This branch of the dynasty resides in a sleek modern mansion in Oasis Springs, where luxury is the wallpaper and family tension is the undercurrent. For generations, the Landgraabs have wielded an inordinate amount of power and influence. The current household is no exception, though their bond is… complicated.

Geoffrey Landgraab is not Landgraab by blood. He married in, took the name, and brought with him something the family legacy rarely values: decency. A good man with an instinct to do what’s right, Geoffrey is outgoing, gentle, and endlessly loyal to his wife and son. To some, he looks out of place in this family, but his devotion is unshakable.

Nancy Landgraab was born into privilege, and she’s never let anyone forget it. She thrives in luxury, carefully curating her life to reflect power and polish. Sometimes, she wonders why she married Geoffrey at all—his earnest goodness clashes with her own ruthless ambition. Yet one thing softens her: her son. Malcolm is, in her eyes, the perfect heir to carry the Landgraab name forward.

Malcolm Landgraab is, predictably, a blend of both. He’s vain, spoiled, and takes obvious delight in the misfortunes of others. Yet, beneath the smirk, he harbors genuine affection for his parents. Malcolm is certain he’ll inherit the family legacy, though he hasn’t decided whether to embrace it or bend it to his own whims. What he does know is that he intends to have fun while figuring it out.

The Landgraabs are wealth, ambition, and contradiction incarnate—bound together by family ties, yet constantly tugged in opposite directions. The mansion in Oasis Springs isn’t just a home; it’s a stage, and the show is only just beginning.

Secrets of the Freezer Bunny Episode 5: Across a Crowded Room

It was Cassandra’s first prom. She stood at the mirror, smoothing the ebony ruffles of her dress, admiring the way the layers caught the light. She was a little unsure, a little shy about her bare shoulders — but she loved it. Finding nothing else to improve upon, she took a steadying breath and left for the dance.

She was going solo, but so were plenty of others. The old-fashioned notion of always arriving with a partner was fading. The auditorium shimmered with soft lights, the music was lively, and the air buzzed with teenage anticipation. Cassandra filled out her ballot for Prom Royalty and Jester, not knowing every name but she enjoyed feeling like she was a part of it all.

Then, across the crowded room, her eyes found him. A slim, dark-haired figure in black and maroon. He looked up, their gazes locked, and without a word he moved smoothly to a loveseat. He kept his eyes on her as she crossed the floor and sat down beside him.

This was Nyon Specter. Cassandra had heard his name before — always half-whispered, never with certainty. Some said he carried a birthmark shaped like a scythe, possibly hinting at his father’s grim identity. Others swore he kept company with ghosts, that he could hear voices in the silence. Whatever the truth, the shadows clung to him like a second skin.

And yet, beside him, Cassandra felt only quiet. She was not exactly a stranger to the spooky or the creepy, as she had grown up in the dark Goth Mansion, a house children had been scared to walk past for generations. Sparse words drifted between them, but the pauses felt natural, comfortable, almost companionable.

In a lull, her favorite song filled the room, lifting her gaze to the dancefloor. Nyon followed her glance, and after a moment, leaned towards her. His voice was low, almost conspiratorial. “We could have a dance, if you’d like. But not here. Let’s go outside.”

Delighted, Cassandra rose, following him through the back doors into the night. The music and chatter fell away, replaced by a cool night breeze that tugged gently at her hair. They swayed together under muted stars and crescent moon, a private dance far removed from the crowd.

When they returned to the throng, the announcements had begun. Cassandra heard nothing of who had won. She was still floating, her skin buzzing, lost in the memory of the soft evening air, the almost unworldly awareness of his presence — and the strange thrill of brushing so close to a dark mystery wrapped in the form of a solemn and gangly teenage boy.

Secrets of the Freezer Bunny Episode 4: A Thief in the Night

The Goth household had only just begun to settle after the arrival of Isaac Bolin when the peaceful slumber of their home was again disrupted. Literally a thief in the night! She crept through the front door quietly, but not unnoticed. Isaac, who had apparently been seated in his favorite place at the beautiful grand piano leapt up, shouting a warning. He woke the household like an alarm, but was otherwise not helpful as he did little else but panic uselessly.

The smirking intruder, apparently confident in her success, crept deeper into the house. A surprise awaited her in the kitchen though, a shadowed form in a silky nightgown, unnoticed by the comically tiptoeing villain. Rising from behind her like an avenging angel or perhaps a grinning demon, Bella leapt into action. Through the chaos, Bella’s eyes gleamed — disturbingly calm, almost amused, as if she had been waiting for this opportunity. Triumphant, she smoothed her hair and exited through the back of the kitchen as the burglar fled through the front, streaking past still whimpering Isaac, and a startled Cassandra.

