Dinner Party
Last night I went to a dinner party (had to go) and they served lasagna. I had a piece and some garlic bread. It was amazing, but I felt sooooo guilty. Weighed myself this morning and I'm down .2 lbs. Woot woot!

Dinner Party
Last night I went to a dinner party (had to go) and they served lasagna. I had a piece and some garlic bread. It was amazing, but I felt sooooo guilty. Weighed myself this morning and I'm down .2 lbs. Woot woot!
Lunch was my favorite thing to get when I'm on the run. 1/2 lb of grilled greek chicken with peppers and onions from a greek restaurant nearby.
Gym session today. 20 mins of cardio, Russian twists and planks. 212.6 lbs this morning.
Woke up this morning 212.6 That’s a 10 lb weight loss in 7 days. AHHHH YEEAAAHHH!
Side note: This used to be one of my favorite swimsuits before I gained all the weight. Can’t wait to feel great in it again!
Saturday’s breakfast and dinner.
Southwest egg whites, turkey sausage and blueberries.
Turkey tenderloin with roasted carrots.
Well... Sunday night, DAY 7!!! is coming to an end. I cant wait to weigh in tomorrow to see how many pounds I lost this week. Here is my daily food journal. Not everything is added as you can see in the notes, I did have a piece of sushi one night and 2 Hershey kisses everyday but overall, this is it...
It hasn't been hard so far and I have managed to keep my hunger/cravings under control.
The red is where I went wrong (yikes) and the yellow is where I had a workout.
I will update tomorrow morning with my weigh in!

Today’s lunch was spicy tuna poke bowl with kale and scallions and a ginger soy sauce. BOMB!
May 6, 2017 Today I woke up 214.0 lbs. I feel pretty great. Curious to see how I’ll look when I’m down to 200.
Side note: I had a few meals that were a bit off diet and I’ve continued to lose weight. I haven’t been great with my water intake or my green tea consumption but I’m still losing pounds.
Cheat Meal 😣
Ugh. Today after work, I had a “cheat meal”. My boyfriend and I went out for dinner and I had chicken lettuce wraps, 3 pot stickers, and 5 ahi poke tortillas. It would have been perfectly fine if I didn’t have the tortillas and pot stickers but boyyyy were they good.
I also had an iced white chocolate mocha from Starbucks but only added 3 pumps of the sauce instead of the 6 that they usually add.
Definitely not my best day but I felt like I needed something. Bad excuse I know.
Lunch today was a salad with cucumbers, hard boiled egg, tuna, and olive oil and red wine vinegar. Delish.

Today I start the 17 day diet. It’s my second time doing it and I’m determined to lose this weight and get my body and my life back.
