You know Toby saying chapter 6 is easier to make makes a lot of sense post chapter 5

There is seemingly no more egg rooms, no more shadow crystals/secret bosses, the weird route clearly isn’t doing anything until chapter 7

We’ll definitely see chapter 6 sooner rather than later

I am so immediately sold on Kris and Noelle from the weird route merging like an amalgamate to become the Roaring Knight theory

I never liked any of the main Knight theories and this theory has so much good evidence for it

Dess Knight never made sense to me because Dess can’t be both the voice trapped in the code and the Knight. People on that theory bus always argue that, “Oh Dess’s soul is trapped in the code and it’s her body being possessed!” That literally makes no sense because if it was a creature tied to the dark worlds possessing them (i.e FRIEND or Gaster or secret third option) then they wouldn’t be able to exist in the light world but we know that the Knight can exist in the light world. To our knowledge Dess’s whole thing is that she completely disappeared. And if she was dead she wouldn’t have a body to posses because she’s a monster. Monsters turn to dust when they die.

That also debunks the other popular Rudy Knight theory. He’s just way too sick to be moving like that and also what would his motive be? Yeah his daughter disappeared but he never pinged me as someone who would hurt others to try and bring her back (assuming she isn’t dead dead). Why would he need to kidnap Asgore? Why would he let Asgore get removed from police chief if he, his best friend, had this cool plan to bring about the end of the world?

Carol Knight kinda goes in the major red herring department for me (along with Dess Knight) because obviously she’s made out to be extremely suspicious. I definitely think she’s in on some plan between her and Kris. But also, she’s so busy as the mayor when would she have time to make any of the fountains? The Knight was waiting for Kris and Susie the moment they got into the church dark world but we know that Carol was at her home on the other side of town just minutes before. There’s just no way she got there that fast.

Don’t even get me started on Papyrus Knight. The definition of “we have absolutely no evidence. In fact, we have the true opposite of evidence. Which is we’re making it the fuck up.”

But with chapter 5 now there’s solid confirmation that the dark worlds that both Kris and the Knight make are exactly the same. The only other person to make a fountain that we’ve seen is Susie and hers was so obviously different you can’t help but look at the other fountains and their near 1 to 1 appearance. The Knight literally makes a fountain as we close one and everything and everyone looks exactly the same. If they were completely different people there’s no way that someone like Flowery would still look and act exactly the same.

The Knight mirrors a lot of Kris’s poses. They have antlers like Noelle and a deer skull face in that one scene. The Knight has an attack that mirrors Kris’s x-slash ability they get only during the Spamton Neo fight. They have Noelle’s magic capabilities. Their sound bites are literally slowed down warped versions of Noelle’s screams. The bat and ball come from Noelle’s love of Dess (as seen in her room in Queens mansion). The Knight’s knife is literally Kris’s super special knife they don’t let us have access to and it can morph from the bat to the sword like how Kris’s sword turns into a shield depending on their action in battle.

The whole ch3 Knight fight the only act Kris can do is “Hold Breath”— like you would hold you breath before drowning. The fight constantly references how “your chest feels tight” “you feel lightheaded/dizzy”— again, like your holding your breath.

I could keep going with the evidence but there are others that have said it better so I recommend checking them out. I just felt like dumping my own thoughts even though I’ve never talked deltarune theories like this before— I’m mostly a perc’ahlia blog at this point for crying out loud lol

Listen…I’m not saying I’ve been predicting things in this show…but if I had a nickel for every time I’ve drawn a similar pose years ago that eventually happens in the show…I’d have two nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice

how are you liking tlovm season 4 so far??? :)

I wanted to wait until I’d seen the next batch of episodes before I answered this but surprisingly I’m really enjoying it!!

I was really worried about this season after s3 and all the (terrible) changes they made. But I like how they’re weaving in a bunch of different stuff to make for better moments (like Tary’s dad secretly helping the cultists ((I don’t remember if that was the case in the campaign))) it actually gave him a sort of purpose other than being Tary’s obligatory backstory piece

There are a few moments I wish they’d held off on like Vex confessing her and Percy were secretly married because having that reveal from Percy to the Dawnfather himself like in the campaign would have been absolutely amazing

I could talk more about things but I’ll leave it at that
