Hello, I hope this message finds you well. Does anyone do free commissions or anything? Cause I don't have money to afford an artist. I need someone to draw Haruka from Sailor Moon in a cowboy outfit. Since I know that making art requires a lot of time and effort, I will be content with a simple sketch.
My mom passed away by suicide and I desperately need support. Im about to be homeless
Hi i am a trans and disabled individual. As many of you know, my mom passed away in April by suicide. She was my caregiver, best friend, but also paid half the bills. Now im ready to be evicted. Im very sick and I'll due on the streets with my disabilities.
I desperately need help with groceries and rent. I'm looking to raise around $1800 for rent and food altogether. I don't raise it within the next 10 days, I'll be homeless. Please share!
So I just finished reading an ancient and probably forgotten obscure role playing game called Teenagers From Outerspace. I picked this game up on a splurge because it was only $10, and it looked interesting-- I forgot which rabbit hole I fell down that allowed me to find this gem, but I'm glad I did! This game is hilarious! It's unhinged. It's got anime. And I think I may have fell in love.
This is a simple game that just uses a couple of 2d6, scrap paper, and lots of imagination. If you're into insane 80s and 90s comedy movies like Airplane!, Space Balls, and The Naked Gun, you're going to love this game. It's set in a Science Fiction genre, where you can play as either a resident of Earth (as a teenager), or as a dignified alien (also, as a teenager).
I have a discussion on my forum about this game running now, and in fact, this is probably where I'll try a test plot. Yeah, I'll probably end up just playing with myself. (yeah, pun totally intended here!)
sign the petition to make the world more accessible
Require all sidewalk curbs to be wheelchair accessible
please read & reblog!!
ever since I was little, I can remember missing out on activities with my friends because it wasn't wheelchair accessible. Twenty years later and places are still NOT accessible and we miss out on A LOT of events/gatherings.
I came here today to talk to you about something near and dear to my heart. When I'm traveling in my wheelchair to get places, the sidewalk curbs are often too high off the ground to be safe to get down. This means that I either have to travel on the road - which is super unsafe - or hope that there is a dip in the sidewalk further up the road.
My friend and I made this global petition after I almost got hit by a car last week. This was because I had to drive on the road! No one should ever have to risk their life on the regular just to get around.
By signing this petition AND sharing this post, you're helping all mobility aid users stay safe and alive. It is vital that both disabled and able bodied people sign this to demonstrate that there is a lot of support behind the cause. Please sign and share! 🙏
As somebody who is suffering with Plantar Fascitiis, I totally see the world of the disabled now, even though I'm still not officially disabled. I've always been and advocate for the disabled. There is no reason why any so called First World Nation should be so restrictive towards anybody. We can do better!
I should probably post this here too. It's my first time!

About Me:
I'm an experienced game master and forum administrator of the Generation X breed-- also a geeky girl. I've run Play by Post games since 2005, and I specialize in anime role playing, although this is the first dedicated role play forum I've attempted. I've played a variety of game systems through the years, and personally own about 30 different systems in my library. I value humor and I like it when players throw me an unexpected plot device.
About Prismatica:
Newly formed, and officially began operations 23-MAY-2025, we offer a relaxed, casual environment. The software is fully patched and has several extensions that enhance the community feel, such as Sub Accounts, a Shop, and a Dice Roller is coming online (as soon as the Developer fixes an issue that I found with it). I'm striving to build a tight-knit group of friendly players who adore anime, and role playing, specifically within a Magical Girl genre, but Prismatica isn't limited to only this one game. The site features other areas and even includes options for configuring visibility access and rating levels. I only ask that the games feature some aspect of anime.
Welcome to Prismatica! Read the Rules, Learn the Site, Explore the Fun!
Transform into your true magical form under the guidance of the Temporal Space Administration Bureau's assistance!Visibility Access: Public
Maybe I should get back to doing this Tumblr thing. Honestly, I always forget about it's existence. Anyway, I recently read that there's a lot of people who role play that use Tumblr, so maybe I can find some people to help with a game I recently started?
enter Magical Lyrical Radiant Strike Force, a Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha game that I'm hosing on my forum https://prismatica.animerpgs.com. I've got this brand new shiny XenForo forum finally all set up, and even got Sub Accounts installed. Now I just need some players and together we can form a nice cohesive plot?
Well, today was the first day back to work after a week-long vacation. I must say, even though today was a "short" day (only six hours long), I'm totally exhausted! I was looking forward to getting some writing done today, but maybe I have just enough energy to doom scroll before making dinner and then getting to bed. I was even falling asleep on the subway home.
