If I had a nickel every time I shipped a pairing where one is a bi american chick who's poor and brutish while the other is a gay british chick who's rich and self-reserved, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

I present to y'all, some of my (unpopular) opinions regarding sexuality and gender, bc why not?

KEEP IN MIND: These are all just my opinion as a gay woman!! It's okay if you disagree with me. Also, none of what I'm gonna say affects how I treat people irl. As long as you aren't hurting people, I don't care what you do AND I'm gonna treat you with respect💕

Alrighty, on with ruining myself with my thoughts:

1. I view the acrynom as "GBT+", mainly bc-

2. I consider "the L word" a slur (yes I'm not typing it out; that's how much I hate it)

3. I also I consider "queer" a slur, but ONLY when regarding sexuality/gender

4. The standard rainbow flag represents the whole community AND homosexuality

5. Bisexuality is being attracted to men and women ONLY

6. Asexuality is not being attracted to anyone of any gender/sex (romantically AND sexually)

7. There is no such thing as "the asexual spectrum"

8. I view gender as 4 options: male, female, neither (aka nonbinary), and both (aka intersex)

9. You need at least a little dysphoria to be transgender

10. "Genderfluid" does not make any sense to me

I still have more, but this is what I'll share for now. Maybe a part 2 in the future? I'm always open for questions/discussions towards my opinions as long as it's civil and openminded👌
