Any Matsuda headcannons?

Oh,this boy, my sunshine, my beautiful and sweet Matsu… The first time I watchedDN, I thought he was annoying, but I was A Fool. He’s the best, I lovehim so much… Let’s see some of my headcanons about him!

Heused to play on a group in college. He can play guitar pretty well. He was theacoustic guitar and sang the second voice.

Hehas a labrador retriever called Mana. He found her on the streets when she wasa puppy shortly after the Kira case ended, and she’s the most obedient and lovingdog that has ever existed.

He has glasses, but only uses them at home. He usescontacts at work because, when he started working with the police, he brokethree pairs in two months.

He’s like, insanely good with arts & crafts. All the presents he ever gives are hand-made, and always something unique to the person. 

He also knits. A lot. Specially when he’s stressed, as it’s his way to unwind. He made scarfs for the whole task force when they were working on the Kira case. L never told him, but he thought his blue scarf was perfect, and he used it every time he had to go out when it was cold.

When he was in high school, he attended flying trapeze classes for two years I mean how do you think he Cirque Du Soleil his way out of the Yotsuba situation??

He plays DnD with his college friends at least once a month. He’s a half-elf cleric, and he wears pointy ears and a cape when they play.

He is bisexual. Very bisexual. And very open about it as well.

I love that, no matter if you’re team Kira or team L, we collectively grew up and realized that Matsuda is the embodiment of a labrador retriever and he’s too good for this whole shitshow

Since I was told to match it up w Matsuda, I connected it to one of the arcs where he got to play a bigger role, aka when Higuchi was Kira and Matsuda got to do all that stuff as Misa’s manager and faking his own death and then becoming bait, etc. Using the spotlight as the moon just seemed like a fair fit