Well, it's been a LONG time since I've been on this page. Honestly, I forgot about it's existence! So, to fix that, I've done a couple of things, and I'll share some of the things that I've been up to in my day to day life.
So, in order to remember all of the places that I maintain online, I've created a dot.cards profile. (Someday, I'll actually purchase a physical card, but I want "branding" on mine, so that's an expense that I'm going to have to save up for. You can check my full profile out here:
This leads me into my next bit of news: I'm writing my first truly epic Original Anime Fiction, named "Magical Girl Misfts", it's a magical girl parody that takes place in a hybrid world of real life and fiction! The main protagonist, Hikari Amaretasu, has freshly graduated from SPARK (School for Primary Arcane Research and Kinetics -- a magical training academy), and from the start of this epic tale, she finds herself added to a unique bunch of veterans who together save the day (usually from the disasters that nobody wants to touch!)
I've got this story hosted on my New and Improved Patreon page -- that showcases Positive/Spiritual well-being tempered with my love of anime, and eventually, a bit of role playing antics added on top. You can read it here at The Kokoro Konnection. I also made a cool hat featuring my Misfit logo, that I hope to receive within the next couple of days! I'm so excited! And if you're a misfit too, feel free to support my work by purchasing your own at my anime inspired Etsy store: Mythic Misfits!
Yes, I'm attempting to rescue myself from the chronic pain that is progressively becoming worse with each day by my warehouse job. I have found that I'm the most excited when I'm creating something -- anything, really, and writing allows me to feel that excitement. Working from home also allows me to experiment with cooking creations that I serve on my unsuspecting partner (actually, most of the ideas are from her!) And Bashar has stated that we should be doing whatever makes us feel the most excited -- so this is what I'm attempting to do. (Of course, if anybody knows of a remote job where I can be a software support technician or a even pencil pusher, I'm totally cool with those options too!) In the mean time, while the current job market is... lacking, I'm all for creatively writing for anybody who wants to read for enjoyment.
I'm feeling quite a bit burnt out with life. I miss the days of yester-year when I had lots of forum friends, and we'd play in various anime adventures. I want to role play again, I want friends to share my creativity with. I understand that people don't really have the time to play around anymore, money is tight, I know I'm exhausted when I get home every night. But I really want some people to play with, to have fun again!
Let's go time traveling, or steal a space ship and accidentally start an intergalactic war or something! I like science fiction, romantic comedy and magical girls the most. I hate anything overly ecchi, but innuendo is fine. Can anybody hear me, or are my words going out into the universe, only to be answered by silence? Join me and let's rule the univer---I mean, have some fun at https://www.animerpgs.com
I've started up a new Patreon page that will be the spot for all my creative works of anime fiction (note, that this will NOT be fan-fiction). I'm following my heart to be the inspired awesome writer I have always seen myself as! Check it out here:
It's now been two weeks since I moved into my new home. The commute is more brutal than I originally thought. So, I'm looking for a job closer to home. I'm also looking for a job that it ls less stressful on my body -- being nearly 50, this is important.
I'm really good at organization and paperwork. I have the ability to pay attention to tiny details, while I may not be the best, I do know that tend to spot the little things at work that some of my current coworkers miss. I think that the best job for me would be a desk job. Maybe Office Clerk or something. I don't really have a career in mind -- I also feel that I'm a bit too old to be chasing dreams of my youth. Other things I know that I need in my new job search would be having the weekends off, to myself. I really do miss gathering with some folks and sitting around a table role playing with Shadowrun, or maybe one of my many new anime RPGs that I've purchased.
But now comes the problem. I have to update that god-awful thing called a Resume! I hate it, and considering that all the work that goes into making one, it on average only gets a review of six seconds -- wait, that's right, only six seconds! How is my pathetic excuse of a work history going to get noticed and actually looked over in that stack of other resumes when I only have six seconds to make a standing ovation of an impression?
I've got job gaps, I've got moments in my life I'm not proud of, I for lack of a better term, don't have a career. I'm sorry, but I don't consider "Warehouse worker" a career field. I don't mind having "dead end" jobs anymore, I just want something that I can do well, in a fairly relaxed environment.
Anyway, I'm rambling, and really I doubt that anybody besides myself is ever going to read this blog -- much like my poor anime role playing website. Thanks Facebook. Um, anyway, yeah, so I need help!
So, I haven't even moved in yet, but I'm loving the convenience! A three minute walk to the subway! One 32 minute bus ride to the mall! Getting back and forth to work is only a subway and one short bus ride (that's gonna suck because the bus cycle takes forever!) But getting to my doctor's office is going to be nice and easy too! Less than a ten minute walk (after the T). If I could move in today, hell, last night, I would have, the only problem is that I still need to get to work, and I don't have the money for the T yet. I'll be buying the $90 monthly pass in a couple of days.
