if you had to use one, would your train ever have a Gustav cannon coupled to it if you needed extra firepower for something that what the main battery can't handle? Just wondering is all.

If I had to, yes. Would I want to? No. Big One has a cannon. It's not like the Gustav cannon, and only used in extreme cases, but if it was ever required for Big One to indeed utilize one we would try to make the best of it."

I suppose the only one who doesn't seem out of place is @yukimanabu. Even though, I have to admit, I'm kind of getting the hang of the website myself – when not at work, obviously.

If someone really tried to handle both browsing on tumblr and keeping up with a spatial fight, it would either mean their level of self confidence is over the top, or that they're completely inconsiderate. Or both. Thus I can swear I haven't -and won't- done that. And yes, not a big surprise, but he's not much active than us.

Arrogance can easily be mistaken for confidence and vice versa. Anyone who would do something that reckless needs to reevaluate their choices. Using it during downtime is one thing, during an active deployment is is not only inconsiderate, it's irresponsible.

Agreed. Fortunately, nobody -in the Sirius platoon at least- seems to do such things. I would have noticed if Manabu started getting distracted on his phone, for instance — frankly he's too busy doing other reckless actions to even care about tumblr, uh.

I never thought I would hear you not admonish his behavior. Manabu may be reckless but he's cares about his job and those we protect. He wouldn't do something that irresponsible.

“Did you think it would really matter?” Harlock clutched onto the left side of his torso with one hand. “This… This pain is nothing compared to what I’ve gone through. I… You wouldn’t really care.”

There was few things that angered the SDF captain more than being told he wouldn’t care when someone he knew and was familiar with was injured.

“I wouldn’t really care?!” Bulge tried to keep his voice level and keep the almost offended and hurt tone out of it but he managed to rein it in before it got out of hand.

After taking a proverbial step back he sighed “Alright, do you at least need medical help? Just until you make it back to your ship?” Bulge could see the red starting to work its way from under his hand and down into the fabric of his shirt. This man was going to end up dead one of these days.

Harlock closed his eyes and turned his head away slightly, trying to focus on anything but the pain.

No matter how much he wanted to trust Bulge, at the end of the day he was always reminded that they were on opposite sides in the eyes of the law. He had more than his fair share of allies turn on him once - who’s to say that Bulge wouldn’t end up being one of them?

“I just…need something to stop the bleeding,” the pirate finally replied. “I… I don’t think it’s serious.”

Knowing he couldn’t blame him for erring on the side of caution which the pirate did most of the time when Bulge was around but he relented and pulled a few things out of the medical kit.

“Here, two rolls of bandages and something to helpfully stave off infection and ease the pain” He turned back to the pirate in question and held the medical supplies out to him.
