can you believe that flint told silver about the man he loved, about the man whose absence he has built his entire life around, and in return silver offers him his own truth, tells him that he’s afraid that if he and flint continue to grow closer, he will be flint’s end. and flint basically tells him, “well, maybe it will come to that. maybe it won’t. but let’s not worry about parting ways now. I will take whatever time we have together until that day comes, if it comes. and together we shall see.”

What’s your favorite version of Treasure Island that’s been done?

Luke: For me, it’s Muppet Treasure Island. I love it to death and I actually think it’s one of the best adaptations as far as the way the things they cut and kept in and built up the action. Even if it wasn’t the Muppets it’d still be a great version. I love it, and I have to try not to think about it too much on set.

Jessica: It’s so funny because we get asked that question a lot and I’ve heard Luke say the same answer and he’s equally excited every time. “Muppet Treasure Island! And this is why!” It’s so cute.
