I am 100% all the time craving an artisan Italian pizza with fluffy chewy crust and big air pockets on the inside 😍🍕 It turns out it’s kind of a challenge to achieve that level of crust perfection, might have to invest in some true white flour and abandon my whole wheat philosophy for once 😂 .. Started my own journey into pizza crust making! A yeast crust made with @kingarthurflour white whole wheat flour, topped with a thick tomato sauce, spinach, onions, canned mushrooms, and slices of fresh garlic 😋 Topped with some crushed red pepper and homemade walnut parm!
