As I'm sitting down to reflect on the last 24hrs, I can't help but smile. Even though I only got 4 hrs of sleep last night and am very close to losing my voice, I wouldn't have changed a thing! Last night's show at the PVT in Lockport was absolutely incredible. I can't believe the amount of support we received. I can't thank all of you enough for taking the time to come to our show - some of you even all the way from Rochester! The good vibes were plentiful and we are so grateful. Scott and I then got up early to be a part of @buffalomusiccooperative's Ep. 4 video shoot at @babevillebuffalo! What a fantastic group of people to work with - we were honored to be a part of your series! That episode will be debuting in about a month with a brand new song from us! Stay tuned!

I call this.... Hulk Dip 💪🏻! It's supposed to be vegan spinach artichoke dip.... But my spinach ended up puréed and not minced haha turning the whole thing green. It uses white beans, spinach, and artichokes as the base instead of cheese. Combined with lemon, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper... It's still just as tasty as ever!
