You know, Zevran is so often presented as a perv who only thinks and talks about sex. In many (most) fanfics, Zev will be the one to suggest any kind of kinks.

But in the game, it’s NOT like that. 

When Leliana comments on the Warden ‘entanglement’ with him, it’s the Warden who says ‘I’m sure he wouldn’t mind to you joining the fun’. 

In the scene with Isabella, when she asks him if he wants to join, ‘for the all times sake’, he replies, “Aaah, Isabela. You and your ridiculous appetites…” and he leaves the decision to the Warden.

He doesn’t oppose it. He goes with it, if the Warden suggests it, and he’ll put a good face on it. It’s hardly the first time - when you talk about his past, he’ll let slip many things, like how Crows chose elves because they were beautiful… surely you know why. Or how he grew up among those selling illusion of love and then trained to make his heart cold. So if the Warden, to whom he owes his life and vowed his service demands it, he’ll agree and try to make best of it.

But if it’s up to him? He will call you out on flirting with someone else, and offers to step out. He will laugh that he’s not jealous, but he’ll quickly add that he wants no complicated situations and offers to step out. Everyone’s the happier, yes? “I’m a many things: a murderer, a thief, a lover..  but I’m not a cheat.’ 

Zevran might flirt with everything that moves, he might make dirty jokes. But he mostly does to get out of the uncomfortable talks, e.g. with Wynne, or to brighten the mood. 

When it comes to the relationship with the Warden, Zevran is actually devoted and loyal.
