I had a bunch of asks last week after I suggested this podcast. Mostly asking if it was anywhere but iTunes.
Found it on SoundCloud! Let’s help change the world 🌱
“Stop holding on to people that don’t want to be held. Use your time, space and energy for those that want you.”

“What is the difference between ‘I like you’ and ‘I love you? Beautifully answered by the Buddha: ‘When you like a flower you just pluck it; when you love a flower you water it daily.’ The one who understands this understands life.”

"Algunas mujeres deciden seguir a los hombres, y otras mujeres eligen seguir sus sueños. Si te preguntas que camino seguir, recuerda que tu carrera nunca se va a despertar un día y decirte que ya no te ama más".
-Lady Gaga.
“Start over my darling. Be brave enough to find the life you want and courageous enough to chase it. Then start over and love yourself the way you were always meant to.”
— Madalyn Beck
“Never let the memories of the way things were, blind you from seeing the reality of the way things are.”

With the softest curl of my arms around my own waist, I breathe in rose-petals and self-love.

““Why should I be sad? I have lost someone who didn’t love me. But they lost someone who loved them.””
