The Reddit account is active again, saying that their Twitter account was hacked since 4AM and they recently got it back and the person who posted wasn't them. They have said on Reddit that the idol had no affiliation with JYP and given the info, it's been theorized to be an SM artist.
The hacking defense still feels fishy to me?? She said she was hacked at 4:00 AM and all the screenshots shes posted of trying to get it back are at like 3:45 PM.
It's not making sense with all the information provided. I'd like to believe the Reddit account, but the timeline isn't looking good.

I will also add, if the Twitter hacker claim is true, then THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. When Taeil was first announced to have been connected to a sex crime, there was a user who made a ton of claims about how he SAed her when she was a minor and stuff and was eventually proven to be lying, given the new information given by police. Anyone who takes a REAL victim's story and twists it and abuses it for their own purposes is a piece of shit and should be entirely called out for it. That's disgusting behavior.

the most disturbing thing about blackpink coming back with an AI generated music video isn't the corporate greed (companies WILL utilize this devilish technology to cut costs at every conceivable opportunity, no surprises) but the fact that nobody really Cares. from people with genuine AI blindness who just "can't tell" obvious slop from special effects, to the parasocial defensiveness of tweets like "omgg everything is AI to you guysšš" and "this is literally just basic CGI??" getting hundreds of thousands of likes on twitter because most stans have sacrificed their last drop of critical thought years ago and are physically incapable of comprehending that not everything is a gotcha fanwar and that valid criticism isn't about people seeking to slander your beautiful perfect multi- millionaire queens who are your friends, you absolute buffoon. all the way to people who are genuinely like "ermm well even if they did use AI what's the problem?" oh there's no problem! if any part of the artistic process can be swapped with AI, why make any art whatsoever? let AI write the lyrics and make the music too. let AI choreograph the dances and generate the singing as well. why have artists/idols at all? i'm sure AI can personify them just fine. what's the problem? what's the problem with one of the most popular girl groups in the k-pop (and global) music industry leading with the example of freely using AI in place of previous high-budget music videos filled with practical and special effects, beautiful sets and actual human work? what's the problem? what's the problem?
The Blackpink Jump MV is absolutely horrendous with the use of generative AI.
I've taken screenshots of what I think are the most noticeably TERRIBLE applications of AI.
First of all, look at the background of the buildings. See how warped it is? Nothing is actually clear or uniform. It's a jumbled mess.
And also? Who the FUCK is that, because it is NOT RosƩ. I have never seen this woman before in my life.

This is basically my thoughts on the VCHA situation. A company wide boycott will not work since it's too vast and there are so many people who will not care about VCHA. We need to be strategic and target only JYP USA and VCHA with the boycott. No streaming, no album sales, no nothing. What a lot of kpop stans don't get about boycotting is that if it is a matter like this, a wide and broad boycott will not have any lasting effect, but a targeted boycott, like with LOONA, we can actually do something. But if we DO end up doing a company wide boycott, I can't imagine it going well, what with all the beloved groups currently under the label with so many fans. VCHA is a relatively small group from JYPE so they won't have a ton of general public support, but if their fans can rally around them like Orbits did with LOONA, we can cause enough of a disruption to get the attention we need.
I need JYP USA to burn to the ground. I need those girls to be safe. I loved their music but their safety is more important. Fuck JYP USA for all this shit and fuck JYPE for allowing this to happen.
With everything going down with VHCA's KG and possibly the other girls, let's go over something.
VCHA is said to be under JYP USA Artist, a division of the company that functions away from the main base. This is not a new division. JYP USA has been around since 2007, and silently went defunct before being re-established in 2022.
We will not blame other JYP Artists for this issue. They more than likely had no idea of this happening if VCHA is based in the states. We blame the harmful staff and the company for letting this happen. ALSO, WE WILL NOT BLAME J.Y. PARK FOR THIS HAPPENING. He cares quite a lot about ANY of the artists even though he is no longer CEO.
I don't follow VCHA nor do I know what happened with their journey, but I do have to commend KG for speaking up and bringing it to light. She is effectively calling JYPE to own up to their actions as well as moving to make sure they are held accountable.
