Ch13 - Operation Grandpup Drop (A SitBoy Discord Crack Fic)

Chapter 13:

"Any new leads?" asked Sesshomaru as he entered the main room to the Secret Headquarters for the Public Security Intelligence Agency. The lone occupant glanced up from the bank of monitors with a half dead look on his face as he once again considered why he was helping his former nemesis instead of seeing him killed. 

 It had been a long five hundred years for Naraku, who had changed considerably in that intervening time period with his enemies unknowingly sealed away, freed of the influence of the shikon jewel, rid of the influence of Onigumo's heart, and finally knowing the joys of true fatherhood after he had sired legimitate children. There was only so much a person could change though and even though Naraku now sought to protect his bloodline and homeland, there was no better place suitable for him to do so from apart from working behind the scenes as the Secret Head of an Intelligence Agency, putting his skills at manipulation and subterfuge to full use. 

 "No, not since the Okinawa Breakthrough," Naraku responded as he leafed through the various reports. Someone or something had been operating under his nose for at least the past five hundred years, sealing away his former enemies and creating clay copies of them, infiltrating the government and defense force. He had no inclination to help Sesshomaru out but wanted to get to the bottom of who was threatening his government's stability, had ordered a missile attack on four of its citizens, and what their next moves were. 

 The so called Okinawa breakthrough was a discovery of shipments of high quality clay to an odd location that had turned out to be a pottery cave similar to the one once used by Urasue, but this one had been used to make potentially hundreds of clay people and had apparently been unused for quite some time. The trail had gone cold soon there afterwards. 

 Naraku felt like they were missing something, something important. It was that moment when the intruder alarms in the HQ went off.

The sprinkler system went off with a whir, buzzing as water spewed from the taps. Naraku's eyes went wild as he threw up waterproof canvases over the computer systems. Managing to save his life's work, he snapped at Sesshomaru, "I'm going to kill whatever you have lured into my lair." 

Sesshomaru narrowed his eyes, "Not before I do." 

Naraku threw opened the door, and smoke billowed. Sesshomaru's nose was useless in the fire.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I raise a toast to you as we commence the opening stages of Operation Hellstorm, may the spoils of Supreme Conquest soon be ours," said the masked figure as it raised a glass of wine to the other eight figures seated around the round table in the secret underground bunker. 

 To his right and progressing further around the table was seated an array of formerly vanquished villains returned from the depths of the underworld through a secret portal opened upon the destruction of Inukimi's Interdimensional Necklace. 

 Sounga, a Dragon Demon Lord originally from Hell itself who was sealed away within an old Sword. 

 Muso, a collection of demons and a human named Onigumo who had been discarded by Naraku and left to die under the collapsed remains of Mt Hakurei. 

 Urasue, a Pottery Demon whom they had utilized to construction an army of clay soldiers, bringing souls back from the depths of hell to power the clay dolls with. 

 Ryukotsusei, another Dragon Demon that had been sealed away by Inutashio and slain by Inuyasha, like Sounga he was present now in human form. 

  Hyoga, formerly defeated and his power sealed away by Inutashio during the attempted Mongol Invasion of Japan. 

 Menomaru, son of Hyoga who was later defeated by Inuyasha and Kagome after gaining his father's power. 

 Tekkei, a powerful demon bird that was slain by Naraku to open a path to the world between this one and the next. She is present in human form. 

 Abi, daughter of Tekkei who was also slain by Naraku. Like her mother, she wants revenge against Naraku. 

 And finally there was the masked man himself, none other than the former collection of demons and humans trapped within the Shikon No Tama, the entity known as Magatsuhi, now forever free of the Jewel itself to wreak havoc on the world. Together with the group of nine he had formed the Shikon Cabal for the purpose of Supreme Conquest.

Sesshomaru and Naraku paused as soon as they noticed the slender figure traipsing through the raining smoke filled hall. Her long black hair had been piled up in a tight bun, but the four dashed markings between her brows was unmistakable. "Midoriko..." Sesshomaru had only known her from old scrolls. Her piercing gaze felt damning. She pulled down her soaked ribbed black leather jacket and got down to business, "Excuse my intrusion Demons, we have a problem. I require your immediate assistance."

"My reincarnate is in trouble. Come we must hurry if we are to save your mate and pups Sesshomaru." Midoriko turned on the toe of her black leather boot and walked out of the room.

"Explosions have rocked MI5 and Parliament in London....," 

 "Reports of gunfire within the walls of the Kremlin...," 

 "Smoke is rising from both the White House and the Pentagon...," 

 "Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building has just collapsed, I repeat just collapsed...," 

 Together Kagome, Miss Higurashi, Jii Jii, and Inukimi watched the scattered news reports with growing dismay, tears and hands over hearts taking hold as more and more breaking news alerts sounded, with the whole world suddenly seemingly coming undone by as of yet still unknown assailants. 

 "Everyone, be on guard, we're surrounded," warned Inukimi. Kagome looked up to see her mother in law scenting the air as she looked around her. Clearing her stuffy nose from crying Kagome took a whiff herself and growled as she detected the scent of clay and graveyard soil. 

 Suddenly the darkened skies outside lit up with a brilliant flash as a familiar sound clattered through the house, followed by what sounded like a china shop's worth of broken pottery clattering onto the ground outside. 

 Rushing outside in battle formation, Kagome and Inukimi came across the broken forms of perhaps fifty clay ninjas, along with three familiar grooves in the ground. Turning, they sighted Inuyasha and Kikyo advancing towards them. 

  "Kikyo?" Kagome questioned in surprise. What was even more surprising was that Kikyo scented of a normal human, not death. 

  "I've been dispatched by the Kami along with other formerly deceased miko's on a special mission. We don't have much time, we need to evacuate you and the others," said Kikyo as Inuyasha extended his hand.

Just as Kagome took his hand the well house imploded in on itself and a haunting red glow erupted from it's center. Every demon that had it's bones once thrown into  the well reformed and exploded out from the light with a loud zombish groan.

Through their mating bond Sesshomaru received a mental image of the battle that had been ongoing for some time now as the three of them neared the shrine. Kikyo, Inuyasha, Inukimi, and Kagome were all covered in wounds with hundreds of dead demons surrounding them and thousands more circling in for the kills. Between the four wounded warriors knelt Jii Jii and Miss Higurashi, the former throwing ineffective sutras with stoic fear while the latter just prayed for a miracle. 

 "Mate, Barrier, Now!" Sesshomaru telematically sent to Kagome as he drew Bakusaiga from its sheath. When he saw the faint glimmering of pink through the horde he sliced through the demons with his sword, the green lightning cutting down all fifty thousand remaining demons in just a few moments. 

 "Heh, that's what the fools get for clustering up," Naraku remarked snidely. 

  "Yes but until the secret portal to hell is closed, they'll just keep coming back, which is one of the reasons I was sent back. Inukimi's Inter-dimensional necklace was a gift bestowed upon her by the Kami for a task she had undertaken for them in the far distant past and it was made from a sapling of the Tree of Ages. I can close the secret portal by undertaking a ritual upon the Tree but it will take some time and I will need to be protected while doing so," explained Midoriko as she landed next to the tree. 

  With a flash of spiritual energy Midoriko waved her hands and instantly everyone was healed of their injuries and reinvigorated with renewed stamina. 

 "An old miko technique, lost through the ages after my death I suppose," Midoriko explained after everyone's surprised glances as she moved to the Tree.

Inuyasha and Kikyo were muttering under their breaths. With Midoriko chanting, Sesshomaru turned to his Mate and family, "Inuyasha take them to the safehouse you're whispering about." 

"Uh, yeah, sure." He grunted. 

"I'm not going without you." Kagome narrowed her gaze at him, "I'm not going to be separated from you at a time like this." 

"Hn." He cut down a demon that had just flown up from the well, grabbed her by the waist, and dipped her for a kiss. By the time they separated again she was breathless and heavy lidded, "You will take our young from this danger and protect them at all costs." 

She nodded, rubbing her stomach and looking over her shoulder at their adopted puppies in his Mother's arms. "Okay. I'll do it." One last kiss and they parted. 

Unfortunately the safe house wasn't as safe as assumed.

Everything was proceeding according to plan. They had everything that they needed from hell already so there was no harm in letting Midoriko seal the secret portal and in exchange their ambush at the safe house had yielded a number of significant prizes, a first taste of the rewards to come. 

 Magatsuhi examined the prizes captured, looking over each with a spectacled eye before turning to the other Cabal members that happened to be present. 

  "As we all previously agreed upon, Muso shall take possession of the reincarnated Kikyo, Ryukotsusei shall have Inuyasha, Tekkei will take Miss Higurashi and Jii Jii, while Hyoga takes Kagome," said Magatsuhi as the spoils were divided. The two adopted pups of theirs had been wounded in the ambush and left to die, for Sesshomaru to find when the others caught up to the Safe House location following the completion of the Ritual. 

 Hyoga and Menomaru grinned as they looked over their new prize, largely untouched but still unconscious from the effects of the knock out gas specially tailored for humans, half demons, and demons alike. 

  "Now my son, we shall take her offspring and feed them into my power pool and then, when she is ready once more, you shall use her to birth the strongest and most powerful offspring the Hyoga Clan has bore witness to in generations," Hyoga said as the two of them carted Kagome off. 

 Magatsuhi turned to Sounga as the latter came to stand next to him. 

 "You're up to bat, I'll be staying at the bunker to coordinate our activities worldwide," said Magatsuhi. Sounga grinned as he prepared to make his official re-debut on the world scene.

Having been hidden behind a barrier far too strong for the likes of the forces present, InuKimi took hold of the pups as soon as the canal members had set sight elsewhere, "Take care of the young ones." She passed them to Sango whose large wings barely fit in her barrier. InuKimi pricked her finger and marked the Slayer's head, "This will allow you to enter my domain, have a safe flight." Holding both the pups and the hands of her children, Sango nodded and left for the sky castle. InuKimi scented out Hyoga first, who'd stopped to piss letting his son take Kagome up ahead, taking the foul beast out with her bare claws. It'd been far too long since she'd sunk her hands into hot flesh, but rusty she was not. Her poison bubbled through Hyoga's body. Let them try to bring him back twice. His son had tried to hold Kagome hostage when she found him. His quivering voice telling as he croaked, "I'll kill her if you don't back the fuck off!" "By all means." She rolled her eyes, slicing through him in one quick roll of her wrist, the deadly ribbon of her power broke him and his two halves squished against the ground. Kagome fell into InuKimi's arms just as she melted the remains of Menomaru like that of his father.

Kagome cried out in pain and felt a rush of hot liquid go down her leg. 

"No no no Inukimi isn't  it too soon?" Kagome looked up at her mother-in-law with pleading eyes.

"Hush now girl everything will be fine." Inukimi took her daughter in law in her arms and flew to the sky palace.

By the time Sesshomaru had caught up with and dispatched Tekkei, he felt a terror through his mating bond like no other. Following the scent of his Mate had led him to her mother and grandfather. He left them with Naraku as he continued to follow her scent. Blood and amniotic fluid assaulted his nose, his mother was with her. Good. Seeing red, he flew for the flying Shiro of his mother's.

Midoriko finished the ritual and stood back as the Tree of Ages glowed with an unearthly light of the Kami's. Thousands upon thousands of pinpricks of light streaked out from the tree like needles, each one trailing a thread of red string. Through the entire world every demon, clay soldier, and being that had passed through the secret portal was skewered and then dragged back down into the depths of hell through a new portal opened in the well. Magatsuhi was the last to go, screaming about "How could this be?" and "But everything was going according to plan!" before disappearing and the Portal closing. 

 Midoriko collapsed as Naraku caught her now frail form. 

 "What was that?" he asked in awe, having an idea but not entirely sure of what he saw. 

 "In sending me back, the Kami bestowed additional powers upon me, sufficient to seal the portal spawned from the destruction of their gift and forcefully return everyone who wrongfully used it. In his planning Magatsuhi didn't account for the possibly of the Kami intervening more forcefully against him and that proved to be the downfall for both him and his 'Shikon Cabal'," Midoriko explained. 

 "What now?" he asked in a more concerned tone. 

 "Now, I and the others who were dispatched from the heavens above shall return, our missions accomplished. Go in peace," whispered Midoriko before being encompassed within a ball of light. When it faded, she was gone.

Inuyasha found Kikyo just as she began to dissipate. With his children grown, he took her hand, determined to join her in the afterlife. "Are you sure?" She whispered through tears. He nodded, pulling her to his chest. They kissed as they left for valhallah​. Odin saw them coming into his domain and welcomed them with honey mead.

"Auuurrgggghhhh! You did this to meeee! Take this and that!" Kagome yelled at Sesshomaru as loud slickish popping sounds emanated from the area where she was giving birth. Sesshomaru spotted a pair of projectiles flying at him and started to dodge, but stopped when his vision afforded him a quick look at said projectiles to see what they were his third born son and seventh born daughter. Quickly he caught them instead, cradling them in his arms. 

 He knew his mate wasn't in a right state of mind right now; quite frankly he wasn't entirely sure he was either as he licked the afterbirth from the two pups. What came out of his mate at a time like this sure was tasty though, not unlike a fine vegetable soup with a tomato base, just with a tad more copper flavor on the side. 

 "Come on Kagome you're almost there, I believe there's only about a dozen more or so to go," soothed Inuemi as she handed off a couple more pups. Bat Eri and Yuka flew in with more towels to handle the pups and add them to the growing collection in the nursery next door.

"Didnt you say she only has four breasts?" Asked Mai, Inuyasha's eldest and baby sitter to most of the pups in the pack, "This is the largest brood I've ever seen. Kagome's mom had held the first fifteen but after they just kept on coming, she gave up and picked two favorites. Petting thier soft heads, she shrugged, "You think she will need nursemaids?" Mai bit her lip, "Yeah, I do. Even in her true form 29 and counting... There's no where to put that many nipples on one body."

Sesshomaru  was starting to panic they had gotten up to 32 and he wasnt really sure how the hell they were going to deal with so many pups. Perhaps his mother could take a few to raise or maybe they could adopt a couple out to the newly youkai former humans.

"Kagome," He swallowed hard as she growled at him. "Perhaps you should just keep the rest in." InuEmi barked a laugh as she handed off number 33 and 34. Kagome squeezed his hand so hard he thought it might break, You're getting exactly what you asked for, jerk." He looked down at their first pup, already and still nursing on her breast. One he could handle, "Have we considered adoption?" Her eyes bled red, "Try giving away my pups and I will rip you limb from limb, starting with your cock." InuEmi held up the final pup with a huge smile, "Great job, Kagome!"

35 was the final number. Inukimi called the maintenance  department  and asked them to bring all the cribs and bassinets in the castle. Even with that she wasnt sure their would be enough. So she knixed that idea and asked them to bring all the mattresses  into the adjoining room they would make one huge bed.

Even with her greater reserve of demonic stamina Kagome had still been exhausted from the ordeal. She had four pups nursing and another thirty one waiting their turns. 

 "Inuemi, if you would please just move them around as needed...," muttered Kagome wearily before she fell into a deep slumber. 

 As his eldest sister complied with moving the pups around on the feeding stations Sesshomaru wiped the sweat from his mate's forehead before touching his mating mark. 

 Through it he began channeling his stores of demonic energy stamina into his mate, helping to replenish some of what she had lost that would be sorely needed in the big week ahead.

Using the funds of the deceased Imposter Sesshomaru, the real Sesshomaru was able to secure a thousand acre parcel​​ of wilderness deep in the heart of Japan. Using youkai builders and more than a little magic a cave was manufactured with all the joys of modern conveniences with the necessary accommodating space a growing brood of 35 needed. The center room was large enough for many full grown Inuyoukai to lay side by side. Currently Kagome occupied the space with half her pups nursing and the other half sleeping snuggled up to their father. She licked thier little heads and nuzzled them with her nose.

The years rolled by in a blur of adorable puppy tails and wet noses until at around 5 years old they all started to take on humanoid  forms. All that is but the runt of the litter poor little Inuyasha was always smaller and weaker then his brothers and sisters.

"Oh, my poor baby!" Kagome scooped up her littlest and snuggled him up to her chest, "You three, quit picking on your brother." The other boys frowned and in unison pouted, "Sorry Mama." She patted little Inuyasha's fluffy head, "You're okay."

Sesshomaru rolled his eyes, "You're coddling him, he will never grow larger."

InuKimi sighed, "Let me take him for awhile, he will flourish as an only child. You know, Sesshomaru was also a late bloomer when it came to obtaining a true form."

"I was not!" He snapped.

"Were so. You were my cute little fluffykins for many years." She cackled as he growled.

Kagome looked down at her pup and back at the full house behind her, perhaps he would do better with his granddog...

The little white puppy in her arms glowed with green energy. And Kagome  was suddenly holding a tiny version of Sesshomaru  complete with stripes and crescent moon.

"No." He growled at his granddam  "Stay with mama."

InuKimi chuckled, "He's just like his father, a little mommy's puppy." Inuyasha proceeded to nuzzle Kagome's shoulder. "Hehehe," Kagome looked at her Mate and snickered, "Looks like he's the same level as the other's now." Sesshomaru huffed, "We shall see. Pups!" He clapped his hands, "Get your coloring books, we are going to have a little competition."

Sesshomaru rubbed his chin, "Well, he is the first to show any signs of poison." Suddenly whining broke out in the ranks, "What about me, Daddy!" "Daddy look! I made this dragon bleed just like in the bedtime story!" "Daddy look what I can do!" No less that ten of the pups had crayons up their noses or in their mouths. "No, no, no..."Kagome ran through the room dislodging crayons. Inuyasha grinned, "woof."

At the edge of the room sat their first born daughter, the first of all her siblings to achieve a humanoid form and looked the most like her father as she stared upon her family with no amusement to be found. Her pure white hair looked like snow and her piercing golden eyes dug even into her mother’s soul. “This Kiyomi does not wish to color,” her voice was deep as though she were saying something profound, “I wish father to teach me how to harness my poison so I may thin the heard.”  This wasn’t the first time Kiyomi suggested she be allowed to kill her siblings. “I also desire a juice box,” was her follow up demand.

The thousand acre parcel with secret cave was nice, but not perfect. The backlash from the humans was growing by the day following the events of Operation Hellstorm and both nations and the world councils were voting on resolutions to reduce all demons to second class citizens and sequester them into specially designated living regions. Sesshomaru had seen this coming from a mile away and had spent the past five years preparing for the construction of their new home, an idea that had come to him one day whilst he had been staring up into the night sky one evening. 

 Totosai had forged at his behest a magnificent sword of construction for him, one that he had been feeding stores of demonic energy each day for the past five years. Now it hummed to indicate it was ready to perform its desired task. Kagome came outside, the pups being left inside with the others as she came to stand at his side. 

 "What was it you wanted to talk about?" asked Kagome. 

 "Not talk, show," replied Sesshomaru before encompassing both of them inside his bubble and taking off at great speed. He could feel Kagome's fear as she regained her senses just as they left Earth's atmosphere and entered space but he quickly reassured her that his bubble contained sufficient oxygen. 

 Soon enough they landed on the surface of the moon and she looked at him questioningly. He stared at his sword of construction before plunging it into the surface of the moon. In a flash of blinding light the sword unleashed five years of vast stores of demonic energy, magically transforming it into terraforming procedures that turn the landscape into grasslands, craters into lakes, bare mountains into forested peaks, as the stars reappeared in the night sky along with the Earth as an oxygen enriched atmosphere shimmered into existence. 

 "May I welcome you to be the first visitor to the Land of the Moon?" asked Sesshomaru.

Sesshomaru growled as he was splashed in the face yet again, before leaping to retaliate by making other parts of his mate equally as sore as her feeding stations. The two poor adopted puppies tumbled off the bed in confusion as the bed started shaking. They went to whine but stopped and fled in all directions as the bed starting bouncing up and down off the floor, finally fleeing out into the hallway, only to be confronted by Buyo.

Meanwhile, back in the sky castle, InuKimi giggled over her joy at being a granddog, having sensed the new additions to the pack the moment they were conceived.

She groaned as she stood up, five hundred years adds a lot of ache to one's bones, even if you're a grand long aged demon such as she. It was lonely ever since she had to move her sky castle out over the Northern Pacific Ocean to stay away from human interference and she wanted to visit her son and new daughter in law anyways. 

 She ordered Jaken to pack her bags, surely he could take a few minutes out of his day of playing with everyone's children to help her get a few things gathered together. Oh she was going to spoil her pups rotten. Oh, she needed to visit the treasury as well, she was so going to want to rent an apartment close to the shrine. 

 Let's see, what human outfit was she going to disguise as? She had the redhead with green eyes ginger outfit, but that attracted far too many looks and would be too out of place in Japan. Hmm, perhaps she would go with her average middle aged Japanese woman outfit after all...

Kagome looked at the demon who was now her mate and tried to figure out just what his angle was. He had always been possessive but there seemed to be more to this issue.

It'd been a few days since thier spat and Sesshomaru had taken to moving their brood to a large house that had once  been his copycat's. It was weird to catch him zapping everything with his youki to mark it as his own, she had to admit once the house had properly been claimed, it felt homey.

But she couldn't stand the thought of sleeping in the same bed that the doppelganger screwed his many women so she drug it and all the linens outside and had herself a bonfire.

