AU Star Trek (pirates)
I had an idea, after thinking about it, I decided to adjust to several of my OCs to include them in the Star Trek universe.
But I had a drawback because all my OCs are almost strictly directed to a medieval universe so it would be a little complicated to transform that into the futuristic era that is Star Trek, but as always it tumblr giving me a solution.
In my last post someone suggested a Star Trek universe of pirates so my brain just flowed so..
My crew will be located more than a century after "the burn" (as I remember it lasts about 100 years or a little longer), the cataclysm that destroyed the dilithium and caused the collapse of the United Federation of Planets, this story follows a crew that did not know the old utopian order. For them, the galaxy has always been wild, dangerous and fragmented territory, where survival is measured in scrap metal and autonomy.
They travel aboard an old stolen Starfleet frigate, informally renamed and kept standing with metal scraps, programmable black market technology and mechanical patches.
This crew functions as a dysfunctional but fiercely united family.
The conflict breaks out with the return of the Federation. What for some is the return of hope, for these "pirates" is a bureaucratic threat that comes to impose laws, confiscate their resources and take away their hard-won freedom. To survive, they must stay one step ahead of a Starfleet with much better technology than the scrap metals they own that hunts them like criminals.
I am not sure many of the dates and will possibly also ignore or include many of the events developed in the SNW and Discovery series and perhaps some facts from the Starfleet Academy series.
Taking this into account my development will be chaos never ask me to give you exact dates for it will end badly and well that is all for now
