the problem of STEREOTYPES

The Caity Lotz thing at ClexaCon has me so angry and it’s not because of what was said but it’s how people on here are reacting. Caity Lotz has been such a great ally and has fought for her character on a network that has been problematic and homophobic. When Lexa died, Caity basically called the CW out despite the fact that she could lose her job. When she said the d-word, she was quoting what someone else said about her character. It is not a big deal at all. She is someone that has proven to be sweet and supportive and willing to learn. Instead of saying “hey that wasn’t cool, don’t say that word” people are acting like Caity is the worst person to have ever existed and that she’s trash and sending her all sorts of hate.

We have got to stop treating allies like this. They are people just like we are. They are capable to being ignorant and making mistakes like we are. We’ve got to stop acting like we’re better than everyone. I am a cis white lesbian. I have accidentally misgendered people. I have had attitudes that I didn’t realize were racist but were. I am guilty of so many things but luckily I’m not a celebrity so I was allowed to learn and correct myself.

I am so tired of negativity. I am so tired of having to hate everyone for every mistake they have ever made. I hate this attitude that the gay fandom, especially lesbian fandoms have, that we only stan people who never make mistakes and are perfect 100% of the time. I have made so many mistakes. The “perfect” allies and actresses you stan have probably made mistakes that you haven’t seen. Let things go and calm down. Realize that there is a difference between problematic behavior and accidents born of ignorance.