Sesshomaru deeming the bedroom far too small, filled the den with futons and lush blankets ordered from Youkaizon.com with one day delivery. Soon they were basking in luxury. The puppies had a grand dog house and now they were weened and dined on ground up steak and veggies. He put them to bed with a pat on each wrinkly head, "Sleep." And they did. He eyed his Mate with a hungry gaze as she slept in the massive bed. Petting her cheek, she groaned softly, "Sess... Ugh my boobs hurt." Well... He certainly had a remedy for each one of the swollen breasts and he greedily took from each one, happily not having to share.

Suddenly explosions rocked the house before it seemingly came apart in several simultaneous balls of fire. Sesshomaru was thrown from the house but quickly recovered and ran back inside, collecting his mate and adoptlings before scrambling back outside. 

 Kagome was hunched over in pain, covered in several burn marks and wounds from shrapnel. She laid both Hachiko and Fido on the ground; Sesshomaru took a moment to tend them only to find both already deceased from trauma due to the shockwave of the explosions. Tensiega emerged at his demonic summons and both of the pups were immediately returned to life, but Kagome was still hurt and he had to tend to her, even as he glared daggers at the contrails from what to be missiles leading back in the direction of the nearby naval base. 

 At said naval base, Imitation Kouga soured at looking through the imagery and seeing both of the adult Inu still alive. He had received a briefing from his superiors about the situation and the demise of Imitation Sesshomaru, plus the freeing of the others from Sealed Rock. The time table therefore had to be stepped up and the first strike had been launched from the Frigate Abukuma, commanded by Imitation Shippou, targeting Imitation Sesshomaru's former house which the JMSDF would soon be publishing as a missile strike on an terrorist hideout. Imitation Kouga turned as he heard footsteps coming up from behind him in the watch room. 

 Having witnessed events whilst arriving in flying bubble form, Inukimi now decapitated the Imitation Kouga with a single swipe of her claws, watching his clay form dissolve into broken pieces on the floor. She scooped up one of the pieces and tucked it away into her Obi, vowing silently to get to the bottom of who was behind the attack on her son and daughter in law as she resumed traveling to meet them.

She might have asked that a million times, but she couldn't help it. "He'll be back when he's killed all those who have hurt what is his." The answer she gave was always the same. It'd been over a month and while they hadn't been technically together for long, she was really missing him. "Are you two hungry?" Kagome's mom asked from the door. The demonesses followed her in to the table. Kagome felt starved as she ate two plates of food. Her eyes drifted back to the window, wondering just what her Mate was doing and who had been responsible for everything.

And it was no half demon trouble this time, but a full demon! Wearing nothing but his speedo, he boarded the first flight back home. As soon as Sesshomaru thought he'd found the right moment to so his dog oats, some nearly naked elderly man threw open the bedroom door. "W-what at is this?! That school girl uniform does not fool me, demon!" Suddenly paper flung all over the place, sticking to whatever surface they could find, "DEMON BEGONE!"

Sutras flew everything and Sesshomaru went crazy as he jumped up and tried to swat them down but there was so many, some were meaningless scraps of paper but others held real power as best as he tried while taken off guard, a dozen powerful sealing sutras still managed to strike Kagome at various points over her body, eliciting a painful scream from her before she disappeared in a cloud of demonic smoke. 

 When it cleared, where Kagome used to be lay an albino kappa demon, sporting familiar blue eyes but otherwise just looking like a more curvy version of Jaken with more modern clothing. It sat up and looked around before waving to the demon in the middle of the room  and the two people standing in the doorway. 

 "Hello I'm Jakome, it's so nice to meet all of you!" croaked Jakome before adding in the beaked version of a big smile. 

 "Old man...what have you done?" demanded Sesshomaru as his eyes bled red, his aura crackling with such energy that all of the remaining sutras, worthless or none, instantly caught fire and burned to a crisp. Jii Jii did the worse possible thing in this situation and took off running and Sesshomaru instantly gave chase until....

 "Sit Beta!" croaked Jakome. Sesshomaru didn't have any beads around his neck but still ended up face-planting onto the ground. Checking himself over, he saw a ring of purification power around his neck and looked up to see a chain of purification energy leading back to Jakome. 

 "Now listen here...intended...," Sesshomaru started as he got up and headed for the bed with a mean look in his eyes. 

 "Sit Beta!" Jakome croaked again. Sesshomaru sighed into the cratered hardwood floor. How was he going to get out of this new mess now?

While Sesshomaru was kissing wood, JiiJii was busy contacting his buddies back at the retreat. After explaining the situation, there was only one thing to do, call upon the Kami and force Kagome to eat a mummified kappa demon's hand, only then may she change into something more appealing. JiiJii didn't care if it was a bat demon or a Miko at this point, anything was better than what was parading upstairs!

Mama Higurashi had a better solution in mind when Jii Jii told her of his dilemma. Taking the mummified kappa demon's hand from her foolish old father, she promptly fed it into a blender along with some water and pulped it, before adding some raisins and stirring it up into a smoothie. Taking the concoction upstairs she knocked on the open bedroom door and found Jakome playing with Sesshomaru's long elfen like ears while the latter kneeled obediently at the foot of the bed. 

 "Jakome sweetheart? I have a delicious fly smoothie here for you," said Mama Higurashi soothingly. Perking her kappa ears up, Jakome bound over and accepted the cup before downing the concoction in a single big gulp before letting out a loud burp. 

 In the next instance there was another big poof of pink smoke, only this time when it cleared it revealed Kagome, but she was unlike any form she had taken before. She was as a full Inu demon and certainly felt or smelled that way to any who contained such senses yet she was still hanyou, rather she seemed to have become the type of hanyou that's full demon during extended periods followed by extended periods of being human.

 Kagome didn't know what had happened to her, only that she felt incredibly heated at the moment, like she had an itch that only a man could scratch. She used her newly found demonic power to throw up a barrier in her room, pushing Mama and Jii Jii out of the room while keeping in the only eligible male that could fulfill her current desires. 

 For his part, Sesshomaru was glad to be free of his bonds and looked up only to gawk at the luscious creature that was sauntering over to lay on the bed in front of him. 

 "Well Sesshomaru, it feels like it's been a while for some reason. How about you get to exploring my new body? I feel like you could probably use a 'tasting' as you called it," Kagome practically moaned to him. His drool now coating the floor, Sesshomaru happily moved to oblige.

He nodded, "I will only throw them at the demons I know are evil in the future." "Eh...sure." she sighed, stepping away as her Mother came close. She reached out and grabbed her daughter's cheeks, "Wow, you still look like you, but even more beautiful." Kagome giggled, "Thanks mom." Her grin turned sheepish as her mother asked, "So, what was going on in there for the last few days, it was like all sound was blocked out. "Well..." Kagome blushed and pulled down the left side of her collar to reveal the crescent mark on her skin. "What does this mean?" Her mom whispered as she leaned in to get a closer look. Sesshomaru proudly replied with a smirk on his face, "We are what you might consider married, but the term we prefer to use is Mated." "Oh!" She gasped, and grinned, "Oh..." Her eyes lit up, "When are the grandchildren happening?"

 "Concentrate on your demonic energy, bring to the surface as you would your miko power but instead of praying you use subtle anger. Then picture what you want to wear before release the demonic power you have stored up as if you were suddenly sweating while trying to cool down," said Sesshomaru as he was enveloped within his red demonic aura before it faded, leaving him fully clothed in his normal garb, sans the armor and swords. 

 Kagome closed her eyes as she concentrated, envisioning a four cup bra, a nice pair of panties, and a nice dress she had seen earlier at the mall sans a hole for her tail, plus a sunhat that was friendly on her ears. When she released and was enveloped in her dark blue demonic aura, it faded and she walked over to the mirror, her eyes lighting up as she saw her splendorous form now beautifully clad in well fitted clothes. 

 Laying down on the bed, Fido and Hachiko came over to her whining for meal time. Folding down the top of her dress and undoing her top, she brought the two pups to what she called boob stations one and three, the two on her left side and gently got them suckling. Sesshomaru settled down on the bed behind her, one hand resting over the legitimate children growing inside of his mate's belly as he watched her feed the young adoptlings with loving rapt interest.

 "Here, I brought refreshments for you two," said Mama Higurashi as she entered and settled on her knees next to the four of them. Kagome and Sesshomaru both looked down to see the plate covered in bone shaped doggy treats. 

 "Mama! Just because we're dog demons doesn't mean we...," Kagome started in protest before her nose caught scent of the delicious little treats. She hungrily snatched one off of the plate and chewed down on it, her noise of appreciation overshadowed by the crunching of her food with her mouth open. 

 Sesshomaru raised an eyebrow at her mate's half-declaration before she munched down but decided it would be rude to decline so he tried one as well. His eyebrows lifted at the tasty nature of the snack and he thanked her as he took a handful for himself as well but left the balance for her mate. Mama Higurashi nodded in welcome before turning a scowling expression to her daughter. 

 "Kagome! How are you going to practice using only two of your milkery mammaries at a time? You really need to have all four going for proper practice. Jii Jii, come in here at once!" called Mama Higurashi as she leaned in closer. Kagome looked at her mother in an askance questioning stare. 

 "Now now daughter it's fine, when I was pregnant with you my father helped me with practice alongside my husband. It's just natural so just lay back and let us help you in turn," Mama Higurashi explained as her Grandfather entered the room. 

 Soon all four feeding stations were in use and Kagome felt blissfully fulfilled in her motherly duties, so much so that she was able to ignore two of the four recipients of her mother's milk being her own mother and grandfather. Sesshomaru however eyed the proceedings with an uncertain look on his face.

Later that evening, Sesshomaru and Hojo arrived at the Higurashi Shrine. Hojo had gently tried to inquire as to the purpose of this visit, only to be told that all would be revealed in due time. Upon their arrival however, they came across the sight of a giant white furry snake, for a lack of a better description, coiled around and dragging an unconscious Kagome across the shrine grounds towards the woods nearby, a path leading back to the dirt beneath her open bedroom window. 

 Sesshomaru and Hobomoko made eye contact with one another as the two navy men walked up to the strange sight, the two of them not moving as each sized up the other and their presence here. 

 Fifteen minutes later, Kagome opened her eyes to find herself on the living room couch. The last thing she had remembered was snuggling up against something soft, furry, and warm when it had suddenly encased her in a squeezing vice grip like an anaconda. She had opened her eyes to see nothing but white fur before she ran out of breath and embraced the darkness once more. Now she found herself sitting up on the couch, with Hojo seated nearby in a navy uniform, someone clearly his superior sitting next to him, Mama sitting on the other side of the room, along with something that looked like Sesshomaru's old pelt tied up into a knot in the corner. 

 Consternation came across her features as she felt a familiar presence in the room. Her gaze traveled until she settled on the older naval officer, where her miko insight let her see underneath the disguise to the demon present. 

 "Sesshomaru?"

"I'm​ not sure why you thought to hide it from me?" Mrs. Higurashi took the tissue hojo offered and dabbed her eyes, "I'm a pretty easy going mom, even if it's because your pregnant out of wedlock, I'd be happy for you." She sighed, "When did I break your trust for you to keep this from me?" ... Kagome tilted her head at her mom, glanced over at the two men, and pinched the bridge of her nose, "Who said I'm engaged?" She followed her mother's gaze to both men, "Hojos been asking for my blessing for years, but his superior here is the who says he won your heart." Sesshomaru smirked, "Haven't I Kagome?" She blushed.

After explaining the situation in depth and getting mostly caught up on events, Kagome looked to Sesshomaru somewhat askance. 

 "So, are we still a thing?" asked Sesshomaru with a raised eyebrow. 

 "I don't know that we were ever a 'thing', Sesshomaru. I had reservations about you five hundred years ago and one of them was that you would discard me like a piece of trash after you got the pups you wanted out of me. Now hearing that you discarded mokomoko, something that had been a part of you for hundreds of years, just because it was suddenly an obstacle in your path to attaining greater power and authority, has done nothing to soothe my fears on said subject," replied Kagome with a skeptical side glance with her arms folded over her chest. 

 "Such matters might best be talked about behind closed doors for the two of you. What I'm interested in right now is the fate of Kagome's three best friends?" asked Hojo as he leaned forward. Sesshomaru sighed with a look of regret crossing his features before it was replaced by his cold mask. 

 "We rescued Eri and Ayumi from Naraku's grasp but couldn't find Yuka before he disappeared. Later we discovered that he had mated Yuka but with her consent after days of arguments and discussions. Freed from the influence of the Shikon No Tama and then coming under the influence of someone like Yuka, then seeing the birth of natural children of his own, changed Naraku over time. Yuka died of natural causes at age 63 and is buried in Edo with Eri (aged 67) and Ayumi (aged 69)," explained Sesshomaru, before continuing. 

 "Ayumi eventually married Miroku after Sango succumbed to disease and helped to raise their children together. Finally, Yuka took after you very strongly and so to appease mother, I mated her and gave mother a total of six hanyou pups," finished Sesshomaru, leaving everyone sitting in shocked silence.

Kind of going to be tough though, my standards in men just got a little too high. Or maybe I should just stay single for the rest of my life to save myself the trouble. Yeah, being immune to time might be a bad thing if I outlive anyone anyway. Got enough heartbreak to last me ten lifetimes. Single life it is, then," she mused out loud, nodding to herself at her new life plan. She was looking forward to a drama free life.

"So if you will excuse me?" Kagome picked up poor hobomoko gave him a little zap to make him behave and walked up stairs to the shower. The once fluffy pristine  white fur was now matted and brown with street muck. She would wash it and return it to its former glory and wear it everywhere just to piss off Sesshomaru. Honestly she was a little hurt by his seemingly dismissive  attitude  toward herself and his former mate one of her good friends. Did he ever love her friend or was it to just give his mother grandbabies. Kagome knew it was silly but she had really started to lean toward being Sesshomaru's mate now she just didnt think she could do it. Maybe one of the other youkai was still alive Kouga maybe or Shippo.

She took her new mikomoko and soaked it in a tub of warm soapy water. She used her wide tooth comb to start working out the tangles  and mats.

Seeing as how she refused to play second fiddle to anyone again, and that Sesshomaru had at one point professed his 'love' for her, and he had to have realized she never died just went to her time, since he wasn't a complete idiot, Kagome felt very much betrayed by how easily he had tossed that so called 'love' aside and not only that but fucked her friend, ugh. He ended up being just as shitty as they all happened to be. Kagome began to angrily cry as she cleaned and beautified her new Miko Moko. Not just for her feelings, but the fact that her friends had all passed. Their families must have been so sad and disrupted by their sudden disappearance with no resolution. Yuka... did she know that SHE was the one set to be with Sesshomaru? And what the hell did she mean "took after" her, ugh. Like she had turned into the Kikyo for Yuka? Kami. Everything sucked. She wiped her eyes. All the men she'd met thus far were disgusting, betraying, jerks.

Suddenly Mokomoko began to shake violently. Blinding light erupted from the fibers. Kagome had to shield herself from the light. Something touched her wet cheek, and she dropped her hands, opened her eyes and gasped. There before her was the exact replica of Sesshomaru, complete with a new mokomoko wrapped around his junk.

The newly formed Sesshomaru rolled his eyes and huffed, "It is not I that am the copy Miko." He glared down the hall, "Do you truly think that mockery downstairs is I, Sesshomaru?" 

His voice was filled with vengeance. 

Kagome peeked out the crack of the door up at his angry glare, "What are you saying?"

"I've been trapped as Mokomoko since you were transported to the future, that demon downstairs is the replacement the fool that trapped me has put into my place."

She narrowed her eyes, "How do I know that's the truth?"

Sesshomaru's eyes flashed red, his claws flexed, poison dripped through the floor, "Watch me kill it and you will discover the truth for yourself." 

As Sesshomaru bounded down the stairs, dangly bits jangling, he pounced on the fake version of himself and caught him by the neck. Suddenly the form crumbled into pieces of clay pottery.

Kagome grabbed the daiyoukai’s arm. “Sesshoumaru stop! Everyone let’s just calm down and talk this out. And you Sesshoumaru put on some clothes!” she huffed and grabbed the quilt from the couch to throw at him.

She pouted, holding the fur tighter. It wriggled around and curled over her shoulder. "Fine, but you need to put Hojo down. He isn't a part of this!"

He wanted to find one of the many natural hot springs that dotted the lands in the feudal era, but it seemed that humanity had spread far and wide and much of the natural splendor of the land was now ruined. He flew farther and farther away from the settlements of the humans until he found a sizable forest area.

A lone dirt road led to an abandoned bath house at a natural spring. It looked as if a tree had fallen on the main building and they had not yet begun repairs. 

Kagome peeled mokomoko from her mouth and huffed, "You know, all you had to do was ask me to come with you." 

"Hn." He sighed, "I require less dramatics for the time, this way seemed easiest to get you away. Time away from the insufferable pests of the world would do wonders for us both. Care to join me?"

Kagome started to answer, but then paused. There was a strange buzzing sound in the back of her head, looking around she saw a sutra of some kind on a boulder lining the hot spring. Walking over to it, she touched it and felt the aura of the fake Sesshomaru from earlier, along with voices crying about why he was doing this and to please stop. Eyes narrowing in determination, she channeled her miko powers and released the seal. 

 Beings started pouring out of the boulder and forming into their regular selves. All of the people she once knew, Shippou, Sango, Miroku, their kids, Ayumi, Ayame, Eri, Yuka, everyone came pouring out of the formerly sealed boulder. Kagome's eyes went wide and tears started forming as Sesshomaru came up next to her and wrapped a hand around her shoulder. 

 "I knew that five hundred years ago the fake copy of me had progressively captured and sealed away everyone associated with me before creating more fake copies to replace them, I knew the vicinity of where they had been sealed away but only you were capable of finding the exact location and undoing the seal. This Sesshomaru thanks you," said the normally stoic demon lord in an appreciative tone as he leaned down to kiss Kagome's forehead. 

 As people finally stopped appearing, Sesshomaru called out to the group, "No one go anywhere. I know it seems like it was just yesterday you all were sealed away, but some time has passed and things will need to be explained to you. Kagome, Eri, Yuka, and Ayumi will be the best ones to explain this time to you," said Sesshomaru before standing back and letting Kagome talk to them. 

 Then it would be time for tearful reunions.

Just as the hugs began, Shippou and Rin both pointed at Sesshomaru's private parts, the fox's finger shook, "Why aren't you wearing any clothes?!" 

Sango gasped. Miroku alread had one layer of kimono off, "I had no idea in the future clothing is optional!"

"Hnnn, fine," muttered Sesshomaru before he was enveloped within the redness of his demonic aura. When it faded, he was fully attired once more, but this time he was dressed in a sailor fuku, with the exception that the skirt was replaced with a normal hakama, alas one that was the same shade of green. Kagome turned beet red upon seeing him dressed like that. 

 "Sesshomaru!?! What is that outfit?" she stammeringly asked out of pure mortification. 

 "What? Miko, is this not what everyone wears in the present? I had taken by the attire of you and your friends that this is what everyone wears in the present," Sesshomaru fired back with narrowed eyes over her reaction.

Sango snarled, stalking off with her children in tow, "Thanks for releasing us Kagome, we will speak with Eri about this time period far away from the scoundrel." 

Kagome wasn't sure if she was talking about her husband or Sesshomaru, who was currently pretending not to notice his skirt flying upward as a swift breeze blew by.

Up high, gazing down upon the reunion of family and friends, the kami decided that all the humans needed some sort of reward and balancing to live alongside their yokai family. After all 420 finished a complimentary hookah and placed their suggestions into a divine hat, Amaterasu drew a slip at random, rolled her eyes, and waved her hand.

Golden mist floated down to earth and encompassed all the ningen. And before their very eyes, all the humans glowed with a divine golden glow and grew great golden wings.

A slip of paper poofed into existence. Sesshomaru caught it, read it, and raised an eyebrow.

"Yo humans, congrats you get to live as long as your yokai buddies. We drew random lots on the reward and O-Koumori-kami-sama won the draw. You're all Golden Bats"

Kagome flexed a wing and fell over.

Hours later saw Kagome lying on her belly on her bed back home at Higurashi Shrine, sighing in frustration as her wings continued to occasionally beat without her recognizance. Such annoyances that they were proving to be that she didn't even register her door opening and closing but did feel and recognize the powerful hands that rested on her back. 

 "Sesshomaru?" she questioned without looking back. 

 "Hnnn," was his response as his hands started rubbing up and down her back, kneading the newly form muscle groups that had invaded her body to form the new wings. Relaxation and feel good pleasure coursed through her as his ministrations did much to relieve the stiffness and pain she was feeling. 

 "Ooh...Aaaaahhh....Ufff...what are you...hoo...doing?" Kagome staggered out in between noises of appreciation for his miracle hands. 

 "Helping you to transition to your new form. Your brain is overloaded with the new nerve and muscle systems and so is activating them unnecessarily, straining the muscles. I'm helping them to relax again," he explained as he settled onto a sitting position on the bed. 

 "That's fine and all but what about this desire for blood now that it's nighttime?" she asked softly but sarcastically. 

