Collie had been in and out of a lot of foster homes. Running away. A LOT. He was born in Mississippi then ended up running as far California on the way he met his best friend (who's a speedster) his friend was soon scouted and asked to attend Xaviers' school, he ran away again from California to New York to live with his best friend at the mansion when he was around 13. So now he's currently working multiple jobs one of them being a dog washer :)
His mutant ability is Invisibility and his hero name is Whisper.

5'7, bleached hair to look pink with brown roots growing in, nose and lip ring, pale with a TONE of freckles, beanpole looking ahhhhh
Personality wise HE HAS NO IDEA HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE seriously he's mainly talked to one person his entire life. Collie is rather quiet alot of the time he'll get mistaken for being shy when in reality he just doesn't like talking to others probably cause of being bullied due to just that environment He likes to be alone he'll say he likes being alone DO NOT FALL FOR THAT LIE BOTHER THIS MAN HE CRAVES HUMAN CONNECTION AND WONT ADMIT IT
