In Prince Caspian Susan literally throws an arrow fast and hard enough to pierce through a man’s armor and kill him. Savage.
What’s even more savage is the way she stabs the first guy in the crotch before using the same arrow to kill the second guy. Susan’s not messing around.
Turn on
#susan pevensie #or her extremely appropriate official title ‘susan the gentle’
Susan was gentle because she could’ve been like this all the time but mercifully chose not to.

Ilene Woods, the original voice of Cinderella in the 1950 film, defending the titular heroine and feminist critiques against the character. Later in the interview, she elaborated, “I was being interviewed and the woman that was interviewing me said, ‘Don’t you think Cinderella though is kind of outdated today?’And I said, ‘Oh, gosh, I don’t think so at all. It takes a lot of hard work to make dreams come true, and I think Cinderella did, and I think she’s a good example for young people today.” She further explained that due to these reasons, Cinderella was Walt’s favorite heroine. She recalled, “Once I went into his office and he said to me, ‘You’re my favorite heroine, you know.’ I said, ‘You mean Cinderella?’ ‘Yes,’ he said, ‘there’s something about that story I associate with.’ I think it was the rags-to-riches tale. Of course, then I didn’t know how many times Walt had risked it all to realize his dreams.”
Man I remember when I was a kid and my mom would take me to the library and I'd come out with a stack of books like a foot+ tall - sometimes the librarians had to override the computer which told us we were checking out Too Much. And I'd get home and I'd plow through like three four five six chapter books in an afternoon and then I'd emerge for dinner only to go back for one more book, which I was still up reading two hours past bedtime and like damn those were the days huh.

What are your favorite pics and/or gifs of Taron’s thighs? HIS THIGHS ARE SO STRONG AND BEAUTIFUL! I love how in your tags of this one gif set of Taron in the first Kingsman movie, you mentioned that the suit pants barely clinged onto his thighs. And now we have Taron with his beautiful filled out thighs, we love 🥺 his body is heavenly
Now.
I feel it’s important
to state
that I respect Taron
a great deal
and I love him
an even greater deal
but I am not blind
and I wholeheartedly appreciate
his thighs
as much as the next person.
I was watching Taron’s Eddie the Eagle interviews and it must have been so annoying and hurtful to hear people bring up his body image. I loved his body in the first Kingsman and I love his body even more now, it’s lovely. Do you have any fave pics and/or gifs of his body? (Not sexual, obviously, we’re respectful here 😉)
*clears throat respectfully* Okay, friends, buckle up.
Knowing what Taron has said about his body, how he thought he was ‘fat’ as Eddie and Elton, there have been many times I wished I could throttle the man. Lovingly. I know that Hollywood has set the standard for men just as ridiculously high as for women and Taron has to feel that pressure. Male bodies should be toned, very obviously muscular, fat-free with a six-pack and hairless, unless of course the character isn’t supposed to be sexy. But, my goodness, are those standards ever wrong.
Sure, when Taron played Eggsy in Kingsman 1 and was as toned and lean as he could be, it wasn’t exactly an unattractive thing.
Fact is, if this look was easy for Taron to maintain and he wanted to, I’d be fine with it. Dude looks phenomenal. But you know what look I love just as much, maybe even more?
I don’t use the word often so savor this: Taron looked incredibly sexy in Rocketman.
I’m sure that by Hollywood standards, this is considered unattractive and he’s not supposed to be sexy, but my goodness, he is. I don’t know a single guy in ‘real life’ who looks even half this good because real, average people don’t have six-packs and bulging biceps.
When Taron returned to Kingsman, it’s very clear that he once again worked hard to look a certain way, and, again, he looks outrageously good.
Taron just has a ridiculously attractive body, no matter how hard he works for it. He’s broad, naturally muscular and buff, and I don’t think there’s ever been a guy I liked who’s body I appreciated as much as his. Oh goodness, is there any way that sentence can be read respectfully? I’m really trying. I do mean that in a totally non-sexual way. He just looks incredible.
Quick, another gif!
He mentioned many times having to re-shoot a ‘topless’ scene for Robin Hood and frequently commented on how he should have been training rather than eating or doing what he was doing. But if that is the result of him not working very hard… boy, feel free to slack more often.
Alright, I have made my points. Now, a collection
of some of my
favourite pictures
of Taron’s body
as requested.
And with that, I rest my case.

the appeal of buzzfeed unsolved is that it’s not just a wacky believer and a strait-laced skeptic bc the skeptic is much weirder as a person than the believer. obviously the classic scully/mulder dynamic is very entertaining but there’s just something about a man who firmly does not believe in ghosts but does believe that it’s ok to eat a pickle floating in a pond “if it’s fresh”

What she says: I’m fine.
What she means: Prince of Egypt was a masterpiece. From the skin tone accuracy to the significant facial structure differences, not to mention amazing soundtrack and beautiful animation. Honestly one of the most underrated Dreamworks films ever made, and I’ll probably never get sick of watching it. The pacing is fantastic and all the color schemes and art direction is on point. The lighthearted elements never dilute the more serious portions of the story and yet you’re never bored with the narrative for even a second.