 In response he rolled her onto her side before cutting his arm and holding it against her mouth. She was hesitant but once she smelled it she was sucking greedily onto his cut with reckless abandon. For his part he took the opportunity to explore her body and see what else might've changed with the bat blessing; It had been five hundred years since they had performed oral on each other in the Sky Castle and even though he was under the influence of Inucense back then he was longing for another 'tasting' as it was.

"GAH!" Kagome tore herself away from Sesshomaru. "I can't believe  this! I am leaving. Get sober Sesshomaru  and see if you still feel that way!" She snatched up the incense and dunked it in a nearby glass of water and stomped out of the room and slammed the door.

Before Sesshomaru could pull Naraku's entrails out of him and decorate the halls with them, the door opened and Kagome walked in again, separating the two.

"Stop it Sesshomaru you can't kill my cry pillow I still need him," with that she started dragging the dark hayou by the hair again, all the while complaining, "I'm still not done with my much needed cry session. The girls just don't get it, you know? They keep saying endure this, you'll find a better person soon, all that sham and I just want someone to let me feel bitter. By the way your shoulder devil antics aren't working, just so you know."

Once again Sesshomaru is left wondering just how blue must his balls be before Kagome finally gets it.

"Kagome, do you know who you're holding onto? Let him go and I'll be your cry pillow," came a familiar voice that Kagome hadn't heard in over a year. Turning in surprise, she saw Shippo standing in the doorway, now almost as tall as her and sporting five tails now. 

 "Shippo, you've returned from the demon fox academy!" exclaimed Kagome as she dropped Naraku and ran over to embrace her son. 

 "C'mon mom, let's blow this joint," said Shippou as he took Kagome's hand and headed for the door outside. 

 "Unfortunately Kit, Kagome may not leave the Castle just yet. She is still a potential suitor after all," interrupted Inukimi as she strode in to greet the new guest. 

 "Oh yeah? We'll see about that," replied Shippo as he readied a leaf spell. In reply Inukimi clutched her Inter-Dimensional Necklace and started a chant that would banish Shippo into a different realm for the duration of Kagome's stay at the Castle. 

 However Shippo was ready for this and yelled, "Fox Magic: Fox Counter-spell!", as he threw the leaf at the necklace. It struck and there was a loud flash and bright explosion as their magics intertwined with one another. When the light faded, Inukimi's Necklace fell to the floor before shattering into a million pieces that swiftly disintegrated. 

 "Little Fox, do you know what you've done?" asked Inukimi in a quiet cold voice. 

 "Yeah, I've stopped your attempt to keep my mother trapped here," responded Shippo in kind with a triumphant grin spreading across his face. 

 "You young little fool. You've trapped Kagome's friends and my husband in a place and time that they do not belong and have removed all of my spells warding the castle, including protecting the Shikon No Tama from that devil hanyou. Lastly, you have incurred my wrath," growled Inukimi as her eyes glowed red with the beginning of her transformation.

Everything happened all at once. No one had the time to react. Nothing went according to anyone's plan. The jewel once again pulled the rug from under everyone's feet, because there, whole and pure the jewel floated for a good few seconds before it darted off to go back inside where it belonged. Kagome had no time to even move before the jewel came shooting to her side, where it was taken from by Mistress Centipede all those years ago.

There was a bright, blinding light before it faded, along with Kagome's consciousness.

Suddenly the ghost of her favorite singer, Prince, was standing before her in a raspberry beret and a mostly unbuttoned sparkly shirt. "Welcome, Girl!" 

Kagome thought she might swoon in her unconscious state, but that might be getting a bit pathetic. "P-prince? W-what are you doing here?!"

"I'm here for you, Girl!" He walked around her in the cloud-like room, "The Kami have decided to allow me to let you choose a future for yourself. Think of it as a new beginning, the  Jewel of Four Souls will not be allowed to leave your body once more, in return for the sacrifice of responsibility, you get to choose which side of the well you'd like to remain in. 

"W-what...?" Her hand clutched the spot where the jewel had just collided, "I get to choose?" 

"And not without some insight!" Suddenly before them appeared a giant cauldron of water, Prince waved his hand for her to peer into it's depths. "Should you choose the future..." An image of her appeared at university, the image faded into a pregnant version of her in the arms of what looked like Sesshomaru in a suite with a man bun. "Remain where you are..." The picture changed to Kagome playing with Inuyasha's wriggly worm-dog baby. Sesshomaru was nearby rolling his eyes, pointing to his junk and the words, "We could have much more like-able offspring if you'd just fuck me!" He looked pretty ragged. She must have been waffling still. The worm-pup made a giggling sound and the image faded to Kagome in the middle of a wedding ceremony with InuKimi crying. She couldn't tell if it was out of happiness or misery.... "Or, Prince waved his delicate hand." The image shifted into her standing there in Prince's arms as well as men and women crawling at their feet, touching themselves. 

"Oh my!" She flushed. 

"Well," Prince wriggled his brows while running his fingers along his chest and downward, "What'll it be?"

Left eye twitching, Kagome finally snapped. She hasn't had one decent sleep since this whole debacle with grandpups happened, had her emotions played with, finally got the good crying she's always wanted ironically in the literal arms of the enemy only to get played again, the jewel went and screwed her over again, and now this Western bozo was trying to make her queen of all things sexual. Well she's had enough! No one is taking her v card without passing all of her criteria!

“I've had enough of you sex crazed baboons!“ and, brandishing the somehow nearby branch, she roceeded to thwack anything and everyone.

Prince put his his hands up, immediately morphing into an image on her mother, "Kagome, dear, calm down." She put her hands on her hips, "You know the Kami are just trying to make you comfortable, so be grateful. Now choose do you wish to be returned to the present or remain in the past, or if you refuse to make a decision the Kami will be forced to choose for you - like last time." Kagome swallowed hard, she didn't like not getting a choice last time...

Before she could make her reply known her mother was suddenly ripped away from her, leaving her with an aching pain in her left side. Blinking awake, she looked around and discovered that the others had not been idle in the wake of her falling unconscious. Naraku had apparently gone on a rampage and abducted nearly every eligible human female and demoness plus a few taken ones. 

 From what she could see within his swirling cloud of miasma, Kagome was able to spot Inuemi, Sango, Eri, Yuka, Ayumi, and Ayame all trapped within his tentacles and those were just the ones she could spot. She also discovered that she was in a tentacle as well, as another zipped away from her with the jewel inside its mouth, leaving a small bleeding hole in her side that this time, wasn't being so quick to heal up. 

 As the blood stain spread amongst her towel, Kagome felt herself growing dizzy. But she heard howling in the distance and looking down, could see in the distance both Sesshomaru and Toga in hot pursuit in their true forms, the Band of 13 (minus Inuyasha, who must've still been recovering from labor) along with a few others riding on their backs. 

 Elsewhere Inukimi had caught the kit and knocked him out with her poison. She was going to spend some time with him in the dungeons at his expense for her entertainment but who knew? Perhaps she would settle for getting her pups out of him one day once he reached proper mating age, if he was still alive by that point in time.

Completely done with life as it was for the moment, Kagome, forgoing the pain on her side that wasn't as bad as the bleeding suggested, dragged herself on the tentacle holding her until she managed to reach Naraku.

"Okay trash boy, what sob story do you have this time around that made you want that jewel? Let's hear it," he did listen to her that one time, and never let it be said that Kagome wasn't a fair woman. Quid pro quo and all that jazz.

"Sob story, you say? Hmm, perhaps you would like to help me out with this one my dear Miko. You see, while you and the others were cavorting around the sky castle I had finished assembling the jewel, steeped it in darkness, and made my two wishes on it, first being the old wish from Onigumo to have Kikyo and the second for me, Naraku, to become a full demon. And would you like to know what happened?" asked Naraku in a sarcastic tone. 

 "The Jewel didn't grant you your true wish. It never does, despite the power it offers, all it does is use people to get what it wants without giving them what they truly want so it can keep on existing," replied Kagome with a mixture of sad regret and pity. 

 "Exactly right as I've come to learn. Although I appreciate the tremendous amount of power it has given me, in doing so it has used me for its own devices and no one uses this Naraku, no matter who or what they might be. Now do me favor and reach out to touch the Jewel while praying," asked Naraku as his tentacle extended the Jewel to her. 

 Not sure what was going on, Kagome at least knew purifying the Jewel would be better than leaving it tainted so as she started praying her power came to the surface and upon fingertip contact purified the Jewel completely. Naraku brought to a point where it was between the two of them. 

 "In confiding its plans with me, the evil spirit within the Jewel, the entity known as Magatsuhi, told me how the 'heroes' would be able to destroy the Jewel, through the use of the one true wish. Hmph, bet he never thought that a villain such as this Naraku would be the one to utter it. I will be making my wish now, Shikon No Tama," said Naraku, causing the Jewel to began buffeting the both of them with power as fear overcame the evil entity within. 

 "Cease to Exist, Forever," both Naraku and Kagome said in unison, as she pleasantly surprised Naraku. The Jewel shattered into a thousand fragments that dissipated on the wind.

It was over. Just like that. And with the most unlikely person to end it with too, Kagome though her life was full of ironies. She always thought she and her friends would have to pry the jewel from Naraku's pile of ashes but it seems like life has other plans. It was so easy too. She never thought it would end so easily.

"That was...far different from what I envisioned it to be. I can't really complain though," Kagome muttered. Then out loud for any and all to hear, "Okay, someone catch me because I just know I'm going to pass out again and this time, please don't wake me for at least another 8 hours." and she did just that

Naraku smirked at Kagome's declaration, knowing that he already had her entangled in his tentacles. When the jewel had died it was like a fog had been lifted from his mind, having clouded his thoughts ever since he had come to be. He was absolutely still an evil minded little bastard but now Naraku felt like he was free to do as he pleased instead of just scheming to either get the jewel or torture his opposition to taint the jewel. 

 He had such plans for the little miko now...but even as she lost consciousness, she was surrounded in a blue glow. As Naraku watched in dismay, she disappeared, leaving his tentacle hanging empty. He took stock of his situation as he glanced around at his other captives. With the jewel gone he no longer felt the need to torture his enemies so he let Inuemi and Sango go, letting his pursuers stop to catch them while he held on to Kagome's three friends, who remained in his grasp.

 Meanwhile, Kagome floated through a blue void as a trio of other worldly beings discussed her fate while she slept. 

 "What about her three friends? They are out of time's normal flow as well," asked one being. 

 "Leave them in the past. It was an abuse of her authority to take them into the past. As punishment she shall know only of their fates a few hundred years ago," said the second being. 

 "A harsh punishment to be sure, but harsh is needed when it comes to the treatment of the normal flow of time. Come, let us return her to the present and close down the portal until the next suitable crisis arises," said the third before the three of the them disappeared. 

 Moments later Miss Higurashi watched as a blue light burst forth from the well house and into the main house before flaring and dying in Kagome's bedroom as she was deposited still sleeping into her bed.

Across town in the Port of Tokyo an ancient dog awoke the instant the magical power receded from the well. He ran trimmed claws through his short hair and pulled the frustration from his face. It was time to make the acquaintance of someone he had not seen in many a century. 

Returning to the harbor, he moved his vessel into its place at the marina and dropped anchor.

Sesshomaru returned the salute of Captain Takahashi as he walked down the gangplank upon leaving the deck of his flagship, the Guided Missile Destroyer (DDG) Kongo of the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force's (JMSDF) First Fleet. 

 "I take it the maneuvers were a success, Admiral Taisho?" asked Kouga, disguised as he was as Captain Takahashi of the Guided Missile Frigate (FFG) Abukuma, one of Sesshomaru's most trusted subordinates. 

 "Yes, I believe we'll be in great shape when it comes time to conduct the RIMPAC exercises with our American counterparts. I look forward to upstaging Admiral Greenland once again," Sesshomaru answered under the human guise of Admiral Takagi Taisho. 

 As he left the Captain on the dock behind him, his aide attaché came running up to join him, briefing the Admiral on his current schedule. Another disguised demon, Lieutenant Takeda (Shippou) informed him of his schedule for the next three days, mostly meetings with various ship commanders and high command concerning the upcoming exercises.

 "Are there any important meetings for me this evening?" asked Sesshomaru, but when Shippou nodded no, he asked the Fox to clear his schedule. 

 "I have an important meeting to attend in the old Edo section of Tokyo, an old acquaintance, non-service related. No need to attend or send guards, I'll just need a chauffeur, someone who knows the area...Ensign Hojo should do the trick nicely," ordered Sesshomaru. The young man had always been curious as to what happened to Kagome and her three friends ever since they had "disappeared" three years ago. Sesshomaru himself was curious as to the discrepancy in time as it had only been one day in the past since her three friends had initially arrived to the point that Kagome disappeared herself.

Meanwhile, back in the Higurashi household, Kagome slept like a hybernating bear. It didn't help that somehow, sometimes in her deep sleep, her hands managed to reach out and grab something fluffy and long. Now it was twined around her, keeping her neck, arms and legs warm against the bitter cold. Humming in contentment, she buried her face against the fluffy thing. It was so warm and fluffy. It reminded her of Sesshomaru's mokomoko actually. On that note, it kind of smelled like it too. On that note, what was mokomoko anyway? Sesshomaru didn't seem to be the type to make fashion statements. Then again she's been wrong about him before.

In order to enter the service Sesshomaru had to get rid of mokomoko, but it didn’t want to leave its master’s side, so it had thrown a tantrum which had led to Sesshomaru casting it out onto the streets. For a couple of decades now hobomoko had been wandering aimlessly through the streets, but it held memory of its former master’s desires, so when the miko arrived back in this time, it knew sweet revenge was at hand. Even now the foolish girl embraced it closer as it prepared to sever her head with the Butchers Cleaver it held over her neck...

Completely unaware of the danger she was in, as per usual, Kagome continued to snuggle her face against the soft fur. Dreaming of soft, innocent and cute puppies and kittens, she nuzzled and kiss the unstable fluff, "Who's a good puppy? You are! Oh yes you are! I'm keeping all of you now."

Perhaps, oh just perhaps, revenge can come in a different, more personal angle...

InuKimi lifted her long leg, and with one angry stomp, she laid out the foolish servant, "Jaken, you know your place. Do not force me to remind you a second time." Her darkening gold tinged eyes glared down at him, promising suffering, "I allowed you to come here for entertainment, not for disturbances. Now." She clapped her hands together and Juken suddenly appeared, "Your betrothed wishes to copulate, take him away before you no longer have a future husband." 

Juken's eyes filled with little hearts and stars. "Yes, Lady InuKimi. It will be my pleasure."

InuKimi kicked him through the doorway, and he slid until he met Juken's bare pink painted webbed feet claws. InuKimi, allowed her poison to drip over the fake staff of two heads, "You no longer need this ridiculous weapon." 

"Very precise My Lady, I do not intend to allow Jaken to leave our love next for many weeks to come." She began dragging his concussed body theough the halls and down the stairs. "The chains are ready my love!" 

She hadn't been kidding. The 'love nest' looked more like a torture chamber. Before he could resist, Naraku as Jaken found himself hog tied with a mask on that blinded him and allowed very little room to breathe. 

"There." Juken stepped back from her work, "Just how you like it, Jakey Wakey."

As many times as he had gotten drunk and absorb poison or miasma through his wind tunnel Miroku had built up something of a resistance, meaning that he was the first to awaken of the three in the room. 

 "Oooh my head...Naraku!" yelled Miroku as his memories returned alongside his wit. He was up and about in a moment looking for the toad but all he saw was Kagome largely naked in the bed and Sango topless on the ground besides him. He inspected his love and his anger grew as he saw that she had been partially undressed by someone who obviously had short small hands. 

 After laying Sango in bed with Kagome and covering the both of them with a sheet he locked the bedroom door behind him and stalked through the Sealed Castle, finally hearing toady sounding voices in a small chamber near the kitchens. He busted into the room ready for action but instead found two toads, one being Naraku Jaken tied, bound, and naked and then the being earlier identified as Juken, wearing some kind of a revealing black garb (Miroku doesn't know about spandex yet) and holding something akin to a whip in one hand, with chains and other torture devices. 

 Juken chastised Miroku for interrupting the two of them but noticed Jaken becoming increasingly agitated at the presence of the monk. His agitation seemed to increase tenfold with eyes going wide when the monk raised his hand, clenching prayer beads. 

 Miroku knew his mind would forever be haunted by what he saw and decided that it all had to go. He opened his wind tunnel and sucked in everything; Jaken, Juken, the chains, the whip, the torture devices, it all went bye bye. He went to close down his wind tunnel after the room was clear, only to notice his wind tunnel shrinking until it went away entirely. 

 'Huh, so that was the real Naraku then?' Miroku wondered in surprise, before vomiting a big jet of black blood as his eyes rolled up into the back of his head.

InuKimi had only been gone a moment to gather new clothes for her guests, yet when she arrived the door was locked. Sensing only the Slayer and Kagome inside, she decided to meddle elsewhere.  With a pounding headache, Kagome decided she  must have gotten drunk at some point. Something soft rested against her cheek. She kept her eyes closed against the painful light and held her throbbing temple, burrowing her face into the softness for comfort. Only did she open her eyes when a soft moan came from someone other than herself. "Ah, Kagome if you were interested I wish you would have mentioned it before I married the monk."

Inukimi arrived at the largely vacuumed room where she had left the two toads, finding the Monk unconscious on the floor next to a pool of foul smelling blood. Knowing what had been in the room beforehand and seeing that the Monk's cursed hand had been cured, she was quickly able to come to a conclusion that resolved the confusion concerning the events she happened upon in the other room earlier. 

 She carried the monk like a purse as she summoned Inuemi to hurriedly clear off the dining room table, before depositing the Monk there on his back and stripping him down to reveal the burn scars along his arm and chest. Using the powers of her inter-dimensional necklace once again, she reached into the pocket dimension that Miroku's Wind Tunnel had used and brought back Jaken, Juken, Naraku, and the completed Shikon Jewel back into this dimension. Instantly the burn marks disappeared and Miroku started to heal, as Inukimi suspected the poisonous nature of the Jewel was responsible. 

 When she brought the beings back, Naraku was bound in sealing chains, while Jaken and Juken were brought back in their normal attire, all three now sitting or restrained in the dining room chairs. Because Naraku had died a legitimate death (versus faking his death in at least one previous occasion) Miroku's Wind Tunnel was thankfully still gone. He awoke, before declaring Naraku's name again as he got into a fighting stance, before Inukimi whacked him upside his head with her fan. 

 "Tsk Monk, I thought I made my rules very clear. We are here only for mating and mating only, no killing or otherwise harming of the Castle Occupants is permitted. Is that clear?" asked Inukimi as she glanced between both Miroku and Naraku before the two of them nodded, Naraku realizing just how much more powerful Inukimi was that she was able to bring him back from Wind Tunnel Purgatory. 

 "Good. Now I shall hold on to this," she indicated the Jewel, "And whoever wants it may fight over it after they leave."

Meanwhile with Kagome, she was lamenting over how her life has turned out the past few hours. Her eyes turned up, "What did I do to deserve this?"

High above, beyond human comprehension, a woman glared heartedly at her brother, who fidgeted on his feet.

"When you told me you wanted a mate for your greatest masterpiece as a birthday present, I generously had her made. A few hundred years in the future yes, but I made sure she would find her way to him. And THIS is how your creations treat her?" the beautiful woman hissed.

Tsukiyomi raised his hands in a human gesture of surrender," Hey, hey, hey, it's not my fault you made her too perfect and now everyone of my children wants her!"

Amaterasu's eyes narrowed to slits," So this is my fault then?!"

Back down to earth, Kagome sneezed the mother of all sneezes. She reached for a cloth to wipe her nose," That's one hell of a sneeze. I wonder who's talking about me."

Only the cloth turned out to be a sleeve and she nervously looked up to just whose clothes she wiped her snot on.

"Thanks, Kagome," muttered Sango. She had been putting her top back on, but now that it was drenched in snot she chose to take it off entirely and discard it off to the side of the bed. 

 "Sorry Sango I...when did you get in here?" asked Kagome dryly, as she was now suffering from the effects of repeated miasma exposure. 

 "Uhh, me and the Monk had gotten drunk and were trying to find someplace to get...sloppy...when we stumbled in here and found you and...Jaken...," Sango recalled, realizing that she was no longer drunk or tipsy. Had so much time passed or was it a side effect of inhaling the miasma? 

 "Oh god, thank you thank you so much for stumbling in here. I don't know what was up with Jaken?" wondered Kagome after profusely thanking their accidental intervention. 

 "I think he might've been possessed, I remember hearing Miroku mention something about Naraku and his evil aura before we were doused with miasma from the toad's staff. Oh Kami, I wonder where the houshi is, I have to get back to him," said Sango as she started to get up to leave. 

 "Wait Sango! Before you go, I'm sure Miroku is fine with Sesshomaru and Inukimi in the Castle. Actually, I wanted to ask you a few things concerning...mating...and demon rituals...if you knew anything about them...," said Kagome, jumped up to grab her arm before casting her head down with a growing blush while making her request. 

 "Huh, oh sure I...wait are you thinking of? Heh, well here's what I know, first thing you don't let them push you around, as the female you have all of the power...," Sango explained as she got excited while sitting in bed with Kagome, the monk now completely forgotten as Sango thought of the prospect of Kagome and Sesshomaru.

