Katherine rolls her eyes as her lover teases her. Yeah, maybe a part of her is jealous. She always has been rather possessive and jealous, that’s just the kind of lover she is - she loves wholly and completely and sometimes it’s a little unhealthy.

The barely there kiss has Katherine chasing after her lips but Lee is quick to move her head back. Luckily, Katherine is quicker, and in one swift action her hand comes up to grasp he lover’s chin and pull her in for another kiss.

A kiss that is passionate and yes, even a little possessive. “Mine.” She growls against her lips, answering her love’s earlier question with that single word.

Katherine’s jealous and possessive side is something Lee openly cherishes. Those moments rile Lee up and remind her in the best of ways that Katherine loves her, wants her. There is no doubt in the minds of those that know them, and Lee’s, that she belongs to Katherine Pierce in every single sense.

What most don’t know or realize is that Katherine is just as much Lee’s. Miss Pierce may have the reputation of manipulative, selfish, egotistical, self centered strategist…but with Lee it’s a different story.

A playful growl leaves Lee’s lips as her other half grips her chin tightly to pull her back. She doesn’t even try to fight it. The kiss full of lips, teeth, and tongue that follows completely worth it. For a few hopeful seconds the youngest Salvatore tries to win dominance but ends up melting instead.

That one word making her a puddle to all that is the legend. “Yours…all yours.”

“Good girl.” Katherine purrs as her love drags her tongue over the finger that is coated in blood - with her other arm, it is wrapped around some poor woman who has been compelled not to scream but fear is just fine. Katherine has already bit into her, leaving the wound open and neck bleeding, droplets dripping down the poor woman’s skin to further entice Lee.

“Now drink, my love. She is yours for the taking.” And suddenly, Katherine is shoving the woman into Lee’s arms, making it impossible for Lee to resist such a treat before her.

Lee can feel her fangs growing, eyes changing darker and darker as she licks the blood from Katherine’s finger. The taste intoxicating, addictive, almost the best thing she’s ever had.That one phrase— good girl— has a sound, a mix between a growl and purr, rumbling in Lee’s chest. Her body swaying ever closer to her sire, lover, life force.

The newer vampire is fighting to stay present, to stay in control. The smell of fear, blood, arousal is pushing her further over an invisible line. But for Katherine, Lee will fight as hard as she can to win. She will not completely lose control, she cannot become a ripper like her brother. It’s too messy and too easy to track a rippers trail.

That battle though is nearly lost as Katherine pushes the bleeding woman into her own arms. For a second, possibly a millisecond, Lee catches Katherine’s eye before all is lost. Lee’s fangs with fatal force pierce the poor unfortunate woman’s jugular; blood coats Lee’s chin and the woman’s shoulder, teeth dig deeper tearing skin, growls and purrs of ecstasy escaping a filled throat.

The gunshots surprisingly don’t make Lee flinch as much as the human thought it would. She does tense, waiting for one of them or the horse to get hit. But the further off the trail they get, the further the shots become.

“I know,” Lee squeezes Katherine’s hand before leading the horse into a shallow stream, heading east for a few moments before crossing to hopefully cover their trail. “Anna and I found an abandoned cabin further out. We can stay there until we get you stronger once more.”

Honestly, she’d let Kat drink from her now but with how much blood her heart would need—she worried she might pass out. Once they get there, Kat can have as much as she needs or wants.

“I do not doubt that,” A small smirk crosses the youngest Salvatore’s lips. “I’ll even help if you’ll allow me.”

Good. They have a safe space for her to stay while she regains her energy. They all work well together, always a step ahead than most, especially herself and Lee. The cabin will be fustrating to be holed up in but it’ll be for her own good until she can recover.

When it seems that the gunshots are in the far distance and there are no longer men after them, Katherine can feel herself relax, though she is still slumped against her girlfriend’s back. She smells delicious but Katherine has enough self restraint not to drink from her until they get somewhere safe.

“Of course I will, my love. We’re in this all together, are we not? Besides, I do love it when you let go. It’s incredibly sexy.” She teases - even as weak as she sounds, she’s still the same old Katherine. “How far out are we?”

The thick woods around them thin out and Lee is able to urge the horse into a full sprint across a seemingly open field. As the younger brunette feels Katherine relax more she grips the hand in hers more tightly to make sure her love doesn’t fall off.

“For eternity,” Lee answers in a promise. Forever is a cliché, over used and so false. Anyone can promise another forever, but an eternity? That is promise of until the end. Which is exactly what Lee plans to have with Katherine, no matter what comes their way.

These hunters, Lee knows, are just the beginning of the trials they will face. It isn’t a secret between them the enemies Katherine had made and will make. Lee knows with time she will more than likely make her own. As long as they are together, united, that’s all that matters. “No one will live after they’ve come for you…my hands will make sure of that.”

Lee tightens her grip on Katherine once she’s over the younger brunette’s shoulder. She refuses to let go and keeps walking out of room. “Nope,” The p popping, a smirk tugs at the corners of her lips. “You know I love when you go off, when the legend comes out but right now?”

Lee smacks the back of Katherine’s thighs, “Too many humans, too many back up vampires, too much to many. So? We’re leaving.” The younger vampire exits the building and heads toward the car, with Kat still over her shoulder. “When I know you can behave— enough— I’ll put you back down.”

Katherine’s body jolts when the back of her thighs are smacked growling under her breath in frustration. She could have handled it, she could have taken them all on. It’s infuriating. She’s Katherine Pierce, she should not be hauled off like this! 

“I had it handled.” Katherine growls at her lover as they approach her car. “You’re going to have to put me down to get in the car, you know.” Didn’t really think this through, did she? It’s an amusing thought.

Though, Katherine knows the younger vampire is right. She may can handle them all but it’s not the smartest move.

The growls make Lee silently chuckle,teeth pinching the inside of her bottom lip and her head slightly shaking. Katherine has always been a firecracker, always ready for a fight; physically or verbally. But tonight was just not the night for that to happen.

“I never said you didn’t, my heart.” Lee reassures. The next words make her laugh, “Mm, do I really though?”

The younger vampire skillfully unlocks the car and pops open the door. With more grace than most would ever give Lee credit for, while also watching Katherine’s head, she lowers herself and leans into the car. Carefully placing Kat into the passengers seat while maneuvering herself into the drivers side. Sure, the Patrova’s legs are on her lap but she did it.

“Don’t turn so bratty you underestimate me.”

Sorry for creeping on your tags but I couldn’t agree more. One of the most interesting relationships my muse ever had was with an OC because it was unique. Literally could not be replicated anywhere else, unlike a canon love interest. It’s good stuff!

Lee smirked as those words left Katherine’s lips, mischief clouding her eyes. “Oohh,” Lee chuckles. “Now you want a kiss, huh?” She leans closer, inches away from Katherine’s face.

Their eyes locks as Lee’s smirk grows, “Is someone jealous?” She teases, voice breathy. The younger vampire brushes her lips carefully and softly against her hearts. “Is that what you wanted?” Head moving back to avoid Katherine’s own lips.
