Friends, we are not called to be passive. God didn’t put His Spirit in us so that we could live for ourselves. He gave us a purpose, a calling to reach out, to serve others and to spread the Gospel. I felt convicted today, as I thought “I have spent the last few hours mindlessly scrolling through social media and watching videos. Did God not call me to do so much more?” And so I wanted to remind all the brothers and sisters in Christ, to remain strong and to work for the good of His kingdom. That can mean interceding in prayer, reaching out to an unbelieving friend, or something as simple as sharing a verse. Let’s all remember to do our part for Him today :)

For all the Christians and even non-Christians out there. Jesus sees your struggles. He sees the grief, the anxiety, the depression. He sees the brokenness and the shame. This year has been a struggle; take a moment to lay it all before Him today. Ask for healing. Ask for peace. God can work miracles - even through 10 second prayers :)