Having left to run off some of his wooing Kagome stress, as soon as Sesshomaru reentered the Shiro, a growl rumbled from his chest and he ran to where he could smell both Naraku and Kagome's scent. The door collapsed from his youki alone, the angry energy lashed out like flames around him. The scene before him however instantly quelled it all. His mind blanked.  There before him, the object of his desire was tweaking the nipples of the Slayer and asked, "Are you sure men like this too?"

The two of them glance up and shrieked before gasping at the sight of Sesshomaru standing there, eyes glowing red, surrounded by his red demonic aura, sword held at the ready. For some reason he was perspiring heavily and was not only armor less but also shirtless as well, wearing only his hakama. Sweat glistened off of his bulging abs, pecks, and bulging shoulders, causing both women to almost immediately start drooling. 

 "Mate...Naraku...Trouble...Come...Slay...Find...Friend...Sexy...Mate," Sesshomaru growled out loud as he dropped his sword on the ground while advancing towards the bed. He seemed to have considerable troubling controlling himself as a very noticeable bulge formed down under and Kagome looked to her friend in sudden alarm. 

 "Sango, run, go get help!" Kagome urged her friend while pushing her off the bed. She was the one Sesshomaru wanted (and honestly, in this moment she wouldn't mind having him as well) but he wasn't in his right state of mind. 

 The Tajiya ran out of the room still half naked, Sesshomaru letting her go with only a side glance before reaching the foot of the bed. 

 Although she was now more inclined towards Sesshomaru, she was still 50/50 on the whole mating issue. Still, from when she had talked with Inuemi earlier, she knew Sesshomaru in his current state of mind would instantly cut down any male that came into the room and any female would be in danger as well, which is why she had told Sango to run get help, just to get her friend out of harm's way. 

 She had hoped for better circumstances, but it looks like decision time was now. Gingerly, she held out her hand for him and he grasped it as he jumped into bed with a single leap. Behind him the door slammed close. 

 On the other side Inukimi placed several locks, a few lengths of chains, and about a dozen seals and barriers over the door.

"As the female I have all the power..." Kagome reminded herself. Instead of feeling intimidated by the beast of Sesshomaru, she urged him forward, staying just out of his reach but not acting as prey. Small steady hands caught his shoulders. He felt rigid beneath her touch. She did the only thing she could think of, and nuzzled the side of his jaw until he grew less tense. He hadn't shaved since that morning, his prickly jaw teasing her lips as she moved her mouth over his skin and to his ear. "Lay down Sesshomaru." Her fingers ran down his arms, catching his hands so that they maintained contact, and he couldn't grab her, she helped him follow her wishes. His eyes flashed gold for a moment, and she hoped what she was doing would work as she straddled his waist. Only his hakama kept them apart, but it was enough. She leaned down and held his face in her hands as his captured her hips. "I will not be mating you at this time Sesshomaru, not with you so out of control, but I don't mind helping you calm down." And with that she helped him in ways she'd never touched another man.

His breathing return to normal along with his eyes as Kagome moved off slightly to the side after helping him to calm down. 

 "Hnn, that was...I've never met, known, or heard a female that could or would do something like that," he whispered in an (for once) awed voice.

 For her part Kagome was no longer as thirsty but now had the lingering taste of salt in her mouth as she cleaned her fingers with her lips, much like a cat. 

 "It's decently common where I'm from," she replied softly, as she waged an inner war with herself, a battle to jump him now that he was back to his old self versus saving herself for a more suitable time. Sesshomaru saved her the trouble by suddenly pulling her over to him and flipping her end for end. 

 "Now Mik...Kagome, I shall honor your wishes not to mate at this time, but know this, I shall not let your favor go unreturned on this day," said Sesshomaru before his mouth became preoccupied. 

 Soon enough Kagome found herself to be thirsty all over again, along with growing increasingly hoarse.

Chest bouncing, Sango rushed into the dining hall for help. InuKimi was trying to peel an man, that looked just like Naraku, from her legs as she hissed, "I do not care that you think you are powerful, I've seen nothing impressive from you in the past and you will not be getting into my skirts." 

"Uh, help?" Sango blinked over at the sight of Miroku staring into his palm, the one that usually was covered and sealed... "Miroku!?" She ran to him, her breasts flopping about as she caught him in a hug and grabbed his open hand. "The tunnel is gone!?"

InuKimi used her fan to slap Naraku away, the thin scratches it left in its wake were already healing, "I have a room to seal." She snapped, stalking off. When one thing went her way, something was bound to go the opposite, like Naraku's sudden infatuation. Hmph.

Inukimi inwardly grimaced. Oh the things she did for her dream of having grand pups. She could still faintly smell the blood on her claws when she killed the witch she commissioned for the lust incense she had put up in hidden corners of the Palace. Idiot thought she could swindle the Western Lady. Amateur. The incense might have been a tad too strong though since everyone but her seemed to be affected. Children these days, such low endurance. 

Suddenly there was a crash and in came Kagome with nothing but her strange white neko undergarments. In her hands were a fistful of the incense. She pointed an accusing finger at Inukimi, "You! YOU!" Were the only words the poor miko seemed to be able to form. 

Inukimi sighed, "I was hoping you would not notice until after you have been pupped. I suppose I would just have to try harder in my next attempt then."

With Naraku taking up residence within the Sky Castle the Band of Thirteen ended up arriving back there as well since they had been wanting to take out the pestering spider hanyou for their groundbreaking first mission together. 

 Inukui was the first to enter, declaring that she was no longer a part of the Band of 13 and that wasn't what she had in mind when she signed up for the adventuring group. Everyone in the welcome home party was bewildered as to what she meant until in walked Inuyasha with a swollen belly, accompanied by Kouga and Bankotsu. 

 "I keep telling you it's mine. You were with him only twice whereas I took him nearly every night!" exclaimed Kouga as he laid a hand on Inuyasha's left shoulder. 

 "You wish! It'd only take one night for me to pup anyone's belly, that's just how great I am. You're probably too impotent as a scrawny wolf," countered Bankotsu with a hand on Inuyasha's right shoulder. 

 "Keh, guys it doesn't really matter, we'll all be raising my pups, together," Inuyasha replied to the both of them as he patted his belly affectionately before patting each of their hands in turn. 

 Later, now that the whole group was together again, the girls ended up having a girl's night out at the artificial Castle Hot Springs. Inukimi was still banished due to her Inucense Incident but everyone else was present and having fun with fruits, cheese, spirits, and fun times. 

 After everyone started getting bombed they start with the silly contests, with the older of them (Inuemi, Inukui, Kagome, Sango, Ayame, Kikyo, Hitomiko, Kagura, Yura, Eri, Yuka, and Ayumi) comparing chest sizes first thing, with the two Inu sisters coming out on top (Inuemi) and bottom (Inukui). 

 For her part Kagome was just having a great time, her anger over the Inucense forgotten since Inukimi allowed her to use her Inter-dimensional Necklace to bring her friends over for a visit.

While none of the ladies there knew, on the opposite end of the Shiro, Sesshomaru was being berated for letting his half brother become a father first.

Toga, for his part, was wondering just where Sesshomaru got his perpetually indifference countenance. "Boy, just what is it that's the problem? We both know you desire Kagome, you're practically spelling it out for her. What isn't working? Do you need some pointers?"

Beginning with how he'd won over InuKimi, the three nearby villages' woman, all the mermaids of two of the coastlines, Izayoi, and ended with how he'd managed to bed all the female oni of the underworld. "It's just that easy, son." Inuyasha shouted from his belly rubbing groupies, "There ain't nothing to it! I don't know how you could suck so badly asshole!"

The four of them were interrupted for the ever increasing next round of naughty games. Now they were having a breast milk judging contest, seeing who had the best tasting milk between those who were currently lactating, the contestants in this instance being Kagome, Sango, Inuemi, and Yuka (who was now married with a child in the present). All of the contestants were blushing madly while the "tasting" phase was going on, with Kagome thinking it was a very good thing that everything below her waist was in the water. 

 In the end Kagome won surprisingly enough, the others chalking it down to her miko powers causing her to have 'Pure tasting milk'. 

 "Well we wouldn't know anything about youkai or mating seasons," replied her friends who had only been in the past for a few hours now, "But you two seem to have some real chemistry between you two. Y'all seem like a great match."

 "You really think so?" asked Kagome as she gave her friends the gauging side eye with a little blush.

The peace and quiet of the party was interrupted when Bankotsu suddenly burst into the private spring, causing most of the ladies present to scream and cover up their chests. He had to dodge a few dance of blades, strands of lethal hair, and a wind scar from some of the quickly armed ladies before he could make a placating gesture. 

 "Ladies I'm really sorry for the intrusion, but Inuyasha has gone into labor and we need some of the towels in here," explained Bankotsu as he grabbed a few of the rags and ran back the other way, closing the doors in his wake. But now Kagome was curious along with some of the others so they hurriedly dressed in towels and went to see the commotion for themselves. 

 When they arrived in the dining room several of the men were seated there, including Kouga (who was wringing his hands), Sesshomaru, Jaken, Juken, and a few others. 

 "What's going on?" asked Kagome as she came to stand dripping next to Sesshomaru. 

 "Exactly as it looks. We were enjoying steaks and games when Inuyasha crapped his pants. We thought it was an upset stomach but it turned out to the male version of his water breaking. He's in labor now with Toga acting as the head nurse with Inukimi, Bankotsu, and Naraku providing backup as midwives," Sesshomaru explained, just as Toga himself burst out of the room. It must have had a sound barrier placed over it because as soon as the door opened they all could heard Inuyasha's pained cries and yelling along with his accusations at both Kouga and Bankotsu. 

 "I hate to neuter my own son, but we're going to have to do a scrotarium section to get those pups out of there," he said as he wiped blood and poop from his formerly white apron and surgical mask, "Sesshomaru, excuse me for a second but I'm going to borrow Tensiega in case things go south. Naraku, I'll need another spritz of miasma before making the insertion...,"

 Quietly, Kagome and the other girls headed back to the hot spring party.

Naraku pinched the bridge of his nose, "And you people ask me why I rarely visit."

Still thinking it bizarre to have Naraku around without something or someone dying, Kagome went back to their hot spring party, still as confused as ever.

High above, the Gods weren't fairing any better with both Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu now wondering where it all went wrong because nothing is happening as it was went to and Kagome still wasn't anywhere near getting mated to the youkai she was made for.

He chuckled, showing the singleton half in hanyou half worm to his son, "You're going to have to do some explaining..." Inuyasha'who eyes were wide than they had ever been. Naraku, who had been assisting the birth, burst out laughing as he pulled the privacy curtain back and shouted to InuKimi, "Darling! My grandchildren are much cuter than yours!" InuKimi shoved him to the side, "I am not your darling! Now what is this about!?" There wriggling in Toga's arms was a large pink crying work with furry dog ears.

Peeking out of the hotsprings, sensing imminent dismemberment, Kagome reached out and grabbed Naraku by his hair, "Okay, you've got some explaining to do, starting with what the hell you're doing here and how anyone hasn't tried killing you yet." Never mind that she's dragging the hanyou into an all girl's hot spring. Her want to answers is more important than her modesty at the moment.

Inukimi, on the other hand, was giving Toga a long, hard look. "Toga.... What is the meaning of this?"

"Why my dear Kagome, I've come here to sow my wild tentacles. Haven't you heard? This is the hottest mating party this side of Honshu," replied Naraku as his hair grew and wrapped around her grabbing arm in return. 

 "He...Hey!" Kagome exclaimed in protest as he moved closer to her vulnerable form. 

 "Now supposedly I'm to look for a suitable mate in the last female available for the Inu family, that being Inukui, but I'm just as interested in anyone that meets my fancy, including Kikyo's half-witted hair-brained copy. If Sesshomaru rejects you, then you're fair game," Naraku said both sarcastically and seductively as he wrapped an arm around her and pulled her close, his tentacles coming out of his back to nearly engulf her as he embraced her in a hug. 

 "Stranger...Danger....," gasped Kagome as Naraku was bear hugging the breathe right out of her. 

 "Once you settle down, perhaps I can take you to a back room so we can become more...intimately acquainted with one another?" Naraku asking that was the last thing Kagome heard before she blacked out under his squeezing embrace. 

 Moments later, Sesshomaru saw Naraku carrying Kagome bridal style into one of the back rooms. He knew something was up immediately as she wasn't moving, but when he caught up to them the door to the room was locked and barred from the other side, leaving him growling.

When Sesshomaru managed to finally bust the bloody door open, which was a few hours or so later, the sight that greeted him wasn't what he was imagining. He had expected either blood everywhere or something of the sort but not....this.

There Kagome was, on the hanyou's lap, but not in the sense it was meant for. The girl was bawling her eyes out as Naraku handed her what seemed to be the 20th piece of cloth judging by the amount on the floor. She accepted it and blew her nose.

Kagome sniffed, "And, it's like, all i ever wanted was for someone to love me for me, you know? Not because of who I was before and all that shit, or because of what I can do for them? Is that too much to ask? I mean, I don't look that much like her do I? Like my face is rounder, my eyes are blue," she looked down at her chest," and I'm pretty sure these things are already a cup bigger than hers and I'm not even a full grown adult yet!" and thus more tears ensued and the dark haired hanyou rubbed her back in comfort.

"My poor Kagome, all Inuyasha ever wanted you for was a replacement for Kikyo and all the others ever wanted you for was for a shard hunter. Even Sesshomaru just wants you as a pup factory, using your powers as the Shikon Miko to grant himself powerful offspring," soothed Naraku as he rubbed the miko's back. 

 Truth be told, all he wanted her for was to find where Inukimi was hiding the Shikon Jewel from him at, but Kagome didn't need to know that just yet, not before he had converted her over to his side. 

 "Yes yes it's all true I'm so worthless they don't want me for me they just want a detector and a pup factory and a replacement," Kagome sobbed even louder now as she blew her nose on one of his tentacles, which used its suction feeder to absorb the snot. Naraku noted that it had a particular taste, sort of like vanilla yogurt. 

 "There there. Hate them, it's only natural, a normal human reaction. You used to hate me back in the day so you should hate them all now, don't feel bad about it. Hate them, Hate them, Hate Them," Naraku whispered in her ear as he used his fabled St Hakushin conversion method. 

 Sesshomaru had enough has he stepped forward into the room. 

 "That's a lie, while I do want Kagome to help produce powerful offspring for me, I love her for who she is, not just what she can do for me. I've had such feelings ever since she had the courage to stand up to me alongside my brother and those feelings have only grown over the years. Since spending the last two weeks with her I've become convinced that those feelings are not misplaced," declared Sesshomaru loudly and boldly. 

 Naraku was sneering and jeering at his declared attempt to thwart his conversion but Kagome was staring at Sesshomaru wide eyed with her lips trembling.

Shirtless, hair billowing through the wind like another sail, muscles bulging as he turned the massive steering wheel, was Sesshomaru. The boat rocked hard, knocking her from her fantasy with a fierce roll of her stomach. She launched herself to the wooden rail and retched over the side. A large hand found her back while another found her forehead, she could feel his sigh exit his chest as they were pressed so close. "Kagome your warmth is too great for a human." "I have a fever?" She whimpered. "Yes. Go back below, and I will find land. You require food, rest, and water. As your mate, I will provide for you." "M-mate?" The world turned fuzzy. "Soon, yes." He caught her fainting body against solid muscle, the effect wasted since she was unconscious.

What seemed like an eternity later, Kagome awoke. She was parched and felt weak beyond belief, but at least she no longer felt seasick or feverish as she compared the temperature of her forehead to that of the wooden teaked deck. 

 Gingerly she rose from the bed and made her way through the ship topside onto the deck. There she found Sesshomaru, naked except for his loincloth and horribly sunburned. Glancing around, she started feeling green again as land was nowhere in sight. She turned again to him to ask what had happened and that's when she noticed his odd behavior. 

 "Boat, boat, boat," he said over and over again, in almost a whisper. He sat there cross legged style, staring at the mainmast with a far away look in his eyes. 

 "Ummm, Sesshomaru?" Kagome asked tenatively as she approached the seated figure. Upon hearing his name, Sesshomaru's head snapped around and locked onto her. He pounced on her then, trapping her flat on the deck as his head came in close to hers, his eyes going wide as he stared with his yellow eyes less than three inches from her equally wide blue ones, the difference being the terror in hers and the determined madness in his. 

 "Ka...Boooooaaaaaatttttttttttt," it sounded like he started to say her name before he drew out 'Boat' again. Just as quickly as he had pounced her he was off of her again, by the mainmast running his hand up and down it as he resumed his 'boat' chant. 

 Getting up, Kagome spied a cup nearby and crawled over to it, wondering just what he had been eating and drinking the past few days or however long it had been. Upon sniffing and gently sipping the remaining contents of the cup, she discovered to her horror that the delirious Sesshomaru had been drinking seawater for kami knows how long now. 

 How was she getting out of this mess? Although, as thirsty as she was herself, it did look and taste pretty good...

She was near frantic as she didn't know how she could help him. If only she had something other than more seawater to give him to drink, she might be able to snap him out of it, but she didn't see anything anywhere else on the boat. 

 Absently she rubbed her swollen breasts while she tried to think of a solution. Sometime after she had stepped in to help take care of Miroku and Sango's Infant Twins she had apparently started lactating and...her train of thought suddenly stopped along with her absent rubbing. 

 Could breast milk work? What if she could channel her own purification powers into it, maybe she could cleanse his system using miko milk? She frowned as apprehension welled up within her. She really really didn't want to do this, but letting him be as he was would almost certainly spell doom for the both of them. 

 After undoing her top she slowly approached him, arms out but not saying anything before getting in front of him. Gingerly she settled into a straddling position on top of him, kneeling over his cross legged form as she reluctantly blocked his view of the boat. 

 "Boat...," Sesshomaru growled at her as she obstructed his view, his claws elongating as he brought one hand up towards her. 

 "Boat, Boat, Boat," Kagome repeated as she pointed at her right breast, before bending forward towards his mouth. 

 'Please don't bite, Please don't bite, Please don't bite' 

 But the 'docking' was successful and thankfully he started suckling without much urging. Sighing softly, Kagome recalled her training and started praying while internally focusing her concentration and soon her upper body was aglow with pink light that seemed to be flowing into Sesshomaru's mouth as his sunburn began to heal.

 'Demonic healing? Please tell me he's returning to normal then?' Kagome thought as she broke out into a hard sweat. 

 Then his eyes, which had closed when he started feeding, suddenly opened, revealing his normal and stoically cold expression.

Sesshomaru eyed the miko on the other side of the ship's deck, the taste of her still on his tongue. She had her fists clutching the front of her shirt as she stared out at the island just up ahead. What a surprise, albeit a pleasant one, she'd given him. Evidently seawater was not safe to drink, noted. And yet, she had thought to save him through her own nourishment. With what she'd one day feed their young with, and with a pang of jealously, he repressed that thought. At the moment, her breasts were his... or would be again as soon as he could win her over enough to attain them. The exquisite taste would not leave his mind as he watched her from the helm. Her face still looked red as she leaned back against the mast. Her hair was up in a messy bun, leaving her neck open for his imagination. As grateful as he felt for her assistance, he couldn't help but feel cursed at the same time. As much as he had wanted her before, it had now turned into an avarice that made him ache deep in his bones.

The island was tropical in nature and as they grew closer it appeared to actually be a series of islands ringing an ancient volcano that has sunken into the sea or an atoll as you would otherwise call it. Kagome was wowed at the crystal clear water that displayed luscious coral reefs and dazzling arrays of tropical fish as the Junk just barely cleared the reefs on high tide and coasted through a small channel into the lagoon before dropping anchor. 

 Together the two of them took a hastily assembled raft to a nearby shore that had palm trees and lush vegetation. Within thirty minutes Kagome had constructed a hasty shelter while Sesshomaru had killed a boar and gathered several coconuts that he easily pried open.

 Soon they were feasting next to a roaring campfire as the skies began to darken with the fading night. But unbeknownst to them, they were being watched.

Suddenly, as thought awaiting the perfect moment, a great Sea-Dragon exploded from the water, and with a quick flick of his tail, flung Sesshomaru to the other side of the island. Now with the female alone, having watched her activities on the boat and desiring her as well.

The dragon coalesced into a being, tall and imposing. She grinned toothily, hissing her pleasure as the female fell off her seat in fear. Quickly, as she had learned to do, the dragon used her impressive and long chinese tail to grab the girl by the waist and bring her closer. "You will make a fine harem girl for myself. And maybe a tasty snack later." She spat a strange mucus webbing out, slapped it on the girl's mouth, and flung them both back into the water, diving deep into the depths. 

Once deep in her cavernous underwater lair, the dragon secured the girl in her pretties harem, and indicated to the servants to prepare her for her... induction that night. She couldn't wait for her snack!

Kagome backed up against the sea cave wall as squirmy tentacles held her arms. The sea dragon queen reached out with both hands in a grabby grabby motion toward Kagome's milk filled breasts. "Nooooo!" Kagome shouted as her reiki glittered around her like Edward from Twilight's skin. 

Sesshomaru burst through the water barrier as a sopping wet 50ft dog, snarling. No one would get that milk except for him or his future pups!

A portal opened just then and all stopped what they were doing as Inukimi walked through, looking totally nonplussed. 

