I recently hit 100+ followers and I’m still like wtf why and I literally had nothing finished to use as a gift for all of you guys. So I wanted to do a little giveaway? I have a bunch of CC recolors in the works but I’ve been in migraine city over here so they’ve been hard to finish.

He had been there for me since day one. He raised you three and we took care of each other, as Olsens do. He was proud to tell everyone that he had 3 children and 6 grandchildren which he loved so dearly, even if he didn’t get to see them all that often, but that is okay. Austin shared his legacy with so many people and he got to live his passion of music but never lost sight of what truly counts, his family.”

“Austin hasn’t been doing well the past few weeks. He’d trail slower and slower on our evening walks. He started forgetting piano pieces that he’d known for years. He’d constantly complain about how much his shoulders and hands hurt. I’d give him some of my arthritis medicine, but it never truly helped. I think the stress and strain of his musician years were finally catching up with him.

I remember he went to get a glass of water in the middle of the night a little after we both settled down for bed. I was about half-asleep when he got up. Usually he doesn’t take too long to go to the kitchen and back, but his pace was consistently getting slower so I didn’t see it out of the ordinary for him to be taking such a long time. 

I awoke from my daze to a loud thud outside the bedroom door. I immediately jumped out of bed and swung open the door. As I flipped the light switch of the dark room, I found Austin lying on the floor of the living room, glass of water shattered and spilled near the archway. I knelt down and held his cold wrist for a pulse. In that moment I felt my entire soul leave my body. I just lost my best friend.”

Rose Lafleur: the garden legacy - founder freelance botanist // ambitious, loves the outdoors, vegetarian 

Rose lived in San Myshuno with her parents for her entire childhood and adolescent years. Being an only child and never being allowed out of the apartment, she started to hate living in the big city. When she turned 18, she decided enough was enough. Rose left home with nothing but the clothes on her back and her dog Buttercup. She traveled as far as she could and ended up in a small beach town called Brindleton Bay. With all the money she had saved from her previous life, she bought an empty plot of land by the beach to plant her roots and start her legacy.

The Garden Legacy was made by @cowplant-pizza. You can find the rules for this legacy here. I will also be following a Rags-to-Riches format to start generation 1, meaning the founder will start with 0 simoleons. I hope you all enjoy my garden legacy!

So I started the garden legacy! This is my founder, Rose Lafleur (like the french word for flower, “la fleur” :0) and I love her a lot. I’m taking a bit of a different approach with this legacy than my Olsens (which you can read here), so solely gameplay based instead of making up and acting out a storyline, and I’m having a lot of fun with it. Its so nice to just play the game instead of worrying about poses and the nitty gritty stuff :0 Oh and, I’ll still be posting the Olsens regularly, so don’t worry about that (i plan to play them to at least gen 5!). I still have a few things to work on with this, but catch this coming to your dashboard soon! Thank you everyone!
