Katse Dam in Lesotho

A team of divers from ScubaWorld left Gauteng on 2nd February for Katse Dam in Lesotho. After a scenic trip over a mountain pass 3090 meters high we arrived at Katse Village in Lesotho. We spent the following day exploring the nets used for Highlands Trout and got to dive inside the nets with 54000 fish - Wow! The team had lots of fun and I believe that we gave some extra insight to the team down there as well.

ScubaWorld Year End Function

To be a little different we had a year end function at the beginning of the new year. This way we have a celebration of the last year at the start of a new year! This one was held on the 14th of Jan at the Vaal dam. For some this included some zero viz dives and for others, it was just a weekend of relaxation.

Some diving in Sodwana

As always we try to spend as much time as we can over the year end in Sodwana. This year we did some Discover Scuba Diving (DSDs) a few Advanced courses, a Scuba Diver course as well as some refreshers in between the spectacular diving.
