he relaxes slightly, though he grimaces as he recalls the two times he’d used it to help raven out. “actually, i think raven was always a little too preoccupied to notice.” it occurs to him too late that terra was probably making fun of him, so when she changes the subject, he offers her the hilt eagerly. “go for it. just – be careful.”

she accepts the hilt a little too eagerly and holds the sword up high, turning it this way and that. then she stabs at the air once, twice, before grinning at him. “is it seriously just two birdarangs, robin? why do you even have a sword? it’s not like you’re gonna stab someone with it.”

it probably seems like i cry over stupid shit but tbh i usually end up crying because i’ve stored up all of my upset feelings from multiple things rather than express them and then the littlest thing sets me off like spilling my drink may not be that big of a deal but when i’ve stored up that many negative emotions it feels like i busted a hole in the hoover dam
