I went to a yoga class today to clear my head and to try and find answers...What I did find was myself floating on my mat and landing not only one handstand but two (and a super sweaty mat 😂) 💪🏼 I'm not usually a yogi with a strong floating nor handstand practice but I guess today the planets aligned. Something must be going right somewhere.🙏🏼 (at Evolve Yoga and Wellness Center)

This is about more than yoga. To me this is not just a space to practice yoga. I fell in love here; with myself, with great people that became friends and family, and with someone that was special to me. In this space, I’ve not only been at my happiest but also at my worst. I happened to feel heartbreak, self lost, and battle depression but I also had some of the happiest moments of my life. I grew here from a naive young adult to a real-world ready young man. Just getting done teaching my last class here, where here I also happened to do all of my 200hr yoga teacher training, I’m not just saying goodbye to a room. I’m saying goodbye to one of my spaces of healing, of my places of comfort. Here I am able to be whoever I want. I’m allowed to be me with out judgement. This room will always have a place in my heart reserved to call home. I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides…we are one… **NAMASTE** ❤️🙏🏼👌🏼 (at Evolve Yoga & Wellness Center)

Once when I was 21 years old, I realized what it meant to be alone. Sulking in my dorm, and finding out that depression was cold.