 "I have been watching the proceedings for some time through my magical inter-dimensional necklace and while things have been quite entertaining for a while, I'm afraid I must now step in and restore order. Back to the Castle we go," Inukimi said as she knocked both Kagome and Sesshomaru out with her debilitating poison and had her servants carry them back through. 

 Turning to the Sea Dragon, Inukimi offered her apologies for the intrusion and deposited ten six pence on the ground as compensation before going back through and closing the portal.

Wiping the drool from her mouth, Kagome woke naked in a pile of silk on top of a futon. She groaned, holding her head. Suddenly a deep snore behind her had her eyes bulging. Slowly, she looked back over her shoulder to see a large mass of white fluff. Her trembling hand reached out, sinking into the down silk. The stripes caught her attention, and she bit her lip. "Sesshomaru?" She questioned.

Brows furrowing even lower, Sesshomaru sat up, a sense of contentment settling in the pit of his stomach at seeing his tail covering her bosom. Did she even know he could feel her breasts with the thing? Likely not, and he was not inclined to tell her any time soon. But back to the matter at hand, "Are you certain? I feel strangely....sated. Mother has mentioned spells capable of removing pain. And I still cannot remember and this one demands a reenactment. Preferably now."

Hackles risen, Sesshomaru decided he could not tell her his nose  was basically useless at the moment. He had more pride than that. Not caring that he was exposed, Sesshomaru ventured out from the room the futon was in and explored there obvious place of captivity. They walls and ceilings suggested this was his mother's sky castle. The cutesy drawings he found scribbled all over the wall in the hall told him that this had once been his sisters' nursery, windowless to keep them from using InuEmi's cloud to sneak out. The same rooms were now being used to keep him contained. The door had been sealed by his Mother's own power. They would not be leaving until she gave in and let them out. With a sigh of exasperation, Sesshomaru walked through the small hall and into a room filled with a buffet of food. Fresh fruits, clear broth, rice, and steamed fish were all neatly placed. The miko did say she was hungry... and so he gathered up two places and brought them back to the room he'd awoken in, only to find her....

Sesshomaru blinked, and here he thought they were trapped in there to procreate, but then why was InuEmi here? The soft moans coming from his miko by the hands of another was enough to drive him insane, and he had to remind himself that while this creature was touching his intended in very intimate ways, said creature was still his flesh and blood. Shoving her to the side and taking up the massage oils, Sesshomaru ignored her hiss of protest and resumed the activity. Surely Kagome would prefer his hands to his siister's. 

"Ahh, what happened, your hands got all rough all of a sudden... are you using something?"

Inuemi sidled in closer again, carefully scooping some oil out of the bronze pan and pouring it over the back of Sesshomaru’s hands, letting it dribble down his fingers onto the miko’s succulent flesh so as to not give anything away. “Everything’s fine, just needed to get more oil,” she whispered soothingly.

After a couple of minutes Inuemi returned, bearing a small basin with a stopped up drainer and suspended on chains. She hung it from the ceiling over the bed before blindfolding the still sleeping Kagome, who started to rouse. Quickly she indicated for Sesshomaru to stop rubbing. 

 "My dear, while reading about exotic therapies from the mainland I came across an interesting treatment referred to as Shirodhara, said to be poured onto your 'Third Eye'. If you'll turn over my dear, we can begin immediately," whispered Inuemi as she motioned Sesshomaru to raise up slightly. 

 With the room provided, Kagome slowly but gingerly roll over onto her back, blindfold still in place. Inuemi removed the stopped, allowing the oil to start pouring in a thin stream onto her forehead before flowing down her hair onto the bedpan that had been placed under her head. Next she gathered a handful of the other warm oil and gently poured it into Sesshomaru's hands again, before indicating for him to lower back down and making rubbing motions over Kagome's breasts. With another knowing smile and with a wink to boot, Inuemi once again departed the room, this time silently locking the door behind her. 

 She really was quite the little vixen. Unbeknownst to Sesshomaru, there was a little peephole in the next room over. She went to it and started watching as Sesshomaru started massaging Kagome's chest. Sure enough, soon the miko was making soft noises of appreciation. Those noises of appreciation combined with him running his hands over and around those soft warm melons would soon make Kagome intimately aware of something increasingly poking her in the stomach and when that happened, such fun fireworks were sure to erupt. 

 It should happen almost any second now...

Okay this was getting hella weird, even by Kagome's standards, and that was saying a lot. She turned her head, "Uuuh, Inuemi I don't think-" no female had a jawline that sharp.

Her eyes snap up to see Sesshomaru's familiar face and the mother of all screeching escaped her lips. Jumping, falling really, down to the waters, she proceeded to throw whatever her hand could reach at the daiyoukai.

"You pervert! You don't just go pretending to be your sister just to get a feel! What's wrong with you?!" Her embarrassment heightened when she realized she just threw her hello kitty knickers at his face.

Kagome threw a sheet toga on and began pounding on the door, "Let me out of here! There is no way I'll ever mate this perverted ice prick of a dog demon! I'll go on any date with any bachelor you'd like! Just let me out of this sex room with this dirty OLD DOG!" Her words grew more shrill by the second. 

Suddenly the door flung open and she fell into the arms of InuKimi, who by all standards looked quite cross. "Sesshomaru? Where have your manners gone? Have I taught you nothing?"

"InuEmi..." He pointed toward the door, but his mother was having none of it. 

"You say you'll go on any date with any bachelor?" Her yellow eyes gleamed as she looked down upon Kagome's angry and nodding face. 

"Yes! As long as you get me away from this pervert!" She shot a look of distake over her shoulder, "And to think I was growing to sort of like you! Jerk!"

"Well it's not perfect, but it's getting me somewhere!" InuKimi laughed, pulling the now willing miko along.

Inukimi led Kagome down the hallway to her appointed room. She was smiling but inside she was plotting three plans a second. This won't do, this simply won't do at all. The pups born from this miko will be related to her through her son and that was that. Sure she will parade the girl for any and all, but that was so she could gloat when her son finally pups the girl. It won't really be hard maneuvering the girl, it was her son's complete lack of knowledge in human intimacies that made things complicated for her.

Her eyes glinted, no matter. All will go according to her plans, it always did.

Sesshomaru glared at his mother as she strolled off with the miko, who for whatever reason let him suckle from her, but a massage had not been permitted. Next time he would ask. He had a nagging suspicion that his dastardly sister had tricked him. "InuEmi!" He growled.

"What?" She giggled, sticking her head out from the doorway, "What is it big brother? Lost your little miko?" Her grin fell, "Good! That's what you get for breaking my dolls when I was a little girl!"

Normally in this situation Sesshomaru was prone to physical violence. Certainly he had struck his retainer for far less, but even as he raised his hand up in such a manner as to strike her across the face with the back of it, an instinct took hold like a little voice in the back of his mind, even as Inuemi saw what he was doing and immediately sobered up, even looking a little afraid as she was quite possibly the tamest and least physically violent out of all four of them. 

 In that moment he knew that things would change and never go back to being the same if he struck. Something would irrevocably be broken. Engaging his brother in duels was one thing, sibling rivalries between brothers often resulted in such but this was something different. Gradually, he lowered his hand before turning and striding out of the room, stalking through the sealed areas before locating a suitably vacant room to physically trash his frustrations out on. 

 Inuemi watched him go, her eyes filling with tears of regret at her actions, so focused was she on payback that she hadn't considered how it would effect him or...'Oh Kami' how it might've affected Kagome. She had to find the miko and apologize, immediately.

Unsure what to say or do, Kagome finished chewing her bite of sushi, and looked back at the distraught demoness doubled over beside the dining table. InuKimi had dressed her up once again in fine silks, and allowed her to go eat and drink to her heart's content. Two plates in and InuEmi appeared with a snotty teary face and sobbing an apology. "InuEmi, please don't be so upset. Whatever is wrong, I'm sure it will all work out." She whimpered, hidden beneath a curtain of silver hair as she shook her head, "You don't understand..." Her shoulders trembled, "I tricked Sesshomaru into touching your booooobs!" She wailed.

"Huh?" Kagome asked, confusion evident on her face, then realization came over her features. 

 "I set it up so Sesshomaru would be fondling out and arranged it so you would find him fondling you. I did it to cause an explosive reaction between the two of you to get him in hot water, a sibling revenge scheme for what Sesshomaru did to me in our youth. I didn't take your feelings or what would happen to you into consideration when I used you for it," explained Inuemi, confirming Kagome's suspicion. 

 With both thoughts about fights with Souta and pranks Shippou has played on Inuyasha coming to mind and seeing that at least she has learned her lesson, Kagome stood and walked to stand over Inuemi, seeing her flinch as it expecting Kagome to hit her. Feeling slightly offended at this, Kagome knelt down onto her knees and gathered Inuemi's chin into the palm of her hand as she brought her head up to stare eye level, golden orbs meeting deep blue ones. 

 "Inuemi, I realize that you realize what you've done is wrong and I will forgive you for doing this to me, but I will remember," said Kagome nicely but firmly, before inviting her to eat alongside Kagome. 

 While eating Inuemi couldn't help but steal side glances at Kagome while munching down on some meat glazed fruit. Before now she had seen her but as an arranged sister, but now she wanted to get to know her better. She certainly saw her as a valued pack member and wouldn't hesitate to die for her in a second if need be.

"So where is Kouga? Aren't you two mated?" asked Kagome, breaking the awkward silence that had held reign for several minutes now. 

 "Oh, he heard that Inuyasha and Bankotsu were taking the Band of 13 to go hunt down Naraku, so he ran off and joined them. I still have three years until my next period of demonic heat so there wasn't much of a point in doing much beyond the marking ceremony at this point in time," explained Inuemi as she played with her food. 

 "Ah, I see," replied Kagome. 

 "So, apart from occasional shenanigans, how're your thoughts on Sesshomaru?" asked Inuemi in sly response. Kagome blushed slightly and played with her food for a few moments in turn before answering. 

 "Well...I like him, from what I've seen and experienced so far, I think I might him better then Inuyasha. Like his brother he's pretty rough around the edges but he has far superior grace, just needs to work on his social interaction a little bit," Kagome replied. 

 Having finished his temperamental rampage earlier, Sesshomaru listened in while taking mental notes.

Leaning in to InuEmi, Kagome couldn't bare to ask above a whisper, "Has Sesshomaru ever even had a girlfriend?" "What do you mean?" Asked his sister with a delicately arched brow. "Well, it's pretty obvious that you were tricking him, unless he really doesn't have any experience with women at all." InuEmi's brows were both up into her hairline, "ew, I don't know about his sex life, you'll have to ask him yourself." Kagome flushed and blinked, ready to apologise when InuEmi tapped her own chin, "Well there was that one time we caught him with a rather large riceball..."

"And I recall mama mentioning someone named Kagura, but apparently she was killed by Naraku, poor thing," said Inuemi as she finished perusing her memories on the subject. 

 "Kagura? Huh, I remember her dying in front of Sesshomaru but I didn't realize that they were in a relationship, I guess him being there when she died makes more sense now. I knew above all she mostly desired being free from Naraku's control," Kagome monotoned aloud as she recalled her own memories on the subject. A single tear fell from the corner of Kagome's eyes as she thought about Sesshomaru suffering the loss of a loved one. 

 "So...what all involves the demon mating process, if you don't mind me asking?" Kagome asked somewhat apprehensively. She seemed a little more resigned to her seeming fate now. 

 "Well, the three main things involves the consent of the female to mate, the male marking the female as his somewhere on her body, and then a solid nighttime of rutting that accomplishes several things including placing his scent upon the female, becoming fully intimately familiar with her, and cementing the suitability for them to bear offspring together. If the female happens to be in heat then pupping may proceed as well," explained Inuemi, with Kagome listening while become somewhat flushed herself. 

 "And erm...the rutting? What is it like...to be with a demon?" asked Kagome, even more hesitantly this time. Inuemi turned to her with a devilish smile on her face. 

 "Well, I would imagine it would be much like a human male, but with I'd say more grace, stamina, endurance, and perhaps when approaching...the zenith a bit more on the savagery side, although not to a degree that the mate would be...damaged," Inuemi hazarded as she recalled her night of mating with Kouga. 

 "Thanks," replied Kagome, who had finished eating and now retreated towards the quarters Inukimi had provided for her earlier, her million going in a million different directions at once.

While Sesshomaru was taking notes on how not to treat your miko, and Kagome was taking notes on how to navigate a fortress, Naraku was up to something of great importance - to him at least. "I don't care if 'normal' youkai sexually reproduce, Glitter Beard! That is not how I, Naraku, make my children!" He wanted another child since his most recent creation was not what he'd been expecting in terms of viciousness.

Glitter Beard sighed, "The other way is much more enjoyable daddy, you should try it!" When his "father" didn't respond, Glitter Beard rubbed his swollen belly, "These were made the old fashioned way and will be much more powerful than any budding-made offspring."

Now that got Naraku on to something, "Powerful you say?" His large hand reached out to stroke the stretched stomach of his pregnant incarnation. "Perhaps I will try this myself. Kukukuku..."

A day later, Glitter Beard was busy nursing his twin half fox-half zebra demon infants while watching Naraku undergo some weird bodily shenanigans. 

 "Pops, what are you doing?" asked Glitter Beard in a somewhat alarmed voice. 

 "Hhrrrrnnnnggg, quiet son," grunted Naraku as a large mass grew before separating from his body, landing on the ground below with a wet smack. When the shape resolved itself, Glitter Beard look on askance in a mixture of horror and wonder. 

 "May I present to the audience Number 70, named Spawnamaru, featuring the ability to simultaneously birth upwards of 72 offspring in a five day period. Had to raid five villages and several demon hideouts to absorb the nine human woman of just age, a few rat demons, and a spider to act as a connecting conduit for this baby," Naraku announced proudly. 

 Glitter Beard counted nine glory holes, eighteen milking stations, and eighteen arms plus eight spider limbs, a giant bio-organic birthing and feeding station indeed. 

 "Now, if you'll excuse us," started Naraku as he took up position behind the monstrosity, "I need some privacy while I provide...raw materials for mah baby factory," said Naraku with an evil grin. 

 Glitter Beard beat a hasty retreat.

Unfortunately for Naraku, a few days later he found that such a monstrosity was truly too much of an abomination to produce any kind of viable offspring. They came out looking kind of like the white blobs of flesh he had experimented with in Mt Hakurei, and were similarly inert, being nearly lifeless. 

This simply would not do. It seemed he truly would need to do this the old-fashioned way.

“Murakumo, come here,” he called quietly through the shoji.

A moment later his sparkly incarnation appeared, jangling what seemed to be keys on a chain before the amused child on his hip. “Yes Daddy dearest? Well, it’s Granddaddy dearest now, isn’t it?”

Struggling not to roll his eyes, Naraku asked, “Just where did you find a partner for the making of this powerful ‘old-fashioned’ offspring?” 

“Oh, don’t you know? That fabulous dog lady is hosting a big mating party up at her glamorous sky palace! Anybody who’s anybody is attending! Once Shimagitsuo and Kitsuumako are a few days older I’m totally going back up there. I wonder where the after-parties will be...”

While using his patented 'Miasma Away' to get rid of his latest failed experiment, a plan was already forming in Naraku's head as to how he would take advantage of his party. Anybody being anybody means there would be a lot of powerful entities in attendance, beings that might give him much trouble in he blew in all 'I kill you now' evil-like. This level of subtlety would be such that he couldn't even fall back on his old white baboon pelt. 

 No, this would likely require possession of another creature. Various candidates flashed through his mind and memory before he settled on one creature in particular that would be perfect.

 Later, Jaken returned to the Sky Castle, entering the Sealed Chambers. Entering her bedroom after gaining permission, Jaken bowed low. 

 "My Lady, my apologies for thy's actions a week and a half ago, but Lord Jaken has returned your long lost items to you and to make amends," groveled Jaken in a sincere sounding tone of voice. 

 Kagome, who was now only half awake after having her new afternoon nap habit interrupted, replied with a yawning "Fine, you may leave them by my bedside and all is forgiven, go back to Sesshomaru," before she rolled over. 

 Doing as she commanded, Jaken laid the satchel by her bed, but then brought up his staff of two heads and pointed it at Kagome, who had her back turned. The mouth opened but instead of issuing flames, miasma spewed out instead, causing Kagome to choke and cough, briefly rising and turning her head to look at him in shock before collapsing, unconscious onto her back on the bed. 

 Gingerly Naraku as Jaken climbed into the bed and examined the miko in detail. He couldn't very well bust out of this form for Sesshomaru would immediately detect his presence. Sigh as he might, he would have to do the deed using the toad as an intermediary between the two of them. Naraku set about removing the miko's clothes, before the door suddenly opened again.

Sango rarely​ allowed herself to relax and hang loose, so when she gave into thier current predicament, Miroku felt very lucky indeed. "W-wait, Mir-Miroku!" She giggled as his mouth moved along the line of her neck while his hands explored much more than just her firm bottom Her kimono was falling off her shoulders. Her Slayer uniform was mostly unzipped. They drunkenly stumbled through the halls, "There's got to be a b-bed roo-m around here somewhere!" She tried to open what looked like a door, but ended up being another wall. "Here," Miroku muttered against her pulse as he kicked open a door. "Finally" Sango shouted mid-moan. His hands continued to move over her clothes, trying to remove them but too inebriated to make it very far. She turned in his arms, catching kisses that made her heart beat faster. He walked her backward as they made out. Crashing on top of the futon, a loud screeching sound sobered them up. Sango immediately leaky off the bed, spun around in her full and perfect uniform with her weapon raised at the disgusting toad. There was something off about him. He started to resume his march on Kagome before realizing that he could cause the group so much more suffering by impregnating Sango first. He had just gotten himself naked and Sango topless when Inukimi walked into the still open doorway. “Come along you two drunkards, I won’t have you interrupting Kagome’s....” her voice trailed off as she took in the scene. She and the staff equipped naked Jaken just stared at each other. Stared, stared, and stared, until both of their left eyes stared twitching, when one of them finally made a move.

Stormie Like Weather08/10/2019 Kagome looked back at Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, and InuKui. Standing by the well, everything felt so final. Things had been quite peaceful that morning. No pushy mating requests, no inappropriate licking, and surprisingly Inuyasha and Sesshomaru were not fighting at all. Not that they'd said a word to each other. She ran her hand over the fluffy mokomoko around her shoulders, Sesshomaru told her to keep it with her until she returned, but she felt hesitant. The well. She had not used the well since returning after three years of being away. It had not worked at that time... There was a chance she'd never return to the past after plunging back through time and into the future. Noticing her reluctant, Sesshomaru grabbed the fur on either side of her and pulled it a little tighter around her small frame, "Take mokomoko so that you do not forget who you will fall in love with." The ridiculous notion was a key factor in their supreme children ever being born, he couldn't have her fawning over some random disgusting human. Mokomoko had to remain with her. Her cheeks dusted red, blue eyes looking up at him full of concern. "What if I can't return? Then how will you get it back." "You will." She didn't feel convinced, even as Inuyasha hollered, "Hurry up so you can get back already! Jeez!" With a tilt of her head and a smile, InuKui grinned, "If you'd rather stay and warm my bed instead of Sesshomaru's that can be arranged." Sesshomaru growled. Kagome laughed. Blinking back tears, she took the step toward home. She jumped into the dark recesses of the well, and "Ahhhh!" Hit the bottom with a sickening crunch of her ankle.

Walter20508/10/2019 A couple of villagers emerged from the tree line after hearing Kagome's exclamation. A moment later Sesshomaru jumped up from the well with Kagome in hand, carrying her bridal style as he landed next to Inuyasha and Inukui.

"Oh my Lady Kagome and Lord Inuyasha, it's been some time," greeted Hakubo as he and his wife walked up to the foursome and bowed in greeting.

"You didn't perhaps try to jump down the well again, did you? It hasn't worked in years, that's why we've dug a new well on the other side of the tree. It works just fine for disposing the remains of minor demons that threaten the village. We've even added a shrine to keep it safe, thanks to protection spells from your Kit," explained Hakubo's wife as she pointed to the northeast of their position.

Rounding the tree, the six of them saw the new well house with the well inside. Turning pink at not having seen it the previous day or last night, Kagome nodded her thanks to the two villagers. But as she was in no condition to jump through the well with a busted ankle, she would need help on the other side. Inuyasha approached to take Kagome from him, but sensing a chance to test whether the well worked for him or not, Sesshomaru jumped in with Kagome before his half brother could say a word.

Blue light enveloped the both of them before Inuyasha and Inukui stared down in amazement where both of them had just been. Muttering a curse about his brother, Inuyasha jumped in after Sesshomaru and Kagome and also disappeared. Inukui decided, in for a yen, in for a yuan and jumped in as well, only to land on the bottom in a pout.

Stormie Like Weather08/10/2019 Kagome didn't curse often, but as soon as they erupted from the well and saw Izayoi making out with her dog demon friends' dad, she said, "Oh my fucking kami."

Walter20508/10/2019 She barely remembered what Inuyasha's mother looked like and even then it was a faint resemblance because of that unmother demon Sesshomaru had so cruelly employed against his half brother five years ago, shortly after Kagome met them for the first time. The fact that there was no roof over their head and it was obviously still in the past, combined with her looking very much like the real deal, gave Kagome a very bad feeling.

