so basically. well here’s my thesis: supernatural is just one very long conversation between two people who go around in circles trying to escape the narrative. the gay angel can should must and will break out. the one thing he wants is for dean to see himself for who he really is. that he’s real. which, now get this, cas made him real, by loving dean, something dean taught cas to feel in the first place when dean doesn’t even know how to let himself be loved. to let himself live a real life, to let himself BE. happiness is in just being. good NIGHT
