hi! i hope this doesn't come off as weird or rude, i was just wondering if there was a way to denote on the fc directory if an fc was latino with white ancestry vs having one latino parent and one non-latino white parent? because this just might be a me thing, but often if i see "latino, white" on an fc directory, my mind thinks that they have one latino parent and one non-latino parent. this is just a suggestion but maybe "ethnicity (white, indigenous, african)" vs "ethnicity, white" or "ethnicity / white" could help with the confusion? again, just a suggestion to consider. i love your fc directory and love all of the hard work you've put into it so if it's too much work to change it, i totally understand <3

I get what you're saying because it can be confusing. I'm not entirely sure how to go about doing that. Maybe instead of just 'white', I can put white or European ancestry? Because ancestry sounds more distant than immediate mom and dad or even grandparents.

LATINOS DIRECTORY

It’s pretty much what it says on the tin! A directory of musician, actors, influencers, etc, with Latino heritage. I only make note of their Latino heritage and other ancestry of color or ethnoreligious groups. If they're white/part white, I make note of it as well, but I don't go into much detail (ie Dutch, etc). If something has a question mark next to it, it’s because the information isn't quite reliable and I’d like for people to be aware of that.

Please reblog so the directory can help as many people as possible!

NOTE: I’ll only remove someone if they’ve been convicted or accused of a serious crime. I don’t do research into a person’s life or what they’ve said in the past, and I don’t plan to. This is meant to be an exhaustive list; please do your own research before using or making resources for a faceclaim.