"Father," Sesshomaru breathed, causing the two of them to look up at the...two of them, eyes wide in surprise. Inutashio dropped Izayoi to the ground from where he had her bent over backwards with a startled 'eep' coming from the human woman as he stared in shock at the sudden amount of aging his eldest had done.

"Sesshomaru? How? And who is that with you?" asked Inutashio as a range of emotions flickered across his face in a span of a mere moment. His eyes were drawn though to the bechanting female by his side, her beauty dwarfed that even of Izayoi, whom he considered to the most beautiful amongst all these lands.

"Well, back go, now!" Kagome rasped at him in a desperate whisper, one which Sesshomaru agreed most feverently with, even though his father was right there in the living flesh.

His father wouldn't let them leave so easily however, jumping in after them and grabbing ahold of Kagome just as the blue light enveloped all of them.

Moments later, they jumped out of the portal into the well house, leaving Inukoi gaping as her long dead stepfather suddenly appeared along with Kagome and Sesshomaru.

"Ummm, where's Inuyasha?" she asked while continuing to gape at Inutashio, who returned the stare equally slack jawed.

"What, we left him with you," replied Kagome. After a quick back and forth they realized that while he had gone into the portal after them, his destination had been somewhere entirely different.

Slayer08/10/2019 Inuyasha jumped from the bottom of the well and saw that he had made it to somewhere. He looked around puzzled. He saw his mother sitting in a heap next to the well. He could have sworn he felt Sesshomaru  and Kagome go back the other way.

Walter20508/10/2019 As Inuyasha looked around for Sesshomaru and Kagome, Izayoi grabbed ahold of his robe, glancing up at him in both love and confusion.

"Dearest?" asked Izayoi in a hopeful voice.

"Yes, I'm...," Inuyasha answered, as he was indeed going to confirm that he was her dear little son, before she leapt up and kissed him on the lips, her tongue trying to get to his own as she blubberingly assailed him with hungry abandon.

At first Inuyasha was confused and dismayed, he went to push his mother off of him but then stopped as he didn't want to harm his own mother, but then the kiss started to feel really good to him. He was confused, she seemed to be confused who knew what was what? He would just return the kiss for now, who knows; perhaps that's even how human family members greeted each other just before he was born.

They broke when Izayoi needed more air then her nose could take in. She looked at him longingly, stroking his cheek with the back of her hand as she gazed into the depths of his soul through his eyes.

"You changed so much, what happened to you after you in jumped into the well, Inu...," she whispered, before he placed a finger to her lips.

"Hush now, everything will be all right mother, I'm here now," he replied.

Izayoi's eyes widened and she froze up after what he said registered to her mind.

Slayer08/10/2019 "Anyway yeah gotta go see you later." Inuyasha gently pushed his mother away and jumped back into the well.  'I will just forget that kiss ever happened man am I one sick puppy.'

revang08/10/2019 After traveling through the blue lists of time once more, Inuyasha stood confused at the bottom of the well. He could still smell the same scents from before of the clearing and his mother.

Leaping from the well, he found her in the exact position she had been in the last time he came through, in a heap on the ground near the well.

She peered confusedly up at him. “Dearest?”

“NO.” he said, perhaps a little too forcefully, for she flinched back from him a bit.

Inuyasha had no idea what to think now. Had the previous events been some kind of dream or vision from this new well?

Walter20508/10/2019 "If I can't have you, then no one can have you, least of all some demon. Hhhuuuaaarrrrggggghhhhh!" came the yell of a oddly familiar human male followed by the long drawn out sound as if someone was trying to break the firm grip that constipation had over them.

Izayoi seized up in fear and Inuyasha in turned just as Takemaru emerged from the tree line in full sprint, decked up in his red samurai armor with katana held back ready to strike. Inuyasha stood his ground as he arrived and swung his sword. Inuyasha blocked easily with the back of his hand, Takemaru drawing but a thin line of blood before the half demon knocked the latter back across the clearing.

"Blade of Blood," said Inuyasha as he gathered the single drop of blood that had gathered over the already healing minor wound and sent a single red ring of energy at Takemaru, decapitating the samurai instantly. Normally he would be against killing humans but this one time he would make an exception.

"Oh dearest," exclaimed Izayoi as she snuggled back up to Inuyasha's leg. Looking down at Izayoi and realizing he was probably trapped in this time with her, he sighed as he accepted his probable fate, eyes brightening up however when he had an idea.

"My dearest, my memories are troubled by my jumping through the well. Have we consummated our love for each other yet?" asked Inuyasha, deepening his voice on purpose.

"No my love, not yet, we were just about to do so," replied Izayoi. Inuyasha smiled as he thought to himself 'So she's not my mother yet. Sweet Kami, things are looking up for me now' before glancing back down at her.

"My love, we shall remedy this problem right away, but first know this, the name of Izayoi is not befitting a beauty such as yourself. From this point on you shall go by the name of Kikyome and I shall be known as Inuluckiro," declared Inuyasha, before gathering Kikyome up into his arms bridal style and taking off for the nearest cave that he could find.

Stormie Like Weather08/10/2019 "Sesshomaru..." Kagome nervously asked, "I know you hate Inuyasha, but we really need him here in this time."

"Just who exactly is this...Inuyasha?" Inupapa asked with a quirk to his brow.

"Well, you see..."

"No one!" Sesshomaru snapped, "Kagome stay with InuKui..." He flashed his father a glare, "Keep your hands off my miko."

"Oooo, brave puppy going to take on his daddy?" Inupapa mocked. He wasn't expecting Sesshomaru to slice off his pony tail with one extension of his claws.

"Touch her and your crotch will be missing its length as well."

InuKui giggled behind her hand, "Mother wasn't wrong, he IS incorrigible, and HOT!"

Kagome glanced from InuKui to Inupapa and winced, "But he's so old...and I thought you were into women?"

"Distinguished. And I'm into anyone that pretty! Too bad he's lost all that hair," InuKui grinned devilishly. "Of course brother dearest, I will watch her."

Reluctantly Sesshomaru leaned down to where Kagome sat on the grass beside the well house, and kissed her ear, "Keep your guard up around these two."

"O-oh..." She blushed, touching the ear his warm lips had just teased, "I will..."

He stared at her for a full minute, frowning, before jumping back into the well and the flow of time into the past.

Easily, he tracked his foul smelling brother to a small cave. The smell of toadstools and stale water filled the area so much so that he almost missed the pungent smell of Inuyasha's arousal.

Disgusting...

Upon entering the cave, Sesshomaru found Inuyasha making out with his own mother and cringed. Perhaps he should leave the bastard here...

"Oh, Inuluckiro! You've gotten even better at kissing, I'm so happy!"

With Izayoi's exclamation, Sesshomaru decided he couldn't let the hanyou sully their bloodlne further by proceeding with this tomfoolery.

"Inuyasha!" Sesshomaru growled as he stepped out from the shadows and grabbed his idiot half brother by one furry ear, "You're coming with me. Now."

Walter20508/10/2019 "What were you thinking, little brother?" asked Sesshomaru. He was entirely sure he wanted to know what was going through the whelp's mind but in the end curiosity got the better of them as they reached the cave entrance to the outside.

"I couldn't jump back through so if Pops was trapped on the other side, who would sow the oats of my youth apart from me?" Inuyasha asked innocently, but Sesshomaru could smell the deception wafting from the half breed's insolent mouth.

"Hnnn, the only way a pure enough half breed of your ilk could be created is only if father or I...," Sesshomaru stopped as he turned back to glance at Izayoi. She did bear an interesting amount of resemblance to Kagome...

Gone, banished were such thoughts from his head with a shake before they could continue down such a treacherous path. But then another idea occurred to him.

Leaving Inuyasha where he was, Sesshomaru turned and walked back to where Izayoi was lying at the back of the cave. He was walking with a purpose and both of them grew apprehensive as he came to stand over her.

"I hadn't realized until just now, what an opportunity there was to correct the mistake that has stained the pack's honor for generations," Sesshomaru said icily before extending his hand open palm towards the human female.

"Sesshomaru, don't you dare...!" yelled Inuyasha as he started forward, but it was far too late as his older brother's poison spray rained down upon his mother, her horrible screams soon replaced by silence aside from the horrendous sounds of dissolving flesh and bone.

Then as Sesshomaru watched, Inuyasha dissolved into dust that faded away, leaving behind nothing but his sword and the robe of the fire rat.

In the near future, Inukui suddenly let out a startled scream. Everyone turned to her as she suddenly turned to dust and faded away.

Slayer08/10/2019 With a heavy sigh Sesshomaru  turned around and dispatched the minions of the underworld over the pile of goo that had become of Izayoi. Before his very eyes she reformed and drew breath once more. He hoped that Inuyasha would be back in their correct time once more. He turned to the weak sniveling  princess.

"Woman when my father returns you will insist that he brings you to his ancestral home you will stay there and bare his children and raise them correctly! Am I understood?"

The teary eyes princess nodded her head. Sesshomaru  walked away with out a backwards glance wanting nothing more then to return to him Miko and his plans on getting her to agree to breed with him. He jumped into the well and let the time slip carry him back to his bitch.

Walter20508/10/2019 As they watched, Inutashio was enveloped within a blue light as the time eater's well began to glow the same color.

"I guess this means my time here is up. It was nice to meet you...daughter," he said to Kagome with a wink before he vanished.

Up from the well came the three forms of Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, and Inukui, the latter two looking confused as they landed on the forest floor.

Kagome teared up before running and embracing her lover turned best friend, before also turning to hug Inukui who she had seemingly see die before her just moments ago. The latter gratefully returned her hug. Lastly she turned to hug Sesshomaru for bringing them back, only to see him walking away from the group towards the forest.

"Sesshomaru? Where are you going?" asked Kagome, surprised to see him leaving her and the others behind after the events of the past couple of days.

He turned to glance back at her and she gasped as her eyes widened when she saw the pained look of regret that shone from his eyes.

"This Sesshomaru gave in to temptation to commit a great wrong against you and your friends, as well as his pack. He must leave you all for now and head into a self imposed exile," he said before turning back forward as the light of his flying sphere started to gather around him.

Slayer08/10/2019 "Hey wait everyone  is back where they are supposed  to be and alive right? So don't go." Kagome ran to him and grabbed his sleeve.

Walter20508/10/2019 The light faded as he heard her words and felt her grab his sleeve.

Turning fully to face her, he got down to one knee and bowed his head, not wanting her to see his face.

"It's all right then, if I stay?" he asked, with more emotion then what he ever thought he could have at one time.

Jaf Jaf08/10/2019 "Sesshomaru..." Kagome's hitched just a moment, before her fingertips reached out and brushed aside the soft fringes of his bangs. The blue crescent on his forehead and the golden flicker of his eyes beneath long lashes now just barely visible. "You don't need permission for that."

Slayer08/10/2019 He  wrapped his arms around her waist and burried his face into her stomach. "Yes I do."

Jaf Jaf08/10/2019 "Oh." Kagome felt a faint flutter in her chest, before she found herself lightly running her fingers through the long strands of his hair. She didnt answer him at first, only content to hum soothingly while she shifted her fingers through the snowy strands.

Slayer08/10/2019 "What happened?" Kagome said softly.

"DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HAPPENED WENCH," came Inuyasha's  yell breaking up the touching moment.

Sesshomaru  turned his face toward his brother and snarled.

Walter20508/10/2019 “The last thing I remember was jumping in after you two and then I came out with him and Inufoi over there and now you’re being all cute and cuddly with him!?!” Inuyasha demandingly asked as he stared daggers at Sesshomaru.

Walter20508/10/2019 Sesshomaru silently let loose a breathe he had been holding in since they got back. He had been dreading Inuyasha spilling the fleas on what he did in the past but fortunately the whelp’s memory of his past misadventures had been erased. Sesshomaru rose from his kneeling position now that he no longer had any need to (publicly) be ashamed of his actions.

Slayer08/10/2019 "Can we just go somewhere not filled with insane parents?Please?" Kagome begged up at Sesshomaru  and tugged on his sleeve. "I am just a little overwhelmed about everything. It's been a really weird couple days."

Walter20508/10/2019 His light started to form again, this time encompassing the both of them. “I have heard tales of a great land far to the east of here, across the seemingly endless sea. I shall take you there, no matter how long our journey lasts,” Sesshomaru promised as they started to lift off.

Slayer08/11/2019 "Hey dog breath!" Came the unmistakable voice of wolf prince Kouga. As he ran in to the new clearing with the new well.

"Hey fluff butt. How's my favorite  wolf doing?" Inuyasha said as he walked over to Kouga and bent him backwards and planted a passionate kiss right on his rough wind chapped lips.

Before they made it off the island, he saw a refuge on the Eastern most coast. A large, but abandoned sea vessel. Accommodating enough for her nap. It helped that Sesshomaru himself was rather fond of boats.

Walter20508/11/2019 The Chinese Junk looks to have been abandoned not too long ago and why it was on Japan's Eastern Shore was a mystery to Sesshomaru, he remembered only his father's description of such vessels back when he had helped to repel the elder Hyoga's Mongol Invasion of Japan in the 1300's.

As if answering his thoughts, specters arose from within the depths of the vessel, dead spirits of the ship's former crew, which turned out to be a mix of Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese alike.

"We were a trading ship in the inland sea, we were swept out into the ocean by a powerful storm, we will consume any who dare impose upon our resting...Aughhhhh," the ghosts were cut off mid-monologue by Sesshomaru as he sent all of them to the afterlife with a single swing of Tensiega.

After putting Kagome to bed in the captain's quarters, Sesshomaru ran an inspection of the vessel itself and found it to be in seaworthy shape. After spending some time studying it he managed to figure out how to work the sails and used his true form to shove the vessel off the beach and set sail heading south.

Where they were going he had no idea, for now he just intended for them to cruise south along the coastline, maybe find a river to head inland with his thoughts of heading across the vast sea to foreign shores long forgotten in the face of his new goals of Supreme Boating.

It was on the last layer that Sesshomaru nearly threw his hands in the air and bash his head against the wall. His mother all but places a chastity belt on the miko and it would not come off unless the one wearing it takes it off herself.

"Don't you know, you're our sister now! Mother said you and big brother would give us new pups. Mother has been rather melancholy lately, I think she misses having pups around the shiro since there hasn't been one since I came along. But now you're here so everyone would be happy! How often can humans give birth per century though? Mother told me to ask you about this."

Good lord the girl meant well so Kagome couldn't really get mad at her, not to mention that she reminded her strangely of Rin with a feminine Inuyasha face. This was weird.

Later that night, Sesshomaru lay against the great tree of time, staring up at the countless stars of the night sky accented by the crescent moon. Kagome was sound asleep by his feet, taking full advantage of the furry softness that was Mokomoko in the absence of her beloved sleeping bag. Inuyasha was above him in one of the tree's limbs keeping watch, while Inukoi was curled up next to Kagome, where Shippou would normally be at. 

 Everyone had settled down remarkably well last night after the miko's declaration that she wouldn't be bearing pups for anyone in the hot spring. At that point everyone had taken a giant step back as they realized Kagome had gone through too much in too short a time period and that she was being driven away by their actions. After letting her bathe in peace they had fed her the fish on sticks Inuyasha had brought to the cave earlier. 

 While she was eating they had discussed backing off considerably on their plans and ambitions for the time being as the Miko had a lot on her mind and a lot to talk about, to all of them along with her mother in the present. It was decided to let her return home in the morning but since it was late at night she would stay with the three of them nearby before departing. 

 They had paid their respects to the graves of Kikyo and Kaede, the latter having passed on almost a year ago, not of old age as many thought would happen but in one of the many battles against Naraku, the Trash Prince having killed her in order to taunt Inuyasha about Kikyo's death along with hurting all of them emotionally. Kaede's death hadn't been in vain however as she had prevented Naraku from learning about the secret of the Bone Eater's Well.

Clutching the thin cotton sheet towel to her chest, her bare feet slapped against the cold stone floor. Wild eyes glanced back over her shoulder. 

InuKimi's laughter filled the corridor. Her sharp teeth glinted in the natural light. 

Her chin tilted up, and her laughter abruptly ended. 

Why? Kagome's heart pounded, breaths quickened, and smack! Her hands hit something soft and hard all at once. Shocked blue eyes took in the firm planes of a heavily muscled chest.

Her eyes continued to widen as she looked up the oddly familiar chest before she stepped back upon seeing the face of Bankotsu looking down at her in bemusement. 

 "Bankotsu!" she cried in sudden fear and amazement. 

 "Well well, so this is one of the candidates that your mother brought me back from hell for? And here I thought doggy boy had you all tied up, I guess he couldn't pass muster after all," Ban replied with a shit eating grin on his face. 

 "Brought you back from hell? What's going on?" Kagome asked incredulously as she half turned to glance back at Inukimi. No way was she turning her back fully on the former leader of the Band of Seven. 

 Inukimi looked rather sullen as she glowered at Ban before replying, "My necklace contains a portal to other dimensions. I was browsing through your history the other day to look for suitable candidates for my daughters. Bankotsu, she is off limits to you and I thought I told you to wait in your quarters? I'm afraid I'll have to impose a penalty on your eligibility," scowled Inukimi before dismissing him from the area. 

 "Please tell me you didn't bring back an associated member that was height and esteem challenged?" Kagome asked in a suddenly even greater fear. 

 "No, he was the only one from that group that I found sufficiently suitable. Although there are...others...," Inukimi replied with a smile.

The servants were still adding, removing, and fitting garments when Kagome felt another presence behind her. She looked up into the mirror as she heard a growled warning coming from Inukimi before the female version of Inuyasha suddenly appeared close behind her. 

 "Hummm, you do look so much better now and your skin has a much more...appealing quality to it now," Inukui said before leaning forward and sticking out her tongue, making contact with the nape of her neck before tracing around to her lower right ear lobe. Kagome blushed furiously as she thought that the intimate contact had no business being anywhere near as hot as it was weird, but for some reason it was. 

 "Hunh, hey, what do you?" Kagome tried to stutter out as words seem to fail her over the sensation she was now feeling. 

 "Oh you taste so good. I wish I could just scoop you up and take you far away from here," enthused Inukoi with a smile on her face. Kagome couldn't tell if she was being serious or playful and what scared her most is she couldn't decide whether she was more afraid or anxiously excited at the prospect. It had to be that she was the female lookalike of Inuyasha, it just had to be. 

 Inukoi let out a slightly pained 'eeep' as Inukimi strode forward and grabbed ahold of one of her ears, dragging her youngest away from the prospective Kagome. 

 "Daughter dearest, whatever am I going to do with you? You know I prefer to see you with a proper man, how else are you to be properly pupped with my grandchildren?" Inukimi admonished with a frown on her face. 

 "But ma I don't like men, women appeal to me so much better. Besides there's plenty of adoptable orphans that need care, do these newcomers and your eldest not have some of their own?" Inukoi protested in a huff. She pouted for a moment before huffing 'fine' and stomping out of the chamber.

 Forty layers later, they finally found the right combination of five layers that accented her in all the best ways possible. Inukimi didn't say anything about how good she looked in the outfit but to see Inuyasha's mother looking at her such a hungry look while licking her own lips, while having shown no previous inclinations at all towards being interested in other females, let Kagome know just how good she must look at the moment. 

 After taking the time to recover, Inukimi placed a hand to still her overactive heart. 

 "My...I think this will do quite nicely."

Blushing, Kagome asked, “I look okay? I don’t really think these kind of clothes suit me very much.” 

“Of course dear! You doubt your mother?” Inukimi scoffed, bringing her to a full-length mirror. “See for yourself.”

Kagome almost didn’t recognize herself. Who was that elegant, traditional beauty gazing back at her? They were right, even her skin seemed to glow in a way it never had before. Somehow it made her stand straighter and move with more grace, like she had seen in the movies.

The spell was broken as a loud growl came from her stomach. When was the last time she had even eaten? 

Inukimi laughed delicately. “I suppose I have held you captive here long enough. You are ready to be presented. You look positively prime for mating,” she hummed in appreciation.

Feeling equal parts beautiful and awkward, Kagome was finally sent back to the banquet hall.

The debut ceremony was nothing short of an astonishing spectacle in of itself. With all of the prospective males and females now present, it was time for Inukimi to present the first eligible mating partner that she had chosen herself. Previous to Kagome's arrival, Blood Hound Dog Demons had played trumpets, Fox Demons had spun their magic into fancy displays of fireworks and other spectacles, and some of the female servants dressed up as gypsy dancers had performed before pixies came in laying down rose petals. An honor guard of a dozen half ogres deployed before an imp appeared, to some at first it looked like Jaken, but it was actually Juken, Lady Inukimi's personal retainer. 

 "Ladies and Gentleman, Demons, Half Demons, and Humans alike, please rise and pay homage to the first eligible mating partner, Miss Kagome Higurashi of Edo!" declared Juken before standing aside and bowing. 

 A few dozen startled gasps were drawn from the occupants gathered within the banquet hall as Kagome entered the room at full blush, followed by a smiling Inukimi. 

 "Inuyasha, Sesshomaru, please present yourselves as eligible suitors," asked Juken. 

 Kagome gulped nervously as both of them approached with hungry looks in their eyes.

