ARCH 2001 review.
Love it!
Last Friday ARCH 1001 had a review at the foyer of Atkinson Hall. The students presented their documentation of Clones and complimentary Spine projects.
First-year architecture students in Kris Palagi’s and Angeliki Sioli’s ARCH 1001 displayed their 1:1 clones in the LSU amphitheatre. The students’ clones are posed in reaction to scenes chosen from Shakespeare plays.
Had to share some of the recent first year work, I always love seeing these, just goes to show how far you can go in Architecture even after only three weeks. +)
Day 1 project this year was to create a series of nine collages utilizing a thirty-second audio clip for inspiration. Pieces for all collages found here were taken from a timelapse filmed out of my car window as I drove back to my dorm from the dollar store. More can be found after the break.
American Geodesics, Inc., The Lassen, Plan 6101
Interesting use of angles and spaces here, which I have a lot of respect for after dealing with this summer job.
Elective works.
WIP Collage work for some of my active studios.
”Five Conic Displacements” - Michael Heizer
Saving a few images here for reference. Figured I’d share.
Recent ARCH 1002 project utilizing our plaster vessels. The assignment was to digitally organize the Plaster vessels from the entire class’s collection. I organized them by light source and enjoy the result.
Also, DBTC#2 Day 24.
Final reblog, says it all in the original post.
ARCH 1002 Final Project Top two made using watercolors, bottom two made using 2B Pencils.
More student work from ARCH 1002, based on the recreation of a plaster cast using pencil of a pixelated sheet in isolated squares.I forget what the point of this was but it was badass.

First post on a new account is a repost of my work. How modest.
Some first-year work that originally led to the creation of my primary blog, semiAquamatic. I don’t post architecture work there anymore; that’s what this blog is for!
Daily Draw Day 33
As promised, some of the Architecture work that’s been keeping me from sketching this weekend. There are a lot of things dealing with Site Analysis and such as well, but I figure its better to not bog people down with my student work. More regularly scheduled DD postings will hopefully resume within the week. +)
Uan Project Part 1, design an alien creature. Sets 1-3 3rd sem. @lsuarch
