SOME GUIDELINES: #1. looking primarily for mxm, but i do occassionally do fxf or mxf if the plot sounds super fun. #2. sporadic replies. i have a chaotic schedule and some days i am not online at all. i aim for minimum one reply per week, but sometimes i can volley replies or send several a day. it's up in the air. don't rush me. nothing puts me off faster than an intrusive or impatient rp partner. #3. average replies around 300-350 words or a non-nitro discord message. literate. i write in third person past tense and would prefer you do the same (although i'm okay with present tense on your side too). i do not ever fuck with first person. #4. there are things i have no interest in exploring, such as: incxst, undxrage, drxgs, scxt, vxre, vomit, feederism, dd/lg or dd/lb, littles and everything associated with that, furry stuff, and female prxg (mprxg can stay). please don't tell me you have no limits or "your limits are my limits ;)" - i will be tempted to block. #5. i cannot stress this enough: NO AI BULLSHIT. no genAI at all! i don't care if you "only" run your replies through AI to fix spelling and punctuation, i do not want to see it, read it or interact with it in any way, shape or form. the same applies to AI face claims and all that slop. #6. smut is on the table, but it shouldn't be the main driver of a plot. all my characters are switches/versatile and i don't rp with "strict bottoms". #7. have a rp samples ready, in the form of most recent replies. i want to know what your average reply looks like. i have no interest in making you churn out purple prose on the spot so you can impress me, just give me your usual. #8. the majority of my OCs are men, and most are POC. if you happen to be a rper that only uses k-pop fcs or does rpf, please don't interact with me. i am also not interested in writing against hyper submissive OCs or uni-dimensional ones whose only personality trait is that they're gay. writing against them sparks no joy for me. dni. #9. i am open to a variety of plots. while i absolutely love fantasy ones (non-eurocentric medieval fantasy, xianxia/xuanhuan, superpowers, espers/guideverse, gods and supernatural creatures in historical fantasy verses, anything with dragons, etc.), i also love scifi (especially cyberpunk settings, pacific rim aus) and SoL plots. some of my favourite tropes are: enemies to lovers, fake dating, arranged marriage, forced proximity, (unwilling) soulmates, forbidden romance, mastermind x hound of war, organised crime, showbiz, magic schools that have nothing to do with that pos jkr, etc. #10. once we decide on a plot, i will ask you to move to discord and write in a private server. i do not send IC replies on tumblr.