Sesshomaru reluctantly stood in the large room amongst the riff raff his mother thought to sully her home with. She had taken it upon herself to present Kagome as some sort of trophy mate, along with a circus. He doubted that she had been asked beforehand, and, if past experiences with her told him anything, he doubted she wanted this attention. As Juken presented her, dolled up in his mother's finest silk, he narrowed his eyes. He preferred her in the indecent clothes she usually wore, the green things. While they were strange and inappropriate, they suited her. Before him, she was dressed as a stranger. His fists curled to keep himself from reaching out and ripping the costume from her trembling form.

Kagome flushed from all the attention. In the back of her mind she was mortified to be put through this spectacle, and involving Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru as “eligible suitors”?? Soooo embarrassing!

It was hard to focus much on these thoughts though. On top of the sheer mental and physical exhaustion from all the craziness of the past few days, her blood sugar was dangerously low. She just needed to get through this so she could eat. 

Her body wafted on trembling limbs.

She didn't even bother remembering the names of those presented to her other than the ones she already knew. Though she was bound to remember the face of that one guy with rainbow coloured hair. Very memorable. Guy's probably highly poisonous with all that colour. She didn't even notice she was being talked to until she noticed that Inukimi was looking at her expectantly, but not in the kind of was that she would urge to agree.

So she went with her guts and answered, "Umm, no?"

The triumphant glint in Inukimi's eyes made her want to go back a few seconds back just to change her answer.

Her stomach is growling!"

"Keh, all right, finally a chance to hunt!" yelled Inuyasha excitedly, throwing Sesshomaru an arrogant smile before running out of the banquet hall and jumping off of the Sky Castle to head down to the forest floor below. 

 Sesshomaru waited until he had jumped before using his poison whip to snatch a smoked salmon with marmalade glaze plate off of a server's tray fresh out of the kitchen, catching the dish in his hand without spilling or disrupting the contents in any way, holding it before Kagome while offering a fork. 

 "Sesshomaru wins the nourishment contest," announces Juken, to the cheers and laughter of the audience present.

"But I didn't..." Kagome glanced from Sesshomaru, to his mother, and to Juken. 

His Mother shoved a bite of salmon into her mouth, "It was written all over your face how impressed with my son you are." Her chuckle sounded even more arrogant than Naraku's, "Obviously you and Sesshomaru are two lights in the sea, coming together, to make me grandpups." She sighed.

Complaints were being filed with Juken. From foxes to horse demons, they all felt special privileges had been given.

Kagome swallowed hard, "Is she always like this?" 

"This is no where near as awful as it could get." His gaze went to his Mother, "What do I win?"

"Oh, that I will leave up to the Miko. Make it something private and on all fours if you would dear."

"Uh...you get to...take me home?" Kagome shoved another bite into her mouth as InuKimi's eyes flashed red.

The flashing of the red eyes was accompanied by the releasing of the sudden boiling of anger at what Kagome had requested, thinking she could slip out of Inukimi's grip so easily. Her aura grew and became menacing, warning any and all not to approach her, even as she approached the two of them. 

 "My dear, perhaps I misheard. What was that you said again?" Inukimi asked in a icy tone of pure death promised. 

 "My Lady, perhaps we could move on to presenting the next AUGH!" yelled Juken as he was fried by her aura while approaching with his suggestion. 

 Before Kagome could answer, Sesshomaru placed a finger over her lips before half turning to mother. 

 "Hnn, you would present me to your parents?  Very well," Sesshomaru said curtly. As what he said was processed through Inukimi's mind she calmed down back to normal as the entire room returned to their normal breathing patterns. 

 "Ah yes, of course. We must arrange a bridewealth and dowry before things proceed to far," Inukimi nodded while fanning herself. She seems to have become quite heated for some reason. 

 "But...," Kagome started to protest, but Sesshomaru swiftly swept her up into his arms and took off for the village. He knew what she really wanted was to get out of this mess, but he knew mother would have none of it. Now that they were away from the Castle they could honestly talk about what was going to happen next.

Kagome has never been more thankful to be so high in the air, regardless of whose arms, or arm, she was in. In her embarrassment, her mouth started to run itself, "Good Lord, that was embarrassing. How is your mom again? Why's she so desperate for grand babies? And did you hear what that horse youkai said? He should write a book on what comes out of his mouth. I can already see the title, 'How to Offend Women in Five Syllables or Less'. And then make a higher scaled sequel, 'How to Ensure You're Lonely and Miserable for the Rest of Your Life'!"

Her appeal to him dropped lower and lower every second that she continued to prattle in such a nonstop fashion. If he were mated to her Sesshomaru knew that this was something that he would have to put up with. All of her vices in addition to her lovely virtues. 

 His hands twitched as she continued, he needed to make her stop but couldn't take either of his arms from around her. 

 "And what was up with that Jaken lookalike? Juken? What are toads and dogs a thing now? Do you guys pond dive for all of your retainers?" 

 Sesshomaru's eyes started twitching red. 

 "And Inuyasha never told me he had two sisters! Can you believe that there's one each of a full demon and half demon and that they're half sisters? It's just like you and Inuyasha! And you know what else?"

 His lips smashed down upon hers at that point.

Kagome’s eyes grew wide as he suddenly kissed her. Though it shocked her too much and was too brief for her to respond in any way, she did feel a slight spark between them.

“Sesshoumaru- what..?”

“Your chatter is most vexing, Miko.”

Her hackles raised at that. Her eyes flashed and her face darkened, and unseen flames seemed to rise up behind her dangerously. “So you thought you’d just sexually harass me into silence??? What the hell is wrong with you? I always respected your intelligence but apparently I was wrong! If you thought I’d be quiet after that you have another thing coming! I swear! This is worse than the time Inuyasha hugged me just to get the jewel from me! At least that he did trying to protect me. You didn’t think to just ask me to be quiet? No, you just had to jump straight to that! You think just because you won some stupid little food contest you can just do whatever you want? I’m not actually presenting you to my parents or going along with any of this other craziness either!”

“Hnn.” Perhaps that was ill-advised on my part. Truthfully, he had known she was rambling due to her great embarrassment and upset over what had occurred at the palace, and her distress was giving him an unfamiliar, discomfited feeling. He had wanted to calm her somehow, but clearly that had backfired.

Noticing their direction, Kagome narrowed her eyes dangerously. “Where are you taking me, anyways? Edo is that way.”

“I have a cave hidden behind a barrier not far from here.”

“Excuse me???”

“I am merely getting away from Mother’s ridiculous scheming, though she certainly won’t leave us alone for long. But the barrier will keep her from spying so that we may discuss what to do about all of this.” He gave a small exhale, which she was pretty sure was the stoic demon’s version of a sigh. “You have my word that I will not touch you in such a way without your consent again.”

Once again the miko had set herself apart from the normal women you would find in these days and lands but this time it had worked against Sesshomaru's benefit, unlike the view of her legs he used to have with her odd garments. Normally it would be easy to sweep a woman off her feet and wow her with such a display but the odd way she used the terms 'consent' and 'sexual assault' suggested that Edo was a much different place apart from the various villages and towns that dotted the Western Lands.

 Another sigh from him then, this one fully internal. He had gotten such a sensual taste of her flavor from the brief kiss that he now longed to plunge his divining rod back past the sealed lips of her crass cavern and battle her cherry picker for dominance amongst the ridges of her tantalizing teeth. 

 It seems that such things would have to wait now.

"So, what are you proposing?" Kagome asked, once they settled into his cave that was somehow more bare than the one Kouga had taken her to. She leaned against the rock wall with her arms crossed, annoyed that she hadn't gotten to eat more than a couple of bites of food before being whisked away. Tired, cranky, and still hungry, she blamed Sesshomaru for the situation as much as she blamed his mother. "Just tell her I'm barren, all this will go away, and I will be able to get some rest." 

"You reek of fertility, your egg is readying for fertilization as we speak. My mother may be ridiculous, however she is intelligent enough to know that would be a lie."

She covered her lower stomach and glared at him, "Keep your nose out of my bodily functions."

A white brow raised in such a  miniscule scale it was almost unnoticeable, "Are you suggesting I refrain from breathing, miko? Your fertility comes off of you in waves, it is impossible for anyone with senses such as mine to overlook. Though I suppose we can steer clear of her until your fertility period has come to past. How soon will this end and come again so that we may plan ahead if you wish to avoid my mother's attention?"

Okay now she was just embarrassed again. Face beat red, she turned her eyes at anywhere but the youkai holding her," Errr, that may be a bit difficult because I'm fertile for a whole week every month?"

And she was greeted with silence.

"Ah yeah. Every 28 or so days it's slightly different  for different  women. But I am regular  as a clock every 27 days." Kagome looked down and blushed. She could not believe  she was having this conversation  with him of all people.

He didn't look mad, so much as surprised and possibly constipated. "Why don't you help me get your sisters to mate someone, and have pups, then your mom will be sated." The more she talked the less happy he looked. "What's wrong with you?"

When the odd Miko had mentioned that she would be in heat a full week once a month, he had become very excited at the prospect of renewing his lifetime dream of Supreme Conquest since he could pump out a full litter of pups once every nine months and have a veritable legion of litters under his command by the time she reached her birth-able expiration date. 

 But now she was piling on all of his nonsense about love and suggestions of him looking elsewhere, I mean with the knowledge he had gained he could round up a full harem of human women for his army of moldable offspring but there were none quite like her, she was unique, clean, and very powerful to boot. 

 This would require some deep thought.

I have an aunt who had two sets of twins, and an uncle who had quadruplets. And that's just my mom's side of the family. My dad's have an even bigger one."

They say that the way to scare a man off on a first date was to mention babies. Could the same thing be said about demons though?

I know youkai live really long, but they still grow old too right?  What does it mean when a youkai says that someone is immune to time?"

Kagome let him pull her closer as his nose drew along the underside of her wrist. Her breath caught and her heart began to pound. His warm lips caressed her palm and fingers. "It means you belong with one that will not die for many centuries."

"Oh?" She was caught up with images of very naughty things having to do with him and his mouth, and that hot breath on her skin.

Their series of awkward conversations and moments came to an abrupt end when a crack and fizzling sound indicated the collapse of the barrier sealing them off from the world outside. Into the cave entered Inuyasha, Red Tetsuiga in hand and bearing some cooked fish on sticks in the other hand. 

 "Sesshomaru you bastard! I saw you take off from the Sky Castle above with Kagome! So, you thought you could kidnap her for your own nefarious plans eh? Keh!" yelled Inuyasha as his sword changed from red to a deep blue color. 

 "Inuyasha! Please, take me home, take me away from this madness back to my REAL home!" yelled Kagome. The mention of 'Real Home' in that odd tone distracted Sessohomaru just enough that Inuyasha's attack slipped past his guard. 

 "Freezer Barrier Sealer Reaver!" yelled Inuyasha as shards of icicles emerged from his sword, striking Sesshomaru and encasing him within a solid block of ice. All he had to do to break out of it was to release his demonic energy, but by the time he had done so they were out of the cave and heading in the direction of Edo. 

 "I let you keep the Tetsuiga little brother, but in taking my Miko and ambitions along with it, you have officially signed your death warrant, half whelp," Sesshomaru growled, eyes glowing red as he exploded out of the cave in his true form and took off in pursuit.

Completely in a different plane of residence, Kagome felt an odd disturbing tingle in the back of her head. Kind of like that stranger danger feel you get. This was one of those times she wished she was home lying on her fluffy pink bed, away from all the crazy kidnappers lurking about, attempted murderers and what not. And she's not even getting paid for all her good deeds here.

Today was honestly turning out to be one of the most eventful days in all her time in the past, and that was saying a lot. All she had wanted was to relax in the hot spring. Yet here she was, pack half-empty, shoeless and wearing only a makeshift fur dress, speeding through the air in Sesshoumaru’s arms. 

She twisted a bit in his hold, trying to meet his eye. “Um, Sesshoumaru? Thanks for saving me back there, but where exactly are we going?”

Leaving her waiting would only cause more problems. He scowled. "To Rin."  She was his ward, and as such, a priority over his Mother's antics.

She just got saved by someone who may have come to her aid a number of times, but tried to to kill her just as much as well. She was also quite aware that they were well above the ground and she really didn't want to splat because she ran her mouth off.

They arrived back at the campsite but Sesshomaru was somewhat dismayed to find it empty. No sign of Rin, Kohaku, Ah-Un, or his Mother. He already knew from the arrow earlier that his retainer wouldn't be present, for that he would give him a good stomping later. 

 Lifting his nose into the air, Sesshomaru took in the scents as Kagome took a step forward in front of him, glancing around at the cold fireplace. He growled, causing her to glance back at him in worry, as he caught the scent of his mother's debilitating poison, knowing it meant that she had knocked out the others and used Ah-Un to carry them to her sky palace. 

 A deeper inhale confirmed her and Ah-Un's scent mixed with the others heading into the sky...but what was this other scent he smelled now? It was so fresh and...pure. Was this the miko's scent his mother had mentioned earlier? 

 Sesshomaru took a step forwards and wrapped his arms around Kagome, securing her in place as he bent his head to confirm his suspicions. Yes, there it was as he inhaled around her neck, past the smelly fur pelts from the wolves and the remaining taint coatings from Naraku earlier, he smelled her spice and she was everything nice. 

 Kagome was beet red as she was pulled into Sesshomaru's embrace and held by him in a seeming hug as he sniffed her neck. For several moments she could form no words but that quickly changed as the hug continued.

Her heart was beating so fast and hard that she thought it was going to fly out of her rib cage and run away out of sheer embarrassment. 

Painfully aware that all she was bearing was what the daiyoukai had given her, she cleared her throat, "Ummm, I though we were going to Rin-chan?" she congratulated herself for sounding more confident than she felt.

Inukimi allowed herself the smallest of smiles as she watched the two of them through the seer's orb embedded within her ring, her labors up until this point finally providing some fruit on her quest for grandpups. 

 A shame the whelp of a stepson in front of her had spent so much time pining after the lost affections of the undead while mostly shunning the living, she would've been receptive to receiving grandsons from him as well but it seems he has squandered any romantic chances with his longtime companion over the years during their adventures together. 

 Still, he would surely be jealous of any relationship that developed between the miko and her true son, something that she would be able to twist to her advantage. For now she just needed to make him and his companions stay put for a while longer. 

 "My dearest stepson, won't you and your companions please stay and be my guests for a while? Your companion and others are coming to join me here and then I can tell you all the reason I've inv...gathered all of you here. In the meantime, please feel free to help yourselves to the banquet in the great hall and rooms are being prepared for you all as we speak," said Inukimi as she turned around, clearly dismissing them as she watched her son and hopefully his soon to be intended resuming their flight to her sky palace.

Just as suddenly as he had embraced her, Sesshoumaru stepped away, his face the same stoic mask he always had. “Hnnn. Yes, it would seem Mother is playing her games again. We shall have to follow to her palace.”

“Mother???” Kagome asked in shock, still trying to calm her beating heart. What the heck was that just now? “You have a mother? I mean, of course you have a mother but- nevermind.” Realizing his other words, she snapped to attention. “Wait she took Rin? Is she okay??”

“Hn. Come, Miko.” 

He gathered her up again and took to the skies. Kagome didn’t think about their positions, just worried for the little girl. She clutched her bow tightly.  Whatever they were about to encounter, she’d fight to keep her safe.

This could be poisoned for all you know." She snapped. Mere centimeters from his mouth, she slapped a chicken wing from his hand. Inuyasha eyed the youkai claiming to be Sesshomaru's Mother. She certainly seemed bastard-y enough to be the asshole's mom, but what the hell did she want with him?

"Half son of the West though you may be, you are still of the line and thus need to be properly taken care of for the good of the future ruler over the Western Lands. Although your half breed nature makes you unsuitable for offspring, there are still many tasks in serving the Royal Family that one of their own blood would be the most well suited for," said Inukimi, drawing Inuyasha's hackles as well as earning side glares from his companions present.

 "Keh, so you're telling me Sesshomaru gets to have all the fun then? And why bring my companions along?" asked Inuyasha as his voice dripped with sarcasm. 

 "Some of your companions can provide ample advice and demonstrations for mating and childbirth/raising for when the rituals arise, particularly if my son chooses someone who is...less than full demon. Others provide ripe candidacy for being mated. And as for Sesshomaru, do you think my two sons are the only offspring I have?" Inukimi asked coyly. 

 As if summoned on cue, two younger female Inu dog demons appeared in the banquet hall, taking up positions on either side of where Inukimi sat. One seemed very much like Sesshomaru in appearance, but with longer hair, softer facial features, and a much more voluptuous appearance. The other appeared similar to Inuyasha but was a tad more petit and curvy in nature. 

 "Allow me to introduce my two daughters, my full daughter Inuemi (Beautiful Dog) and my half daughter Inukui (Ugly Dog), the former born soon after Sesshomaru was, the latter the result of a revenge affair after Inuyasha was conceived, which proved most disappointing on my end," stated Inukimi as she gestured to each of them in turn.

Before Inuyasha could even get a single word out, there was a very loud, "RIN-CHAAAAAAAAN!" heard from way above.

They all turned up to see Kagome, dressed in what seemed to be Sesshomaru's clothes, snuggled quite comfortably in the daiyoukai's arms. One arm was over the Western Lord's shoulder while the other hand was pointing an accusing finger at Sesshomaru's mother and apparently his sisters, "You! The ones who look like Sesshomaru and Inuyasha in drag! Where's Rin-chan?!"

She wasn't normally like this, no. But she was stressed, a little hungry, a lot molested and tired. Also, she loved children, more than that, she loved Rin, the girl was adorable.

Sesshomaru's jaw ticked, already sick of the situation. "Mother." 

"What" InuKimi snapped, but behind her fan she was smiling devilishly.

“I tire of your games. Where is Rin?” Sesshoumaru asked, sounding unconcerned.

Ignoring him completely, Inukimi approached the feisty young miko with interest. “So you are the one whose wholesome scent was emanating from that strange cat garment.” Kagome’s face changed instantly from one of determination to a look of utter mortification. She had seen her panties?? And smelled them??? “Though now it is hard to catch beyond the disgusting scent of wolves. We shall have to take care of that, come along.”

Too stunned and embarrassed to protest, she felt herself being led away by Sesshoumaru’s mother’s light but firm grip on her arm.

“Cat garment?” Miroku asked, exchanging a mystified look with the others.

“Hey! Bitch where are you taking Kagome??” Inuyasha called, gripping Tessaiga and starting after them.” 

“Don’t bother,” Inuemi sighed, shaking her head and putting an arm out lazily to block his path. “Once she gets something in her head there’s no stopping her. Especially when it comes to making someone her dress-up doll.”

“Dress-up doll? What the hell’s that supposed to mean?” he growled.

Sesshoumaru huffed. “Clearly she means to put the miko into some proper clothes, or are your senses so weak you could not tell she was wearing a mere fur beneath the haori this one lent her?”

“Yeah, hey what the hell? What was Kagome doing with you? What did you do to her, you bastard?” Inuyasha snapped, moving around Inuemi to threaten his prick of a brother.

Sesshomaru glared at Inuyasha, deciding whether to deign the half breed with a response, but it wouldn't be very courteous to have a fight break out in the banquet hall, so he answered, albeit in his normal short and to the point monotones. 

 "I came upon your wench while she was being attacked by an incarnation of Naraku. I repelled the attacker and brought her here to be reunited with her companions," he answered simply. 

 "Keh, why was she wearing nothing but fur pelts?" Inuyasha asked again. 

 "That little brother would be up to your discretion to find out, as you've claimed time and again to be her protector," Sesshomaru sarcastically replied before turning to walk out the door. 

 Inuemi placed a hand on Inuyasha's shoulder. He turned to see a look of pity on her face as she glanced from her slightly older brother to the younger one. 

 "Don't worry, she remains untouched and I'm sure we can ask her ourselves once she is properly cleaned up and clothed. For now, perhaps we could enjoy some food over the exchanging of tales. I'm most eager to hear of your adventuring, younger brother," said Inuemi, very specifically leaving off the half- part with a warm smile on her face. 

 As the now subdued Inuyasha would come to find out, while Inukui was every bit as brash and arrogant as he was, Inuemi was the polar opposite to Sesshomaru in personality and interests. The only supreme conquest she was interested in was knowledge and was a bit of a book and scroll worm, although she was looking forward to the possibilities in starting a family.

Noticing things settled down, Miroku pulled his currently not pregnant wife into a closet. "Miroku! What are you thinking!?" 

He waggled his brows, "Since we aren't needed, I was hoping to squeeze in a little alone time before having number four." His hand skated over her backside, and her face flushed. 

"Ahhh, here!?" A broom fell between them, and she huffed, "I require more than a servant's closet to get in the mood you know!"

Far back in the opposite wing of the shiro, Rin and Shippo were using their calligraphy paints to draw funny faces on the nanny Shippo had tricked asleep. "She will look so funny with a curly beard!" Rin giggled.

"Serves her right for trying to teach us calligraphy." Shippo snickered.

Sesshomaru was walking outside when the skies began to darken ominously, a familiar scent appearing that elicited a growl from him before a cloud of miasma appeared. 

 "Lord Sesshomaru, please pass along a message to the others, if they feel so emboldened to face me then they shall suffer the same fate as this one," came the unmistakable voice of Naraku from the miasma cloud as a pair of objects fell from it. 

