- start off mild: his promo team actually sucks. they just don't know how to do it and are like WERE GONNA BE USING NEW TECHNIQUES AND WOW HIS FANS ARE SPECIAL LETS WORK WITH IT and that's resulted in whatever this is

-louis has just drunk-promise-employed some friends to do this and he is oh so nice he let's them fuck it up bc they're having a good time

- they(whoever they is) don't want this thing to succeed. want as few ppl as possible exposed to this without seeming sus

- above bc the doc will be really really loud

- above above bc the doc will be really really bad.

- actually they is louis and charlie they think the movie sucks but they're too far in it now and welp let's put it out but oof don't hype it's gonna be disappointing

- there isn't a documentary never was

- they only want to reach existing fans, more specifically young always online twitter/tiktok excitementyell fans because Louis will debut his tiktok influencer era at doc launch (what it's truly for all along) and that'll weed out everyone else anyway (and he knows but the tiktok influencing need is too strong, like NFTs)

- there's no budget

- promo being bad is the point, people talk about it more than if it was good

- above, the doc will expose how promo is bad with the promo as example

- the newly hired metallica girl is running this all on her own

- louis is a horse

- there's not enough onions (I asked someone IRL to give a reason they said this)

i remember harry turning up to the another man launch thing with painted nails and i think post limit might have still been a thing ??? and listening to SOT for the first time ever on the radio and all the anticipation and what it all meant for him to do his own thing and be who he is ???? and watching SNL god. that was. insane. sometimes i still can't believe we just have all this music, all this content, that he has NAIL POLISH COMING OUT OF HIS EARS, like that was A HUGE DEAL back then, it's just nice to look back sometimes and see how far we've come in a way
