I’m really disappointed by this season because I’ve been waiting waiting waiting on Niki and Aya to show up like SURPRISE BITCH GUESS WHO’S IN JUNGLE

♱ Niki followed his son everywhere, although he often remained invisible to the man’s eyes; his little monkey never knew he was there unless the elder man decided it, with the sole intent to make him miserable. And Saruhiko seemed to be having a somewhat pleasant day today, as far as his father had observed and that could only mean one thing.
He had to do something to o b l i t e r a t e that apparent content.
When Saruhiko first saw Niki today, the good-for-nothing phantom was hanging upside down from the door frame, catching his son by surprise as soon as he opened the door.
“Hey, worthless monkey great day today, isn’t it?”
[ @underoneking ]
♱ Sometimes, Niki wouldn’t follow his son into Scepter 4. Call it a false sense of hope or relief for Saruhiko to think that his dead father’s spirit had finally decided to leave him be. But when he didn’t join his son inside, he would wait at the gates for him to return in the evenings (or anytime he decided to leave, rather) to pester him about work, make rude comments about how he looked like shit, make him question whether or not he was even worthy of the title he held in that worthless Clan.
He had fallen asleep this time; Saruhiko never stayed inside this late.

| ♕ | : – ❝Oya ? Rarely would our headquarters receive the presence of ghosts.❞
“I prefer the term poltergeist. Sounds much more dangerous, don’t you think, Captain Glasses?”
“Isn’t it dangerous for a little girl to be out here all by herself?”
To someone who didn’t know this man well, he might’ve sounded concerned.
“ … maybe . i do not know . “ oh , the child can tell he already doesn’t mean well —- she doesn’t intend on getting any closer to him than what she already is .
“It’s a cruel world out there, young lady. You don’t know what kind of sick people are out here waiting for a defenseless child to just come...walking by.”
Niki can be classified as many things, but he does not fall under this category. Sick as he may be, he’s not going to go beyond frightening rather, attempting to this small child.
“Impressive that some unimportant twerp like you can see me.”
Twerp? Shiro had never seen this man before in his life, and he was already met with quite a s o u r greeting. Nonetheless, the King shrugged it off, it wasn’t the worst thing he’s been called. This man’s entire being was an e n i g m a , amber orbs gazed from head to toe at the transparent figure that honestly appeared to be…a spirit. This stranger also looked quite similar to the Blue Clansman, Fushimi Saruhiko– except this man’s aura felt d a r k e r …more menacing.
- ❝ I didn’t know I could see ghosts myself. What brings you here, Mr. Spirit? ❞ -
“Take a wild guess.”
Some thought spirits remained Earthbound because of an unexpected death or, perhaps, to stay near the family they didn’t want to leave behind. In a sense, the latter was true for Niki he didn’t want to leave his son behind. And that wasn’t the case in a loving way -- Saruhiko was messed up; he probably failed a lot in life, and Niki wanted to witness.
“But let me clarify something for you, shrimp. I ain’t having any of this ‘let me help you pass on’ shit. I’m here to stay.”
“I really wish you hadn’t left for so many years, Saruhiko.”
“You’re adorable when you cry.”
“Fuck off and die.”
If there was any one man he truly wished such a fate upon, it would undoubtedly be this one. Without regret and without hesitation, he’d do it himself if only he could. But unfortunately, sometimes actions were stilled when scars were too numerous and too damaging to allow even that much.
“Is that any way to speak to your father?”
As if he had any right to call himself a father – this man only held the title by genetics. Not once had he acted as a parent to his son. The sickening grin gracing his lips had not vanished; his son’s anger was something he viewed as strictly amusing.
“You need to learn your lesson.”
[ @blindedcalamity ]
Niki was giggling in such a way that a grown man should not, but Saruhiko’s absolute shock at waking to a mantis tentatively making its way across his cheek was enough to bring the elder Fushimi to tears.
“You should know better than to take naps, little monkey.” He snickered. “What a way to wake up!”
“I thought… you were dead…!! There was multiple proof of it!”
Upon the rude awakening, all reality seemed to want to do was make Saruhiko suffer. Why? Probably for a laundry list of reasons. But seeing Niki alive and moving right now in his room of Scepter 4’s boys’ dormitory seemed more like a nightmare giving bullshit than an actual reality happening now. Despite the very-real mantis that was just against his face but now hopped off somewhere else in this room.
“That’s okay, Saruhiko,” Niki cooed to his son, leaning back in the rolling chair he’d pulled up to his bed. “Not everyone is bright enough to recognize a scheme like that.”
The elder man laughed. He’d been starved of seeing this kid’s cute-as-fuck expressions worry, terror, uncertainty; now, how to get him to cry?
“It wasn’t my overall intention, but I managed to succeed in pulling...perhaps the greatest prank in the world on my good-for-nothing son, hm?”
[x] [ @underoneking ]
“Asking questions isn’t going to help you, monkey.”
Niki had taken to expertly twirling those glasses with his fingers, with no regards for whether or not he smudged the lenses; they weren’t even his. It wasn’t like it mattered if they were dirty.
“Capture me? I dare you.”
The man spoke with a venomous tone, the words spilling from his lips in a threatening purr; his gaze was just as dangerous, thirsting for nothing more than to once again witness his son’s confidence and the determination that Niki had always taken pleasure in twisting into defeat.
He folded Saruhiko’s glasses neatly, with care, and held them in one outstretched hand. His fingers tightened slowly around them, and Niki tilted his head to the side in feigned curiosity.
“Hey, Saruhiko, do you have a backup pair?”
LIKE THIS POST FOR A STARTER LATER.
I finally have my laptop back, which means that I can finally get back onto this blog. Which is good, because I have so much muse after that last chapter.
If you sent me a reply to whatever thread we were doing before my hiatus, I have it drafted and ready to post. But my drafts look really weird, so I’m trying to figure out what’s up with that. PLEASE DON’T FEEL OBLIGATED TO REPLY TO IT; IT’S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I’VE BEEN HERE, SO I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND IF YOU HAVE NO INTEREST IN IT ANYMORE.
If you liked the other post for a starter and I haven’t written one yet, I’m not going to. It’s been so long, I’m not sure if you’re still interested.
I’m going to spend some time adding to my Sukuna and Niki about pages, and also, I have a lot of Christmas shopping to do, so I’ll be back around later!!