 The first was the head of the wolf demon known as Kouga, before his body plopped down next to it. Little holes dotted the places on his body where his five jewel shards had been located at previously. 

 Sesshomaru had just drawn his sword when the miasma cloud vanished. Sheathing the Bakusaiga, he pulled Tenseiga instead and attached Kouga's head to his shoulders before reviving him. 

 "Unnhhh, what? Naraku, where are...You?" stammered Kouga as he looked around before setting eyes on Sesshomaru. 

 "Wolf, go bathe," stated Sesshomaru before sheathing Tensiega and going about his way.

Reaching what seemed to be the family wing of the palace, Inukimi pulled Kagome into a chamber partitioned off from a large indoor spring. Eyeing her up and down, she said, “While you do look good in my son’s colors, it simply won’t do for you to be going about the palace in such attire. Take off that filthy pelt. I am sure you are worn from your travels- please make use of my private baths. There are an assortment of oils and potions here you may use to your pleasure. Sasako will assist you, and when you are finished, come to me. We will get you into some proper clothes.” She indicated the quiet servant who had followed them into the room, and left with a cunning smile.

Still reeling from the whirlwind that was Inukimi’s overwhelming force of personality, Kagome stood blinking for a moment in the center of the room. She did have to admit she felt pretty disgusting. On top of just normal travel filth, she had been in the process of bathing before this all began, still halfway dirty, and then that wet grime had only gotten worse, attracting all kinds of dirt and debris as she fled sopping wet through the forest. Sleeping in a pile of furs in a cave certainly hadn’t helped, plus who knew where this pelt had been before she had it right against her bare skin as a makeshift dress all day. 

She was definitely not going to say no to a bath and some fresh clothes. She could put up with being made plaything for a noblewoman for the time being. Plus it was Sesshoumaru’s mother, who apparently existed and also did not kidnap Rin after all- not in the true sense of the word anyways- Kagome couldn’t be rude to her.

"Well," Kagome couldn't repress her grin, since InuKimi wasn't the child snatching monster she'd believed her to be, "I can't decline a nice hot bath." She had reservations about being a dress up doll afterward, but any clothes that didn't stink sounded amazing at this point. Her matted hair hung as she bowed a thank you. 

Suddenly screams and giggles barreled through the door, revealing two familiar children. Though, Kagome mused, last she'd seen them, they had not been covered in splotches of ink.

InuKimi glared at the Nanny, who sported a fancy drawn on mustache and goatee. "What is the meaning of this?!"

The Nanny caught both children by the back of their kimono before they could run and hide, "You ordered me to care for two children!"

"Yes?" InuKimi's brow quirked. Usually she wouldn't tolerate this sort of behavior from a lowly staff member, however  her interest was piqued. 

"These are not children!" The Nanny cried, "These are little hellions! I refuse to take care of two bratty, malicious, beasts!"

"They are not bratty, beasts!" Kagome shoved her finger under the Nanny's nose, "You must not be competent enough to care for them. Which doesn't matter anyway, because they are mine!"

Once the children had run off she turned her calculating golden eyes on the stork youkai she had been assured could handle the children.

"As for you you are dismissed from the employment to this house you have 12 hrs to collect your belongings and leave." Inukimi looked back on Kagome and gave her a dazzling smile. "I am afraid she came highly recommended but she simply will not do for keeping my darling grandpups in line now will she? Let's get you cleaned up my darling daughter and into some more suitable clothing." She led Kagome down the hall and into a huge bathing house

Wide eyed, Kagome let her -Sesshomaru's Mother lead her to the bath. She'd have to ask Sesshomaru what the heck she meant by 'darling daughter' and calling Shippo one of her grandpups. Things were getting weird. The day settled on her heavily, and as soon as InuKimi left her alone, she sank into the water and closer her eyes. "Back to square one."

Her eyes snapped open as soon as something warm and wet dripped on top of her head. Fingers massaged her scalp, taking her back to Tokyo and getting her hair done at the salon. Claws lightly scratched. She sighed. Too tired to complain about the servant suddenly washing her hair, she let them do their job. She deserved a little pampering after all the hell she'd been put through.

His Mother twirled her finger in the air, and the servant turned Kagome in a small circle. "My, my, you do have nice hips. It's a wonder no one has pumped you full of their young already." Her lips made a thin line as her attention snapped to Kagome's face. She grabbed her chin, peering too close for comfort, "What are your flaws?"

"Well...It's not like no one has offered." Her jaw clenched, and she pushed InuKimi's hand away from her face, "I mean I'm sure I have flaws... but that's not why I'm not barefoot and pregnant."

"Ah..." It clicked very quickly in her mind, "So you prefer attention from females then, that does pose a problem, though only a minor one."

Kagome's eyes were wide, "No, thank you?" Sesshomaru's mother was seriously crazy, there was something wrong with her. Obviously the years were wearing her brain thin. "I'm good, so if that's all, I'm just going to get dressed and go..."

Honestly why am I having to tell you this?" She waved the servant away with her fan, and looked back at the miko in her possession, "Now those very important things include finding a suitable Mate, and giving me grandpups. Your Mother will not be around forever you know, I expect many grandpups from you." 

"You? My mom?" Kagome shied away, backing toward the door the servant had just rushed out of. 

InuKimi's smile made Kagome cringe, "Oh yes, my darling daughter. You are part of my pack now."

"P-pack?" 

The door swung inward. The servant rushed through with more piles of silk. 

Kagome bolted.

Chapter 2:

mythicamagicToday at 3:20 AM Sesshoumaru, meanwhile, had taken off on his own, eyes narrow. He could still hear the words of his mother ringing in his ears as he flew above the trees. But it was no matter. He felt certain he'd smelt Naraku's foul stench close by.

Walter205Today at 9:04 AM Inukimi watched her son go after giving the strange garment the briefest of sniffs before dropping it to the ground in his haste to leave. She sighed softly before turning to glance at the others. Her Sky Palace would be a most suitable location for the breedings to occur, perhaps she should round everyone up from both camps and have them waiting there for both her son and her hopeful second when they arrive?

Even if no one else breeds on their own, they could prove a useful distraction fodder for her amusement while she waited, in addition to an added incentive for her son and the miko to come visit her, if for no other reason then to "retrieve" their companions, then she would be able to spring her growing little plan into action. Nodding to herself silently, she smiled softly as her hands started glowing pink as she called her debilitating poison to the surface of her claws…

Stormie Like Weather07/30/2019 Poof! Frustrated, Sesshomaru glared at the new incarnation, "Do you always do what Daddy says, or can you think for yourself?" Gritting his teeth, "Your weak blood will sully my sword if I run you through."

Walter20507/30/2019 Jaken could still hear the clashing of swords but they were fading into the distance. Earlier Kohaku and Rin had tried to flee from Inukimi, leaving Jaken free to make his escape in the other direction. Trying to follow the path his Lord took through the forest, he came upon a hot springs. Neither his Lord nor the enemy he sounded to be fighting were present, although the miko's yellow satchel and odd items were strewn about the area, along with some signs a fight or two had taken place here.

His curiosity once again got the better of him as he examined several items from the Miko's Satchel, before coming across another odd garment, this one containing straps and two cups, the latter of which had soft padding that felt very pleasant to the touch. Jaken had no idea what this was used for but them came up with the idea that it might some kind of padded armor, meant to be worn under the clothes.

After stripping and bathing in the springs, he tried putting it on, but it seemed oddly sized for a toad of his stature. Still, he managed to get it where one cup protected his head and the other gave him some comfort when he sat down. On the negative side though his clothes couldn't quite fit over the armor but to be honest the padded armor covered enough of him that he didn't need to worry about it for the time being, after all the two battling warriors could return at any moment so Jaken hurriedly collected the other things into the Satchel before carrying it off into the forest, away from the sounds of battle.

Wolf. "K-kouga.." she sat up, squeaking when the furs draped over her naked body slipped down. She quickly hugged them to her chest. "Where are we? Where's Naraku?"

She held fistfuls of the fur against her chest, and repeated slowly, "You. Kouga. Have. Seen. Nothing." He scratched the back of his neck, "Uh, right." He blinked, still smiling. She wanted to slap the stupid grin off his face, instead she gritted her teeth, "Thanks for saving me back there." Not catching a hint, he patted her head, "Of course I would protect my woman!" His expression quickly shifted to anger, "Where was dog breath!?" Kagome shrugged, "Back at camp, I was at a hot springs." That wasn't the point though, she needed to know, "Were you able to get Naraku?" Kouga shook his head. "Now that you are awake, I need to track the bastard down." He tilted his chin at a young wolf youkai to his side, "This boy will take care of you until we return." She looked over at the child and winced, "Wai-t!" But he was already gone.

mythicamagic07/30/2019 Kagome sighed. Well, there was no way she'd be waiting around twiddling her thumbs. She awkwardly glanced at the boy. "Could you um.. Turn around for a second?" The boy complied, and by the time he was given permission to turn back, Kagome was standing in a dress she'd somehow fashioned out of the furs that had been acting as a blanket. The boy blinked. "How did-" "No time~" she smiled brightly, waving. "I'm gonna go now. Do you have a bow and arrow handy?" Or underwear she wanted to add.

Stormie Like Weather07/30/2019 Itchy and smelling something akin to what she imagined an opossum might smell like, Kagome left with a bow, some arrows, and a package of food she suspected might be rancid. Trying not to be rude, she'd taken the offered package despite the smell, but with no intention of eating it, she left it by the entrance on her way out.

mythicamagic07/30/2019 Sango had taught her how to track, but it didn't exactly take a genius to work out which way Kouga had gone after leaving the rocky terrain. Broken twigs paved the way, like a hurricane had swept through. Wincing as the forest floor met her bare feet, Kagome raised her head, feeling the tell tale pull of jewel shards further ahead.

Stormie Like Weather07/30/2019 Unconcerned, Kagome made her way through the path created by the brash wolf, when something strange caught the edge of her sight. The little object gleamed in the sunlight. A plastic covered ramen cup..."How did this get here?" Looking further ahead, she noticed more items from the future dropped along the path. "Oh no!" She'd left her bag at the hot spring. "Some one has my backpack!" Stomp running, she gathered up her things, carrying them against her chest until she couldn't carry any more. She eyed her first aid kit in a bush. Her brow ticked. "I'm going to kill someone..."

Slayer07/30/2019 Jaken felt a shiver run down his back and a dark sense of impending doom.

Walter20507/30/2019 That sense of impending doom proved accurate when a distantly familiar female figure emerged from the edge of the clearing that he had been taking a breathing break in. It took several moments for Jaken to remember where he had seen the lithe figure with red hair and eyes before. While he couldn't remember this particular female's name, he recognized what she was instantly.

"You...you're...," he stammered as he took a few steps back with the satchel at his side.

"Karan, of the Panther Demon Tribe. I remember you, you're Lord Sesshomaru's Lackey. I bring an proposal to him, an offer from our leader Toran," said the figure as she came closer to him.

"N...no, stay back!" yelled Jaken as he started taking items from the largely depleted satchel and throwing them at her. Karan dodged most of them with ease but one item caught her interest for an unknown reason to her. A vial with a dotted green substance inside, with a little note attached that read; 'For Buyo, do not take to past'.

The cat's curiosity getting the best of her, she opened the vial and took a quick sniff before her eyes glazed over. She stuck her tongue and gently licked the edge of the green stuff before her eyes rolled into the back of her head and she collapsed backwards, mewing and purring softly as she spasmed and thrashed about on the ground.

"Buyo must mean Panther Poison, I must keep this with me," exclaimed Jaken as he gathered the various spilled things, put them back in the satchel, then continued on his way.

Stormie Like Weather08/01/2019 "Merow...merow...merrrroooooow." Kagome swallowed hard, staring at a fully transformed panther demon as it batted at a squeaky toy she'd intended to use as a way to taunt Inuyasha. She blinked, and shook her head. The youkai suddenly hissed at the stuffed toy and it caught fire. "Merrrrrrow!" Her tail swished back and forth, and she rolled over onto her back, kicking in the air at an invisible opponent. Kagome sighed, "I'm so done today. If one more crazy thing happens..." That's when she heard the squawking up ahead. "Jaken." She seethed. His head was illuminated by the setting sun, and what he was wearing was unmistakable. The lace. The silk. The 600 yen price tag dangling from the strap. With a clatter, everything in her arms fell to the ground, and she charged the stupid toad with an arrow in her hand. "You perverted frog! Just you wait, when I get my hands on you, you're gonna pay!"

Walter20508/01/2019 The feeling of impending doom was upon him again. Turning his head as he heard a noise behind him, Jaken's eyes opened wide as he took in the visage of the spectre of death herself, an irate and familiar human female scantily clad in furs, eyes glowing as pink a color as the tip of the arrow that she held in her hand.

"Please no I'm sorry you can have it all back!" he squawked as he shrugged off the bra and dropped the satchel. All it did however was to make it where she could strike him at will without further damaging any of her belongings. With a cry of fury that channeled all of her frustrations of the day, she stabbed the arrow into his toaddy buttocks, causing him to cry out in anguish as the little purifying power there burned his slimy tooshy.

Flexing her arms that had built up years of strength from lugging around said packed yellow satchel, Kagome lifted the impaled Jaken up onto her bow and notched him into the sky as she pulled and released, sending the toad arcing into the night sky with a terrified yell on a pink contrail as she sent him blasting off again.

Collapsing to her knees afterwards as the adrenaline started to wear off, Kagome took stock of her belongings present. She picked up her brand new push up bra by one of the...uninfected straps and examined the slime and sweat infested materials within as she mentally wrote off the expense, knowing that even if she washed it five hundred times she would never be able to wear it without thinking of the toad wearing it.

Stormie Like Weather08/01/2019 After digging a small hole, Kagome said a few kind words about her bra before dropping it in, "I never got to use you, but you were one of the best bras I've ever bought online." She wiped away a tear with the back of her hand, "I wish I could have worn you at least once before the end." She pushed dirt over the tiny grave. For a moment she wondered if tempting the well's power would be worth it for the chance to have a bra again. Probably not. She could try to make one, but it'd be a sad comparison to what had been lost. There was a chance she'd run across one of the other two she'd brought with her, but the likelihood of finding them was slim, and who knew if Jaken had rubbed his slimy butt all over those as well. Backtracking to gather up the belongings she'd dropped at the sight of the filthy little creature, she noticed the panther demon had left the area. The faint sounds of battle laid ahead. With her backpack zipped closed, she pulled it up on her shoulder. Fists clenched, glaring at the path ahead, Kagome vowed to do more damage to Naraku than biting his tentacle the next time they met.

imjaneees08/01/2019 Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and she's a scorned woman who just got a few good bucks wasted. Underwears were ridiculously expensive and that was one fine pair she just got herself. Not mention if was probably desecrated by an overgrown toad with major personality problems.

A shiver went down her spine and Kagome didn't know if it was out of revulsion or her sometimes reliable sixth sense telling her that things weren't about her way again.

Stormie Like Weather08/01/2019 Darkness crept in, but she could still hear the clanging of swords and growls of youkai. Out of no where, Kagome fell back with an, "Oof!" Her back slammed into rocks while her chest felt like a brick sat on it. Coughing, she opened her eyes to the strangest visual. A woman, no a man, straddled her breasts. Glittery bearded, blood red eyes sparkling, hair tied up like Kaguras'.  "Hey girl!" Kagome blinked, "Um, hi." She winced, "Do you think you could get off my chest?" He shook his head, "Daddy says I can't, but let's be friends anyway! Okay?" The crazy look in his eyes gave her chills. She nodded slowly while praying to Kami she'd make it through this.

Stormie Like Weather08/02/2019 Blinking through the dust, Kagome expected to see Inuyasha standing there with his sword at Sparkle Beard's throat, but, much to her surprise, it was Sesshomaru promising his death.

imjaneees08/02/2019 Still reeling from the very creepy image of Kagura with a beard, Kagome silently prayed that if was the real Sesshomaru this time. She's had enough tentacle experience for one day.

Walter20508/02/2019 Both of them had been momentarily distracted by the pink arrow arcing up into the night sky in the distance with a screaming form atop it, but Sesshomaru with his superior battle prowess was the first to recover and managed to land a fatal blow against Murakumo. The incarnation let out a hideous death scream before it changed into mocking laughter before his form disappeared and a golem token appeared, split in half.

Sesshomaru sighed audibly, recalling that after his eleventh power up while hidden in seclusion that Naraku had gained the ability to provide golems for this incarnations in addition to himself. In addition, after his 13th hidden power up, he had gained the ability to equip his bees with biological boomboxes that mocked them whenever they defeated a golem.

Right on time came by a saimyosho going "kukukukukukukukukukukukukukuku..." as it flew by before being swatted by Sesshomaru's green poison whip. Turning, he headed in the direction that the arrow had come from earlier, before coming across the sight of a beared version of Kagura sitting on the miko's chest. He stopped and stared at the two of them before knocking the bearded thing off.

"Right, enough is enough for one day," muttered Sesshomaru as he unleashed an attack on the untypical figure. The incarnation deflected the attack, but by the time the smoke had cleared, Sesshomaru had gathered Kagome into his arms and formed the ball of light around them both before taking off into the night sky. The bearded Kagura tried to pursue but was rapidly being left in the dust.

revang08/02/2019 “Boo, that’s no fun,” Murakumo pouted, coming to a stop when the pair were out of his range of detection. “And just look what they’ve done to my lovely sakura pink hakama! This is going to take scrubbing.” After a minute of dejectedly stroking his ever-sparkly beard, he sighed. “I suppose I have to go report back to daddy now. He’s, like, so not going to be happy.”

Walter20508/02/2019 Inukimi sighed as she wrapped a hand around the enchanted necklace resting on her shoulders, watching the impudent half demon before her actually try to challenge her authority over all of them. He had drawn his sword and even dared to raise it against her, in her own sky palace none the less!

"Now you'll die for kidnapping us! Take this, Blades of Boulders!" yelled Inuyasha as he used the Rock Tetsuiga to unleash boulders formed into the shapes of claw strikes at his half brother's mother.

Unsuprisingly, a barrier formed into existence to block his attack, leaving him dumbfounded that one of his most powerful recently learned attacks was totally ineffective against his nemesis. As was usually the case, he fell back on a old friend of his next as he leapt into the air for his next attack.

"It's over. Wind Scar!"

At this point Sango, Miroku, and Shippou placed their heads into their hands. They knew he had run out of options at that point, but why does he think that that'll work? All three of them sighed out loud while the old energy attack struck and sizzled out against the barrier.

"Are you done playing tantrum, Inu Child?" asked Inukimi as her eyes started glowing with warning of potential punishments to come.

revang08/02/2019 Inuyasha growled low in his throat, still brandishing his Tessaiga. He didn’t know what this crazy bitch was capable of, and he didn’t like it one bit. There was no way in hell he was going to just let her keep them here captive. He still had to go find Kagome!

Miroku sighed and shook his head at his brash hanyou friend. He appreciated the protectiveness, and knew it was his way of caring for them, but sometimes.... Well, this had gone on long enough.

He calmly walked up and placed his hand on Inuyasha’s shoulder. “Come now, Inuyasha, is this any way to treat our hostess? She has promised Kagome will be joining us here. We should listen to what the lovely lady has to say.”

This last comment earned him a glower from Sango, and he smiled back at her guiltily, scratching the back of his head.

Walter20508/02/2019 "Naraku, today is the day that I will end your reign of terror. This time you've gone too far, going after my intended like that!" yelled Kouga as he leaped to attack the demon that had been looking for his trail.

"Ah, the young demon leader of the Wolf Tribe returns. Did you come to peacefully hand over your five shards of the jewel?" asked Naraku mockingly as he prepared for battle.

"Shut up and die!" Kouga yelled as he leapt into the air and attacked with a leg kick. He surpisingly made impact with Naraku's body, wondering why he didn't impact the barrier first. The answer became clear when his leg started being absorbed into Naraku's body.

"No! I don't want this, you can't take me like this, I won't let it happen!" yelled Kouga while trying to free himself from Naraku's digusting mass.

"Heh, what would you know about not wanting something? If you had any clue you would know that Kagome doesn't want you in the least, yet you still pine for her affections at every turn as if she's going to suddenly warm up to you. But don't worry, I'll give you the companionship that she never will as you become one with me," Naraku cruelly taunted as the wolf continued to be further absorbed into his body.

revang08/02/2019 Suddenly in the sky came a bright pink projectile, squawking shrilly as it raced directly towards the fighting pair. At the last second, Naraku threw himself back, just barely avoiding the dangerous missile of purity, but losing his hold on the wolf. The arrow yelped repeatedly as it tumbled over and over itself, finally resting in a thatch of bushes several yards away.

Walter20508/02/2019 Kouga was not one to waste a good opportunity to run away. In a quick swirl of dust he was gone, taking the screaming pink object with him as it was caught up in his cyclone. Knowing that Naraku would be chasing after him though, he changed direction and instead of heading back to the Wolf Demon Hideout he instead started chasing Puppyboy's scent, although he seemed to almost be flying as the scent on the air seemed.

Stormie Like Weather08/02/2019 "See!" Kouga thought to himself while running, "Kagome just saved my life, there's no way she could have known of my being in danger if she didn't feel it in her heart."