Later, having put Alexander back to bed, over family favorite Shadowberry Tea, Bella tried to help Cassandra calm down while Mortimer checked all the doors and windows and called to make a police report. “She seemed almost frightened, Mother! What could have scared her so much in the kitchen?” she asked, throwing up her hands in disbelief. Bella, cool and calm as a placid lake, smiled faintly into her glass. “So strange, darling. I have no idea.”

Secrets of the Freezer Bunny The Goth Family, Episode 2: The Unwelcome Guest

Upon returning to the house one day, Mortimer found Bella in pleasant conversation with a total stranger. She introduced him as Isaac Bolin, explaining he needed a place to stay for a few days. When asked how they knew each other, she merely said they had met through work. Mortimer was accustomed to Bella’s evasions on the subject of her career, and he tried to be respectful — after all, he knew she held high security clearance.

But as the days wore on, Isaac made himself at home. He laughed easily with Bella and even managed to coax a smile from Cassandra over breakfast, a rare feat in the mornings. Something about him unsettled Mortimer. Their conversations always seemed to veer into arguments, as though Isaac enjoyed pressing every button he had.

The breaking point came when Isaac barged into the bathroom, delivering a rambling monologue about horses while Mortimer was preparing for a bath. That was the last straw.

Finding Bella sorting through boxes in the attic, Mortimer demanded to know who this Isaac Bolin really was. Surprised by his anger, Bella softened instantly. She assured him Isaac would be gone by morning, adding with a faint, enigmatic smile that he had been planning to leave tomorrow anyway.

Later, from the staircase, Mortimer caught sight of Bella speaking quietly to Isaac before his departure. Her words were gentle, comforting. He wondered if he had only imagined that slight smile in the attic…or if there were things in his own home he would never truly understand.

Secrets of the Freezer Bunny The Goth Family, Episode 1: The Night Visitor

It is the dark heart of night, a cool spring silence wrapped around the mansion as its inhabitants dream on, unaware of what stirs outside. Darkness gathers at the doorstep, and then boldly creeps within. It is the vampire, Count Vladislaus Straud, spoken of in hushed whispers throughout the land, venturing out beyond his dark manse that looms over the eternal dusk of Midnight Hollow.

He spots his prey, Bella Goth, sleeping so deeply next to her husband that she hardly seems to be breathing. Silently she rises, drawn by Vlad's mysterious powers into his predatory embrace. Mortimer wakes in time to see the creature feasting on Bella's life force but he is helpless, paralyzed, unable to make himself move at all. After, he checks the locks, and he sleeps fitfully beside her.

The next morning, Bella seems relaxed, almost cheerful, making breakfast, checking her phone for new recipes. She refuses to speak of the nightmarish incident only hours before. Mortimer watches her, unsettled by her calm, the marks on her neck stark against her skin. He has always loved Bella’s mysteries, never pressing, never demanding answers she would not give. But this time feels different. This time, he tells himself, he cannot simply look away. He must learn what lurks in the shadows.

Meet the Goth family: a household of long history, still ensconced in their imposing and faintly creepy manor in Willow Creek. The man of the house is Mortimer Goth, a prolific writer with a taste for the kitchen. We should be grateful he’s in his robe today — too often he experiments in nothing but his boxer shorts. His wife, the beautiful and mysterious Bella, keeps her own secrets. Who is she whispering to on the phone up in the attic? She never tells, but her dazzling smile makes it hard to hold a grudge, even when she crushes you at chess.

Their daughter Cassandra is a studious teenager, though which version of her you’ll meet is anyone’s guess: the bright, fun-loving girl or the morbid soul reciting poetry to herself in the mirror. Alexander, their youngest, is a sunny-tempered budding scientist, utterly unbothered by the cobwebs and oddities of the ancestral home.

Secrets of the Freezer Bunny – Series Intro

Secrets of the Freezer Bunny is my latest save experiment: a no-mods, no-CC rotational soap opera. Each inhabited world has one EA household chosen as its “dynasty,” and I’ll be moving through them one week at a time, letting free will and EA chaos drive the stories. This save runs on long lifespan, aging on (townies age, played households only age when active), and neighborhood stories enabled. Lots may get swapped for improved versions, but the “spirit” of each neighborhood stays intact. Chaos is encouraged, and whatever happens in-game becomes canon. Tagline: Every neighborhood has its secrets. Every Sim has their story. And somewhere in the shadows, the Freezer Bunny is watching. The first round begins in Willow Creek, starring the Goth family. Screenshots to come—they’re the perfect dynasty to open the show.

I’m a Sims oldhead—been playing on and off since the very first game! This space isn’t for drama or entanglements; it’s just a place to organize my little Sim stories and practice editing screenshots.

I have a lot of different saves with different themes and playstyles. Some are modded, some are completely clean, some are legacies, and some are rotational soap operas. The Sims has been a steady hobby for me over the years: part creative outlet, part stress relief, and a way to exert a little control over a fictional universe when the real one felt overwhelming.
