Hello and happy pride month!! I’m glad I could pump these out before the end of June! 🌈

I have been doing more writing for my characters and love in all forms is a subject that keeps coming up within each of their stories. Embracing and loving yourself and your identity for *all* of who you are is something to be proud of and it can take a lot of work to get there! Each identity is beautiful and worth celebrating!❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I have personally gone most of my life suppressing the questioning my own orientation because of how I was raised. It took me well into my adulthood where I finally gave myself permission to step out of the box I put myself in and explore what my heart was saying. I realized that I couldn’t deny or rationalize my own lived experiences anymore. No longer was I gaslighting myself into being something that I am not! This understanding I reached within myself put a lot of pieces of myself into context that I used to just ignore and I am glad to have gotten to a point where I can embrace myself as a bi woman and be proud of how far I have come!

Everyone is deserving and worthy of accepting how you love in the world! For those out there who are late bloomers or are questioning— I see you! It is never too late to explore yourself and realize your colors! And for everyone who has already embraced their queer identities, I am so proud of you, the work that it took, and for the mark you leave in the world! The world needs people like you now more than ever. Never stop being yourself! 💗

She struggles a lot with dissociation and self erasure, retreating back into her bubble when her home life begins to be too much. Despite the silent pain they put her through, she still shows up and loves endlessly. Part of it might have been conditioning, part of it personality- but love in all forms is a theme for Bonnie I want to explore- even the ugly sides.

A big part of her arc is learning that she is allowed to be autonomous and choose herself, even if it disappoints others in the process. No person to serve, no mould to fill, no box to put herself in, no partner to complete her. Just self love and acceptance.

This isn’t what I usually post but I figured some folks out there would like to see it! Earlier this month I sculpted Archie Aster for @dreammeiser’s birthday! 🌈⭐️☁️

This was my first attempt at sculpting in such a manner- so he looks a little blorby but I think he still turned out pretty cute! 🥹 I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. I’ve been dying to see what the cast would look like in 3D! Maybe one day in the future we can have figurines… Who knows! 🤞

The town of Dreamalong has its own celebration of all sorts of love, from platonic to romantic to straight up ambivalence! Different Candy Hearts have Different meanings on this week— how do you wish to express love?

Not to mention people getting upset with ships that are male/female presenting and automatically assuming that it’s entirely heterosexual- talk about bi erasure… gah dayum.. can’t have nothing… let me like what I like in peace

Laundry Day 🧺

✨I wanted to share some characters I’ve been working on for the past few months—✨

The story centers around Bonnie, a shy, soft-spoken girl from the countryside who yearns for more than the picturesque bubble she was sheltered in for all her life.

Perry, a dashing vagabond and troublemaker from the city, invites a whirlwind of change and influence (of questionable variety) into Bonnie’s life- eventually resulting in her fleeing from home in hopes of finding freedom and a voice.

The two, intending to travel the world, find themselves riding upon a traveling circus train where they run into Bonnie’s long lost childhood friend- Emmet! A fun loving goober living the clown life! 🎪

Exploring each characters lives in their respective worlds has been so self indulgent and I’m excited to develop them more! Thanks for reading! 🩷
