Keep seeing ppl hype this character on twitter and like, yeah, more content would be cool (but I really, really hope they can recast the VA at some point, or something. Imo, one of my fav VG characters tbh in that series (It feels tainted now?), but that’s besides the point).
I just...feel so. squeamish if this character does get new content/with the same VA, due to reading some of the accounts from women who’ve interacted w/ him at cons/etc...(and I‘m not trying to suggest anything about the various studios (quite a few, it seems) that do utilise him - they probably don’t know? I guess - if they don’t know, no fault of theirs. Just feels. horrifying they don’t. Initially, I was aghast, incredulous and angry that they didn’t know - but if they don’t, I guess.. it can’t be helped).

A cosplayer came forward about a VAs behaviour, did not directly name him (The VA technically implicated himself by writing his own account of it (to ‘counter’ hers, I guess?), which has since been deleted/dead link - going by this reddit thread that has a rundown of it. (It’s linked in that thread, but doesn’t load) I am referring to the second VA mentioned in the thread just above, not the first VA the URL refers to).

A article mentioning in detail in one paragraph, the journo chasing up everyone involved (towards the end of the article) while the VA deleted incriminating posts, and the woman was sent a cease/desist.
