my truck got hit by lightning last night and won’t hold a charge. my back two tires are dangerously low and have needed to be changed for over two years now.

it would mean the world to me if you would commission me for either a tarot reading or dream interpretation so i can afford to get this taken care of and go back to working my two jobs as soon as possible. my cashapp, venmo, patreon, and ko-fi are linked in the post too if you simply wish to donate and help. im not sure how much it will cost yet because we aren’t sure if it fucked just the battery or the alternator too.

so there is an update!!!

the lightning did NOT hit my truck! i am too short to have been able to see any damage that could have been on my roof, and i am also too disabled to climb on top of my truck to try to.

but it DID strike close enough to cause my alarm to go off all night, thus still killing my battery. the storm was loud enough that we and apparently our neighbors were unable to hear this.

my partner’s grandfather also stole my wheel lock key when he was borrowing my truck over a year ago, and claims to not know where it is. i am unable to replace it because i don’t know the model of the lugnuts on my tires. this is a big part of why my back tires have not been replaced. but this means ALL my tires need replacing, not just my back two tires, because they have to literally break the lugnuts off.

so the total cost is going to be
