Satin couldn’t help but smile after hearing his words about the comment she had made. Her facial expressions quickly dropped and she locked her gaze on his, “Amos, seriously you can’t do anything about it. I really don’t want you to get hurt worse than you already are. Hearing that means so much to me though, and I want you to know that I’d do anything for you.” She replied, barely feeling the corners of her lips curve into a smile, “I don’t know what I’d do without you.”
"I couldn't imagine losing you, Satin! I'd do anything to convince Snow not to let you work in the Capitol." Amos practically snapped before he realized how harsh he sounded. Swallowing hard as if somehow that would chase the rising tension from his throat, he shook his head and looked back over to Satin. "I love you." he whispered, giving a small smile.
