Play it (never) again, Sam. Many of the pianos found in abandoned asylums and other derelict structures maintain some level of playability. The ivories might be popping off here or there; the things are generally woefully out of tune. But some notes can be made. On the waterlogged upright in a back room in Mitchell Hall, one of the last standing buildings at Norwich State Hospital, this is not so much the case - striking a key is more likely to get a puff of mold spores thrown towards your face than to resonate through the stately old building.
