#advent of code #sed #although it isnt too too bad to do the bc part w/out bc and just with actual sed stuff #i would rather die than implement it #there is a page on the info pages for it though #and it already takes like 30 mins to do part 1 (30 mins so far. it hasnt finished yet)#i imagine adding extra work would be so so bad #and i cba to do the obvious optimisation either #update: theres a simpler and much better way of doing this #code now runs in 0.005s for part 2 on my machine #the code on my post has been updated

The best IDE is ed(1). the only one that wastes none of your valuable screen space. you can even invoke your compiler without leaving ed(1)! peak productivity. observe:
