I haven't been on here in sooo fricken long! & it's safe to say that I HAVE been keeping up with an exercise program.? Still have such a long way to go but currently so happy with where I am. I can't go a week without my three workouts & usual walk around the block. Anyways, will post progress shots as regularly as I can!
Me. Now. Before BBG pre-training workout wk 1, session 1.
I finally got a phone so updates will be made much easier lol. Anyways this is today's lunch. - 4 Vita-wheat crackers. - Cheese. - Cucumber. - Salmon. - Avocado. I'd rather tomatoes over cucumber but sadly for me, no tomatoes. Anyways, keep on keeping on guys! Love & light x
Consistency.
So, I’m not sure how many days it’s been since my last cheat meal (I actually think it’s been 4 days haha) but since then I’ve been eating relatively good. Not going to bore you with what I’ve been eating. However next time I will take photos.
I’ve also been to the gym twice this week & worked on core & arms, then core & shoulders. Still very motivated to gym which is always a plus.
Personal thought:
Don’t think of gym as something like a chore you have to do. Get yourself pumped to go! Set different goals every time you go! And if gym isn’t for you then try something new! You’ll never know what you like until you get out and do it! Also with dieting. Don’t see it as ‘fucken tasteless food!”. There’s so many different options to clean eating. You just need to educate yourself!
Keep on keeping on people!
Love & light xx
This weekend took a big turn for me. I need to practice resistance. I probably ate the weight I lost in the food I consumed this weekend. Not good lol.
Lunch. -2 & half eggs (how do you half eggs?.. My dad had the other half lol) - 1 cut tomatoe - 1 slice cheese. - Tuscan seasoning. - Avocado slices. I am so ready to d'ivoire this!!
Weighing in at 77kgs. I'm trying to get back into the groove of healthy living & documenting it. For some reason, before weighing myself the other day I thought I was 75kgs & when I actually weighed myself & found out otherwise, I was a tad upset lol. Anyway, First week I've taken my diet seriously. All portions however, I haven't really cut anything out other than white bread & white rice. I've been walking daily. Once, sometimes twice around the block then gym 2x a week. Always doing 15mins cardio & a set of core workouts then whatever else I choose to workout. (Tonight is legs & glutes - which I'm abit too excited for lol). I'll update progress photos tonight & will try to take photos of food that will be consumed. Until then.. Love & light xx
So I'm doing a ab-challenge & saw this! Might aswel chuck this in too haha.
Do each move for sixty seconds! One of my new favorite ab workouts, with extra focus on the lower abs. Click here for the rest of the workout!
Noted.
Post-pregnancy pic.
So, this week has been my first week with proper exercise & clean eating. I mean, I give a standing ovation to mothers that started there 'back in shape' journey earlier than 6 months after their baby was born. I mean, i still feel as though I don't have enough hours in the day (funny as this may seem, I'm typing this up as I dry myself off after a shower lol). But anyway, I had one bad day where I ate a Wagyu beef burger & had some vanilla milkshake, oh... & a brownie. But I'm not letting that get me down! Lol. Super proud of the exercise I've been doing. Still a slow progress, but it's so much fun exercising with my son!! I shall post a 'this is me now' photo.
Confidence, comfort & time.
All I can say is feel comfortable in your own body. After having a baby & the body your left with is nothing but beautiful. Take pride in your appearance. Soon enough you'll be able to working on your figure. But for the time being, enjoy it with your new baby. Little exercise with bub is always fun too :) even if it's just walking around while you try put that little bundle of joy to sleep. And breastfeeding! Works not only wonders for your baby, but for you aswell! But if breastfeeding isn't an option it's allgoooooood. Personally, throughout my pregnancy I got abit chunky. As expected. But looking at myself, 3 months later I've lost a little bit on my thighs & legs & belly. Nothing's toned but weight is surely coming off. I need to remember also "eat clean, eat clean!"
GETTING BACK INTO SHAPE!
Now that I’ve had my baby I have this freaky looking belly lol. I don’t mind the stretch marks - they’re whatever. But I do mind that when I wear a shirt, I can still see a bulge of fat.
So, here we are again. Once I’m fully recovered I shall get my A into B and start getting back into shape.
Goal weight: 75kgs. Current weight: 83-84kgs.
2-3 months to complete goal. Starting from the week i decide that I'm fully healed. Photos will be uploaded then and there.
Exciting times ahead!
Finding out today that I’ve actually lost weight!!!! Seriously jumping for joy. The dietitian advised that I am within a healthy weight range & I’m so glad to hear. I may not see changes, but they sure are happening! :)
And I'm back! :) This is supper. It may be too much & abit too late FOR supper but I have to say that this taste so fucken beautiful!!! Apple, peanut butter, fiber cereal. It sounds like an odd combination (even my mum was like ew! The first time I told her about it lol) but I mean, try it out!! You'll either love it, or hate it.
