So someone asked me if I interested to fill this meme. Of course I do!!!! This is very interesting! Here's my OTP, Daimon Michiko x Jounouchi Hiromi from popular Japanese Drama, Doctor X ~ Surgeon-Daimon Michiko. I filled this based on fact, but sometimes also my headcanon. I'll explain why I filled like this.
How it happens : I think Jounouchi tried to get closer because she showed her interest for Daimon since S1E1. Daimon is never interest in relationship so of course she did unintentionally. Hiromichiko is a slow burn relationship. Mostly because they still call each other by surname.
Handling conflict : Who wants to start arguments? Of course no one wants! In S5E6, Daimon wouldn't forgive Jounouchi so easily, but I think she couldn't angry that long because in S3E10 she quickly wanted to reconcile with Akira-san. (the scene when she slept in office yet she wanted to back to her home, despite she had an argument with Akira-san).
Relationship Attitude : Well, Daimon is not a PDA type person, but she does show her affection in her house. In S5E9, Jounouchi held Daimon's arm like a couple lol!
Showing affection : Usually Daimon likes to hug Jounouchi. This is clearly that she does non-verbal affection. As for Jounouchi... well... she doesn't really make a verbal affection... I'm not sure about this part because when they had a quarrel, usually they reconcile without any words! They reconcile by telepathy! What kind of sorcery is that?!
Dealing with Jealousy : Daimon can get jealous easily from what we can see in S2E5, S4E11, and S6E6. I've never seen Jonouchi gets jealous at Daimon haha. In my headcanon, Daimon sometimes acts like a puppy who loves to seek attention lol. Jounouchi is like a cat 
Attachment : Daimon will protect Jounouchi from all men who get close to her! Both of them are clearly independent person.
Okay, for the next parts :
First to confess their feelings to the other : Daimon is a tsundere while Jounouchi is a kuudere. So... I think Jounouchi is more likely to confess first.
First to apologize after a fight : As I said earlier, they always reconcile by telepathy! But perhaps Jounouchi wants to reconcile first.
The more popular/charismatic : I think both of them are, but in different case. Jounouchi is popular in men while Daimon is charismatic and also popular among patients or other hospital. She's an infamous person haha.
The best caregiver when the others is sick : Definitely Jounouchi! She's a mother after all!
Does the cooking & housework : Do I need to explain? LOL! She's a great housewife!
Does most of the speaking : I think Daimon is more talkative than Jounouchi.
The overprotective one : As I said earlier, it's Daimon.
Designated driver : Because Daimon is not good with direction.
Has good penmanship : Doctor's penmanship is usually suck hahaha! But Daimon admit she couldn't draw in S5E9.
Has more experience with relationship : Jounouchi is a divorcee, so it's definitely her! Daimon never had a relationship before.
Sensitive to subtle changes in their partner : Daimon is really good at watching people's illness condition, but she's not sensitive in other aspects. She just knew that Jounouchi has a cat tongue in S5E10! I mean they often eat together and never realized it? Wow!
The one who propose : I think this time it's Daimon's turn 
The one who dies protecting the other : Definitely both of them. They meant to each other.