And all the cabinet space is amazing! I can even store my bike in the main closet! And to get it repaired? I can through it on one bus and 30 minutes later drop it off at the closest Landry's to be tuned up! There's also NO STAIRS here. Although the apartment is a "basement" apartment, it's actually on the ground floor, and the apartment is the first one by the exit door (a side door even) so I can get my bike in and out easily! We even have a parking spot (that we don't pay extra for!), and it's marked with the apartment number! That'll come in hand for when I get my driver's license (again) and get another car.
So, we found a new, less-toxic place to live. Our own apartment! We’ll be moving way south to Quincy, so yeah, the commute is going to suck, but our quality of life will skyrocket! My therapist has even managed to hook us up with moving and some free furnishings for the new place! YAY
In other news, my future Mother-in-Law needs a (new) used car so that she can find a new job. She’s been laid off since the beginning of January and money is running out! I’ve personally had good experiences with Toyota and Kia, so that’s what I’m recommending for her. Does anybody have any leads? Keep in mind that we’re in Eastern Massachusetts.
My fiancee and I are looking for stable housing for under $1800 / month. Anywhere in Boston that has access to the MBTA. We have two weeks to find and move into a new place. I need help locating additional resources. I’ve tried Trullia, Zillow, Apartments.com, HotPads, Apartmentlist, Craigslist, and some others I can’t remember. I’m living paycheck to paycheck, and don’t have all the move-in costs (first month AND last month AND security deposit AND brokers fee, that’s like $6,000 - $8,000. I’ll have like $3,000 by the end of the month.) right now, however, I do work overtime and can pay over time. I want a long lease (I hate moving). We’re decent tenants, clean, quiet, and don’t like drama. I don’t like the instability of subleasing, especially since I can’t use the monthly rent as a form of official payment history towards purchasing a house within the next couple of years.
Everything is so expensive (like a Studio starting at $1,800 / month, which I can afford), and my credit is somewhere around 600+. We don’t smoke, we don’t have pets. We’re living in a subleased bedroom for $1,700 / month now, but because of a falling out with a friend, we have to move. I’ve also tried Facebook and Twitter.
So I guess my question is: Does anybody know of someplace I can look to find a place to live within the next two weeks? I’m getting kind of desperate. Please help.
Grrr, I’ve about had it with GoDaddy. All I want is my forum’s email to work. Yet I’ve had nothing but troubles with configuring it. Today the tech suggested that I reinstall the application.... like it’s that simple. Um, that’s like my ENTIRE website?!
In the past I’ve run my own (Linux) server, but right now, that’s impracticable. I’m moving, first of all, and my poor baby (R13) may be put into storage while I may have to live out of a motel room for a number of months... moving on... secondly, I’m using Windows (11 Pro) now, because I’m working with Unreal Engine, building my MMORPG, and I don’t have the money to invest into another computer to run a server Third, I don’t have a desk job right now, so I can’t jump up at a moment’s notice to issue a remote command if I needed to.
So, I’m looking for a decent webhost that I can run my forum on that email actually works and I have some decent disk space (probably mostly in the form of (non-hentai anime) images. After all, I strive to maintain a family-freindly website. You never know who’s on the other side of the connection.
To recap: I’m looking for a new webhost. I’m looking for a new place to live. I’m looking for more members for my website. I’m also looking for more friends. And finally, can I mention I’m looking for World Peace?? LOL
Finally got the game started! It’s probably not what the original author had intended (after re-reading the description... again), but it’ll turn out just great!
“ Welcome to the Mahora Academy, a special large school that encompasses all school grades from kindergarten through college level. However, that is not all that is special about this school. One particular class stands out from the rest. Enter the class of Negi Springfield. He instructs a rather ordinary all girls class of preps, loners, rockers, and goddesses. He is a wizard. He is a highly educated person. He is only 13! And all of his students are in love with him! Just when things seem like they are settling down back to normal, the entire class of students is sucked into an epic battle between mother and daughter that could tear the known universe apart! It is up to this most awkward team of magi to understand and defeat the evil mastermind bent on fulfilling her one and only desire all while trying to pass high school! “
That’s the cool thing about Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha being involved in the setting. There is Temporal Mechanics involved! Hehehe!
So, after a day of reposting ancient role playing posts from my old site to my new one, I finally got to play some of these old games.... now I just need some active members to play with.
