These Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries are a tasty take on regular fries. For extra flavor, garlic and Parmesan cheese are added, and they are baked until they are perfectly crispy. They are a tasty snack or side dish when paired with a spicy aioli dipping sauce.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Add olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss the potatoes so that they are evenly covered. Place potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all at once. Flip the fries over every 25 to 30 minutes while they're baking until they are golden brown and crispy. To make the spicy aioli, put mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix them together. With the spicy aioli on the side, you can dip the hot baked fries in it.
