I am LIVID

4 steps for healthy weight loss
These steps allowed me to lose almost 40 lbs in 4 months. While everyone’s situation is different, and these may not do the trick for all of you, I hope this post will be able to help some of you.
Step 1: Cut out ALL sugary beverages. Soda, coffee, and booze. This was hard for me because, at the time of my life change, I was pretty addicted both to Pepsi and to alcohol. But I had tried diet and exercise without cutting out sugary drinks before and it just DID NOT WORK. You can work these things back in in moderation when you’re trying to maintain, but make the commitment now.
Step 2: Eat balanced meals. Every day try to make sure you’re eating the recommended proportions of food. For me, this meant cutting WAY down on carbs and increasing my protein intake. This also means adjusting based on what you’ve already eaten, so if you have a carb heavy breakfast don’t eat carbs with lunch.
Step 3: Move your body. Even just a little. I started with an ap called 8fit that does really short, low intensity workouts that you can fit into your everyday routine. Once the workouts got easier for me I started doing 3-5 a day and increased my intensity level. This method really worked for me. When I started I couldn’t do 20 jumping jacks without calling it quits and within 6 weeks I could do 100+.
Step 4: If you screw up, don’t even think about it. This is something you’re doing for yourself and you need to have a mindset that you are doing it because you enjoy it. If you punish yourself when you eat too much or skip a workout, you’ll change your mindset to negative and get in the way of your own progress. Eat that slice of cake, go to the movies with friends instead of the gym, live your life! Do what you have to do to maintain the healthy attitude.
That’s sit. Seriously. You can do this. I hope this helps.
Having the same taste in music is like a soul connection
nobody finna stage a civil war so we pretty much gonna remain complacent instead of using the massive wealth of those in power to actually fund these projects (which would in turn create some high paying jobs that benefit the whole fucking planet!!!)
THIS !!!! ❤️
sometimes you need to step back and look at how far youve come :)
