As humans we face trials each day that test our patience, our devotion, our sanity. Sometimes all it takes is a warm smile to let someone know that you care. If you know someone that is hurting, just saying "everything is going to be ok" can make a world of difference.
Anxiety can often feel like this. If you find yourself in a place where the world feels overwhelming, take a deep breath and remind yourself that everything will be ok and you are going to make it. One step at a time.
