i love the process of getting to know a new song by your favourite artists. you listen to it the first few times, figure out the lyrics and the melody, trying to get a feel for it, then you start vibing to it a BUNCH, then it slowly goes down to just having it on repeat in the background until you know melody, tempo and lyrics by heart, and then slowly the meaning starts to creep back in... its just the most joyful, comforting experience AHHHH I LOVE MUSIC SO SO MUCH
