I honestly can't tell anymore. I thought I was bi, but that was only because I had a crush on one guy and I don't like him as much as I used to now that I met this girl and she is my everything. Am I still bi or can a lesbian have a crush on like one guy?

Nothing is black and white. I mean, you can definitely label yourself a lesbian but have a crush on a guy, or you can label yourself bi and prefer girls. You can choose to call yourself whatever you’re comfortable with!

I am so confused about my gender identity. I know I'm not trans, and I don't think I'm gender fluid because identify as a girl. But sometimes I feel like a guy and I'm not really all that feminine and I always get told I act like a man. Can you help?

Well, just remember that ultimately, you will be the one to define your own gender. But if you were gender fluid, you could sometimes identify as a girl and sometimes as a boy, sometimes you might feel like you don't identify with any gender. I've heard people also describe themselves as "bigender" or identifying with two genders.

HOWEVER, just because people say you sometimes seem masculine does not necessarily mean at that time you're identifying as male. Gender expression is completely different.

So ive been in relationships with men and women, but recently have little desire to have sex. Sometimes I wonder if I ever really did or if I actually just wanted to please who I was with. Or am i just in a funk? Whats going on?

First of all, you have to remember that sexualities can change slightly. You could be gray-asexual, or you could just generally have a low sex drive- That’s a thing! :) But also, there are some illnesses that cause low libido, so if you are having any other symptoms you may want to visit your doctor and ask them what they think is going on.

Reminder that sexuality =/= gender expression. A straight man can express himself more femininely. A non-heterosexual man can express himself more femininely. A straight woman can express herself more masculinely. A non-heterosexual woman can express herself more masculinely. Sexuality is what gender(s) a person is attracted to. Gender expression is how a person shows and communicates their identity and their personal gender. That is all.

uh so..i was wondering if its possible to be genderfluid but be more towards the female side. I was born female and am fine with being called she but i am really uncomfortable with womens clothing and like mens stuff more. I just feel more comfortable being 'guy-ish" is this a thing ??

What you described is totally possible! You can be comfortable with being more “guy-ish” and still use the pronoun you were born with. However, what you’re describing could also sound like transgender. Maybe you’re comfortable with she because you’re so used to it? But in the end, if you feel something, doesn’t that make it possible, no matter the label?

Hey guys! Today I was talking to some of my friends and the subject came up about coming out. My one friend came out as bi to me and I never realized she was bi! Then a chain of my friends started coming out to me. I never realized I had a bi friend, three gay friends, and a demi friend! Afterwards I came out to them as pan and we all laughed together. We feel closer than ever.

You guys who haven't come out to anyone yet, you aren't alone, and you should try to come out! Coming out is an amazing feeling, you'll feel like a new, better person. Love you guys! <3
