Here me out- greyplatonic or demiplatonic Abel. That's why he doesn't connect with others in the way the Foundation considers normal.
What if Abel SCP 076 were a prince?
Alright, warning, I was raised Catholic and it shows. I'll be talking about Jesus here.
Controversial take but I thing he'd actually be super good at it.
So, Abel's a shepherd, right? Tends to his flock of sheep? The thing about shepherds is they don't go out looking for fights. If a fight comes to them they are absolutely up to throwing down but most of the time their job is just seeing to the wellbeing of the flock, seeing to their needs. You can't abandon the flock to go fight something, because then the flock's in danger, and you can't take the flock with you to go find a fight because you might lose some and you're putting them in danger, so the only fights you'll be in are the ones that come to you. That's the most important part of being a sheep-tender, you tend to your sheep.
Being a king is kind of like that. It's why so much emphasis is put on Jesus as a shepherd, because he sees to our needs, keeps us safe, healthy, and content, protects us when needed but only when the fight comes to him, puts our needs above his own- which is what a king needs to do for his people. See to their needs, keep them safe and well, protect them when they're threatened but never endanger them needlessly by seeking out fights, and to put the needs of his people above his own. There's a lot of transferrable skills between being a leader and being a shepherd. So, if Abel was a good shepherd, he'd already be better than 99% of current world leaders. Because his citizens are like his heard and he is their shepherd, humans are just more annoying than sheep.
Abel is literally in the same leadership position as Jesus is. Jesus is such a good leader because he has the mindset of a shepherd and sure, being a king is more complicated, but Abel's already 85% of the way there. He's already got the mentality, he just needs to apply it correctly, which he absolutely can. Abel has the trait that makes Jesus such a good king, literally THE trait we use to define Jesus as a ruler. Abel can be an excellent ruler because he's literally a mirror of the King of Kings
So I think Abel would be a wonderful ruler
i think we should give Able video games. this can only go well.
Yes. Give him Minecraft. Let him have some semblance of a farm. Let him pick battles with the Wither, Ender Dragon, and that thing that lives underground that's blind (I forget what they're called) so that he can have an engaging and interesting enemy to learn how to vanquish without any real bloodshed. Introduce him to FNaF or Granny.
Introduce him to DnD and have him build up from a level 1 character to a level 20 to fight gods. It's good for team-building, too. Hell, give him some super difficult puzzles- move some stickers on a Rubik's Cube and see if he can solve it anyways.
Give him literally anything to do as long as it isn't "sit on the couch and think about how bored you are"
Something I've always found fascinating is how Able is often portrayed as incredibly "bored", but with how frequent it happens and how it's described it just comes across as if he has a severe case of adhd, or just something up with his dopamine levels...
Yeah, before Incident 0 the tale even describes him as being so bored he feels like he's going to explode, so painfully bored that he was in physical pain, he NEEDED something to do or else he was going to vibrate out of his skin, so he destroyed his collar because either he was going to succeed in getting it off or he was going to die gruesomely and either one would have been better than this. All of which are a feeling I (very severe ADHD) understand intimately.
So like, he has SEVERE ADHD. It's canon at this point. He desperately craves mental stimulation and unfortunately for him he's wicked smart, so it takes a lot to mentally stimulate him to the necessary levels.

my heart says "print and bind the entirety of the scp wiki." and my brain says "that's way too much work and you've never done bookbinding before."
Oh, ain't this an entire mood.
Yeah, I'm one of those people where I have a compulsive need to own the things I like, such as books and movies, as physical media. I don't like websites because often, the best I can do is save them as html files and hope for the best. However, the SCP website does have a feature where you can print the pages and through this, I can save the pages as PDFs, so I've got like, twelve gigabytes of PDFs from the SCP wiki on my hard drive.
Print it on holed paper and put it in binders, says the devil on my shoulder. Create your own physical media. Become ungovernable. Anarchy in the internet forums.
Tj and Able interaction
Abel, looking around at The Corn Pit; ??? Abel; I will never understand mortals. Never.
Babysitting his nephew (his brother's ex's adopted stepson) is always a wild ride for him
Caïn adopting his ex's/not really ex's brother as a pseudo-kid is actually so in brand for him actually-
And then naturally Abel sees another fair-haired teenager with a lot of trauma and issues in desperate need of guidance, so similar to Iris, and automatically went "Fuck, guess I've got another sibling to adopt" and sighed like he was being forced to.
Tj: Oh, gay emo relic of bygon era, what is your wisdom
Able: Kill your dad, then your brothers, then inherit the farm you grew up on and do with it as you wish, leave peacefully and free
TJ; What about my sister?
Abel, zero bad experiences with his sisters; She can stay.
Claire hears that Abel apparently approves of her existence and proceeds to lord that over Jack for the rest of time. In true older sister fashion. Mickell laughed so hard he was doubled over in tears
To be fair, Able did tell TJ to also kill Mickell xD
Kelly's used to death threats as an 05, they've lost their effect. Besides, the seriousness of the situation was heavily outweighed by how incredibly funny Abel telling TJ to kill them was. And by the look on Jack's face when TJ told them.

Dr Jack Bright; About to do some research on SCP 963 for the SCP Foundation, where I am a completely normal, non-anomalous doctor. Dr Bright; Dr Bright; Why do I hear boss music?
Oh my gods, guys
Omega-7 was Pandora's Box. Alpha 9 is Last Hope. The only surviving member of O-7 is the one leading A-9, Iris.
In mythology, the last thing in Pandora's Box, the only thing that remained, was hope.
Iris was the last thing in Pandora's Box. She is hope.
The A-9 name matches the O-7 name. The one thing that remained from Pandora's Box became the leader of Last Hope. It's a metaphor, guys.
Lets all remember that 035 fumbled both 049 and Caïn
Fumbled so hard he had to leave Alagadda
The biblings!!! (SCP-073 & SCP-076-2)
AND TALLORAN!!! (requested!!)
TJ has Williams Syndrome and mild-moderate intellectual disability, and the Foundation severely restricted his access to freedom, education, and most deep human connection to try and keep him easy to control (because the idea of them giving him ID to keep him compliant and easy to control would be 100% guaranteed to work is ridiculous. My sibling in Satan I fear you know nothing about ID,) and what freedom, education, and human connection he was given was all very heavily planned and tightly strategically controlled to shape how he perceived everything and how he would react. And that worked for a good long while
Until he was adopted by 049, who saw how horrifically he was being neglected mentally, emotionally, and educationally, and stepped in. And TJ absolutely blossomed