It was with a single twitch of his index finger that the PDA in his son’s hands was ripped from his grasp and sent flying into the wall with a loud thump! Niki could only stand by and laugh that stupid monkey probably had no idea what caused that.
“Oh what an attitude for a little lady.”
Despite the teasing drawl in his voice, Niki retracted his hand from the top of her head when she smacked at it; instead, he folded his arms across his chest and straightened up, an eyebrow raising with cruel curiosity.
“I’m offended that you never stopped to visit again. I was looking forward to it.”
His tone supported his expression; clearly, the only thing he had been ‘looking forward’ to was running Saruhiko’s first friend away.
“Unfortunately for you, I have absolutely no interest in visiting an old man.” she shot back, emphasizing the last part of her sentence.
Although Misaki hates admitting it, she did think of the older male as at least slightly terrifying back in middle school. However, now that she’s part of the Red Clan and has earned powers of her own, he should be no match for her.
“Besides…” she began, her expression saddening– hazel orbs facing towards the ground. “Me and that monkey aren’t even friend anymore…Congratulations, you got what you wanted.”
“Old man? Is that the best you can do?”
This man, cruel and thirsting for the suffering of his son and his friends, picked up on the change in her expression, and was that a hint of sorrow in her voice? And since when did she refer to his son with the same nickname?
“That so? I guess he finally realized that he doesn’t deserve friends.”
In truth, however, he didn’t get what he wanted. If Saruhiko was to suffer, Niki wanted to witness it. He wanted to see the pain, watch him cry, watch him mope there was no fun in this development at all. Maybe he owed his son a visit it was long overdue.

“Ah, Misaki-chan.”
Her name came out in a dangerous purr, lips quirked into the beginnings of a sickening grin; one hand rested atop her head, and he leaned forward, easily invading her personal space with a threatening gleam in his eye.
“…haven’t seen you since you visited my little monkey you haven’t even grown.”
Misaki acted swiftly, a small hiss escaping her lips as she slapped his hand away. If there was a contest for biggest asshole on the planet, this guy would definitely take home the trophy.
“Haa–!? I will bounce that comment right back at you! Seems like you’re still the same big old piece of trash as you were in the past.”
