september, what’s the mood?
mental illness is weird because even if the toughest shit has been going on i didn’t shed a tear and then literally got a mental breakdown because i couldn’t find my watch the other day
too relatable
reminder to:
straighten your back
go pee goddAMN IT STOP HOLDING IT
go take your meds if you need to
drink some water
go get a snack if you havent eaten in a while
maybe wander around the house/stretch a little if you’ve been sat at the computer a while (artists especially: sTRETCH THOSE WRISTS)
reply to that text/message from earlier you’d forgotten about
maybe send a nice lil message to someone having a bad day?
I just would like to thank everyone who ever reblogs this so that it somehow ends up back on my dash because I usually need the reminder (especially the drinking water one)

A miscarriage is a natural and common event. All told, probably more women have lost a child from this world than haven’t. Most don’t mention it, and they go on from day to day as if it hadn’t happened, so people imagine that a woman in this situation never really knew or loved what she had. But ask her sometime: how old would your child be now? And she’ll know.

People who live on Caribbean islands and in Florida please prepare for a possible hurricane that can cause MAJOR destruction!! Hurricane Irma has been growing at fast rates and it doesn’t hurt to be safe than sorry. Stock up on food, water, portable chargers, and other helpful resources that can get you through this.
Here is a 2017 hurricane disaster guide that contains vital information on how to survive a hurricane. It’s too early to tell how far it’ll go beyond Florida but meteorologists are predicting it can hit the Carolinas. The storm isn’t expected to hit the U.S until Friday, so that gives Florida residents a lot of time to stock up and get prepared.
Florida’s Governor has already declared a state of emergency!
Hey guys, this is important! Spread this around!
Also: North Carolina (possibly) and a couple other states north to Florida. It’s HUGE y’all.
Fuck
So today I had this moment where it kind of just hit me that if I hadn't of screwed up and lost my kid when I was younger then they would be just over 6 years old and it's really hard to think straight with that knowledge.
Why? Why did she feel the need to SIT ON MY HEAD? Genesis is litterally just scooting from one side of the bed, to the other, in the most dramatic ways possible. Few minutes ago she was on her back and pushing off me with her paws to get to a different spot. And yet people wonder why I never get to sleep. 😅🐶💤
I would call my roommate lazy, but I’m not changing it either so-… 😅
I appreciate that my landlord wants to talk about the neighbors whining about the pine cones and needles in my yard, but not talk about them taking pictures of my home like creepy freaks with the back door open in one of the pics that leads straight into my room. Sorry those 3 pine cones in my fully fenced yard is such a concern for my neighbors that do construction in their back yard at 7 in the morning, these same people with dogs that bark at literally everything even though my 7 month old pup is already near completion in learning to only bark when needed. But hey. Who am I to complain?
Someone asked me the other day, why I’m always so mad, and well.. Sometimes when crying and being sad just isn’t enough, it’s easier to just get mad..
It's easier to get mad, to punch a wall, break a mirror, break anything really, to just scream and yell. Sometimes just being sad is not enough to express everything going on inside.
Personally, this is the monent where I feel most at peace. That little bit of time where I'm just numb to the world is a mini vacation after I've just given in to all the emotions I lock up to get through my daily routine.
I couldn’t find the original post but I just had to have this on my blog.
