⭐️Your F/o is aware of all your triggers and will actively avoid them, whether that be avoiding to touch certain parts of your body, not wearing certain clothing items, not yelling or easing their voice, or avoiding certain words/phrases to prevent flashbacks.
⭐️Your F/o isn’t disappointed that they may have to avoid a lot of media/content. They understand that even a LARGE chunk of media is potentially triggering to you. They will enjoy whatever you are comfortable enjoying, even if it means you can only sit through rated PG kids content.
⭐️Your F/o never EVER thinks of you as being a prude, or oversensitive, or a pussy, etc. They don’t think your reactions and emotions to your trauma are ‘too much’, or ‘babyish’. They understand why you feel the way you do, they empathize with you and comfort you whenever you are retraumatized.
⭐️Whenever you are getting flashbacks or retraumatized, your F/o immediately knows it; you don’t have to say anything, they know you are having an episode. They will do anything to ground you and get you out of that state. They can hug you or nuzzle you, or even don’t touch you at all of your not in a state to be touched.
⭐️Your F/o is protective of you. They will shield you from any triggering situations. If anyone tries to purposefully trigger you, or don’t take your triggers seriously, your F/o will get defensive and call them out for their behavior.
⭐️You never have to apologize for the way you are to your F/o. They love you, they will be with you through thick and thin. All they want is for you to be happy, for you to be comfortable, and especially for you to feel safe.
It’s okay if fictional characters are the only thing keeping you alive. It’s okay if daydreaming about being loved and cared for by your f/o helps you get through the day. It’s crucial that you love yourself through the eyes of your f/o if that’s the only way to remind yourself that you are worthy of love.

The main thing that people would maybe see as cringe is the fact that two of my sonas are sort of put in the place of the protagonists of 2 Persona games, Persona 3 and Persona 5. So, as a warning, this blog will absolutely contain Persona 3 and Persona 5 spoilers!!

My name is Nexus, I'm 19, and I go by she/her pronouns. I don't mind sharing any of my f/os!
This is a list of my sonas, and my f/os.
(And something I'd like to clarify, a few of my sonas f/os are different from my own. For example, I don't ship myself with Kotone from Persona 3, but I feel like the ship would be cute with my sona, Janus.)
My blog will probably mainly consist of Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Royal stuff, since their two of my all time favorite games. (And I do not condone ATLUS moments, such as but not limited to, sexualizing minors, 'hot water' scenes, fatphobia, etc.)
My favorite characters from these games are Goro Akechi (My favorite character in all of fiction,,, /srs), and Akihiko Sanada.
Also, some of my sonas are shipped with characters that I also ship with canon characters, such as Yukari x Mitsuru, Ryoji x Makoto/Minato, and others. If y'all ship a character I ship a sona with with a canon character, I will not care, because same. :3
