No one could accuse me of being impatient. 😅

It has taken me three years to gain the trust of my neighbour's shy cat.

Everytime I've met her I've moved slow and talked with a gentle voice. I've also given her slow blinks and "prrr" (friendly hello noise, cat lovers you know what I mean) when I've met her.

Yesterday she walked strait up to me with a happy tail and preceded to rub her face against my hand. 😍

She has the softest fur I've ever felt on a cat. It's short and dense, and soft like a kitten's. But her owner says she's over ten years old. And! She's a female ginger!

I had the same patience with my uncle's tortie. And, as according to tortie law, I had to work even harder to gain her approval.

Seven years to be exact. 😅
