No one in my family seems to understand adhd paralysis and it kinda pisses me off.

They get mad at me for being “lazy” but then refuse to get me properly diagnosed despite the fact that I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety AND I have almost all the symptoms of adhd.

Note: I have now been diagnosed with ADHD (by my therapist) and they still won’t let me take adhd meds
