I just want to quit my job. I absolutely hate it. I hate talking to people. It makes me absolutely sick. Makes me want to throw up, makes me want to cut my stomach. Makes me want to jump under the train, off a building. Just makes me want to end my life. Just for a job. I feel useless. Worthless. It makes me want to disappear. I can quit but… we all know why we work. We need money.

I’m trying to look for something. But nothing is worth leaving the house. My current environment is full time work from home. I’ve been at home for 5 years, 4 of them maternity leave. 1 working full time. Most jobs require going to the office. I know that mentally and physically I am not ready to do that. Physically I probably can but mentally I can’t. Going to shops sometimes is a big struggle.

I just hate the outside world. I hate word. I don’t want to go anywhere anytime
